Venerated sir,
I am a citizen of delhi and i am reporting that since the monsoon season has started and mosquitoes will be in a search of breeding places and in our locality there r enough favorable conditions for mosquitoes to breed which may result in fatal illnesses. Thus i request you to inspect white water tank of nearly 300 liters with the lid open on the back side of lajpat nagar ii, f-99. I hope this issue will be as soon as possible resolved.

I had been raising the issue of working of illegal polluting industries, cement godowns, encroachment of public roads by these industries and shop keepers in residential houses, for the years.
No action has been initiated by any department except few challans and otherwise favours to run the business.
At e54, e50 & e48 houses a single owner runs hardware & cement stoking business making cement dust in the air and stoks its inventory on public roads? Foot path
Making life miserable for other residents no authority is conerned for this misuse of public proprty and health.
I am of the opinion that this show can only be possible with corruption as no law permits these activities.
The shop keeper throws his scap and other garbage in front of others and the sanitary officials and other staff just close their eyes.
I request the authorities to look into the grave situation and do the justice for the residents, asap.

Property tax for property id no.[protected] was paid as on line payment to north mcd on 21.6.17, through mcd site. After completing form there was option of net payment, automatically showing payment through pay nino. The payment from my yes bank property tax rs.8674 + service charge rs.10.25, i. E. Rs.8684.25 went from my bank a/c reference " tech pro[protected]. Today on 22.6.17 i contacted pay nimo and they confirmed that this payment of rs.8674 was a succedd payment from there side and if receipt is not shown on mcd site, may be problem with mcd. Pl. Send me receipt or inform immediately.

I manoj kumar resident of dichaon enclave, a-block, najafgarh want to inform you that the development work of nali was going on in my colony, had been started in october or november but still has not been completed.in every gali the contractor has get made nali's wall of 9 inch but in my side in 20 feet wide gali the nali's wall has been made of 4 inch which had been objected by me. I had complained this to the mla of our area on dated 8-jan-17 and they said that the je will talk to you but till today je has not talk to me and the work is not being completed. Some excavated part has been totaly left by contractor along with my house and after two day's rain the landslide is being along with my house where the excavated part has been left by contractor. So i want that before being any incident the authorized organization should wake up and take proper action against the responsible person and get the work done proper manner and on proper time.

Today morning i m bitten by a female dog in the "gym park" sec 3, rohini while i was jogging there. Now i m visiting a doc as i suspect it to be a infected dog.
I strongly request the concerned authorities to please evacuate street dogs as their num is increasing. The park itself is sourrounded in n out by 10+ dogs.
Despite being a animal lover i request you to please take actions as soon as possible.

Hello i have been staying in munirka since past 1 year i visit vasant vihar park almost daily, the park is good bt the toilet facilities are horrible. I mean one cannot enter it even. I had visited it twice hoping that now might be clean but no still the same condition. There is no water also. On asking the guard he says housekeeping vale safai krne aate h bt i haven't seen any improvement. Since it is basic amenity plz look after it.. It would be much thankful to you.

I would like to bring your attention to my colony sanitary condition and street dogs problems in aram park street no.5, east delhi 110051, land mark near khureji khas state bank of india.

In street no.5, people faces street dogs problems every day, sometimes dogs become mad and start chasing people to bite them so people scared to allow their children.

Also newly constructed building which consist of number of flats in it, has opened its toilets pipes outflow in street which cause untidiness and cause various health issue like malaria, dengue etc. Other street people asked them to take charge of their building pipe leakage and ask them to take part in street cleanliness by giving rs 50 per person to municