Dear sir/ma'am,
I am a resident of sandesh vihar, pitampura, new delhi. There are a lot of stray dogs in the locality that bite passing locals. They are present at literally anytime of the day and follow people and bite them. It is creating a lot of problem for the residents. We will be thankful if some action is being taken and they can be taken away. Urgent action is required.

This is to inform that there is huge unauthorized construction is being carried on at plot no. Gd-109, south pitam pura, delhi-110034. Municipal corporation of delhi (North-west region), delhi police and other concerned authorities are not taking action against this. It is a serious lapse. You are requested to stop the such un-authorized construction.

Mcd vans apparently don't come to pick up garbage from homes here, so a local person was doing it and it's been irregular since the past 2 months even after repeated complaints. We are paying taxes and we don't even get proper garbage pick-up. Is this some kind of joke? It's been 4 days and no one has come to pick up the trash. Kindly look into this immediately and provide the residents here a proper public van to pick up the garbage from homes. We are residents of dwarka, sector-8, new delhi

There is illegal construction going on in above mentioned open plot for few days. Its clearly visible. Enter from gate no 2, near krishna mandir. Go inside the gate take left turn, go straight till the dead end, turn right, go 50 mtrs and right side the construction is going on.
Its more than 15 days that construction is going on. No one is bothered

Hello sir,
On 15th - jun around 3 pm, ram avatar meena living in 2nd floor came & forcefully replaced 500-liter water tank by 1000 liter at my terrace room roof, we have the complaint but police did not do any thing. Ram avatar meena has beaten me when i oppose it since terrace room roof is very weak & mad of gutter and silly, already leaking by waters overflow by these people.
Ram avatar meena in delhi police - head constable so-police is not doing anything.
We are mentally & physically harassed. Kindly remove that water tank & replace the old one and also get it make my wall & open older path.
Poon ahalwat w/o anil ahalawat 2nd floor & 3rd floor - suresh sherawat's tenant has broken & destroy my wall whcih was mad till jaal & made the path from my place by close the path which was infront of jaal. We had compaint 100 no. They did not do any thing.
Please help on this.

Dear sir/ madam,
This is to inform you, myself abhinatre gupt s/o late shri l. N. Gupta r/o h-115, gali no. - 7, kanwar singh nagar, nangloi, new delhi - 110 041 is a responsible citizen of india and want to draw you kind attention over an illegal act by my neighbour.
As mentioned in subject matter, here by i am submitting my written complaint towards blockage of drains illegally on roads / construction of house supporting pillar on roads / illegal encroachment on road / illegal construction of house over chajjas by my neighbour mukesh bansal s/o unknown r/o h-114 (Dukaan wali), gali no. - 7, kanwar singh nagar, nangloi, new delhi - 110 041. (House is in name of his mother & sister)
Due to all above illegal activity of my neighbour causes inconvenience and i softly request you to take proper legal action towards all above reported issues.
Refer attached images/ annexure for the images of illegal encroachment as well of other activities of my neighbour for your better & clear understanding.
I had also made this complaint to police station responsible for our area but as per police authorities, we have to report all concern subjected issues to mcd as well sdm of our area.
So here by, i am forwarding my complaint to both authorities and expect favorable as well prompt response in subject concern.
In case authorities require support or further information, i am happy to help as facing very much problem due to all above reporting issues.
Request you kindly provide/confirm us complaint receipt and upto when suitable action is planned over the reported matter as same is causing in-convenience to us.

We wish to draw your attention to the tragic conditions of roads in our area tukmeerpur. It has been ages since they were repaired. Hardly any mortar or charcoal is left over them. Three are large pits and holes all over making the ride bumpy and adventurous.

Many of these are a foot or more deep. Some patches that are low get drain water filled in them making them more murky and slippery. It adds to the filth and abject living conditions.

We humbly request you to take up the matter in your hands and use your recourses/funds to improve such condition of our roads. It shall be our pleasure to provide a detail update on the issue.

Only your prompt redressal can provide us some relief

There are a lot of street dogs in this locality. These dogs have bited many people and these dogs irritate a lot at night as they bark all the night. Kindly see to it. Kindly move these dogs from here as it is so inconvenient for school children in the morning to go to school as these dogs follows them and some times these dog's have bited them. Kindly see to this problem and solve this issue as soon as possible.

Hello sir,
We are the resident of 1st floor, block 13, govt. Flat, sector 3, dwarka, new delhi. From last month we are living in fear due to a mad dog staying at our floor. He barks on everyone who comes to visit their relative living in the block. Sometimes he runs towards them and tries to bite them. We are every conscious about this situation. This is my humble request to take away this dog from our place before he bites someone or harms somebody.

Kindly send the dog catcher van immediately and after this complaint, if someone gets hurt, mcd will be responsible for it.

I am a resident of mahavir enclave part 1 in palam. I would like to
Draw your kind attention on the bad civic amenities in my area. Roads
Are broken, filth is flowing overall, gutters are open, there is no
Place to walk itself, whole area is filled with stench.
This condition has been prevalent here for the last 4-5 years, since
Rapid construction by private builders have worsened the situation.
Recently only we had a major accident here in which a young lady in
Gali no. 5 died on the road, because here vehicle slipped on the
Broken road.

I'm a resident of janak puri b1 block near district center behind rama motors janakpuri najafgarh road

Last month new pavements were built and levelled with road in this area so as to facilitate more parking space in the colony.
However, residents of the block have illegally encroached upon it, by running wires, plants etc thereby narrowing the streets to a greater extent.

I would hereby request that you help in removing these illegal encroachments and help facilitate better parking or walking areas for passers.

This is to bring to your kind notice that mr. Karun kwatra, r/o a-64 (First floor), west patel nagar, new delhi-110008 along with the builder is carrying out illegal and unauthorized construction over my ceiling without taking any prior permission.

I, mrs. Minu sekhri, r/o a-63 (Ground floor), west patel nagar, new delhi-110008 is being harassed by my above named neighbor. Even after several attempts of asking them to stop the illegal construction, they are causing great mental torture by carrying out the same.

This is a cause of immediate concern for us.

I request you to kindly take stringent action instantly by demolishing the construction being done.

This is to inform you that the drian system near by my house is blocked since 6 month's, i have already cleaned the drian system 2 times on my cost, but again my drain above to block because of my neighbur 319 sant nagar east of kailash his wastage can block my drain system during the rain season so kindly take appropriate action immediately,

We are resident of i63c lajpat nagar-1 nd-24, our neighbour is still doing constructionof his house after comletion resulting in illegal, encroachment of balcony may be more use of basement area according to norms which is resulting in un higene and also the debri is not bieng removed the rain water drainage got blocked which we communicated to him no action taken

Through this complaint i would like to draw your attention towards our locality.
The safai karmchari do not perform their duty properly. They do not come regularly to sweep the streets and leave the garbage piled on the street only. They bring their rickshaws but they have made some customers and take only their garbage and leave the street garbage their only.
When we ask them to pick that up they say to pick in the evening but do not do.

In this rainy season the piled garbage is spread all over the street and make the environment defiled. Due to which mosquitoes take birth.
Please look into the matter.

Hi im the resident of Block A 3 Mohan Garden, 6 months back MCD had done some work related to sewage and on main commuting road they left the big patch of open sewage. which creating a big problems in the area. we are living in a threat of various deadly dieses. Also due to sewage patch mcd waste pick up van is not coming from so many months.

Street cleaning.

Dear sir,
I am a resident of house no c-154, gali mata wali, behind sandhiya public school. Barahampuri, delhi 110053. Mobile no [protected] this complaint is regarding the sweeping of the aforementioned street, i regret to say that the concerned safari karamchari

A. Does not do her work regularly
B. Sweeps cursorily leaving behind a lot of garbage
C. Sweeps the garbage and then piles it up in front of the house insisting it is not her job to pick it up
D. Was extremely rude and combative.

Yesterday is eid. Please clean the street asap. We are unable to walk due to heavy garbage.

Despite of many complaint's no action has been taken by any authority in case of shivaji street no. 2, naiwala karol bagh. Encroachment of street is still the same, no respite has been given by shopkeeper's for the pedestrian, there is no space for passer by, waste construction material of building no.992/2 is not removed even after completion of one year & many complaint. On this premise is also very non - cooperative & keeps his material on street. On
Saying of cleaning they say do whatever you can but nothing can happen police is also with us. Please take strict action against them and do the needful for people of this street.
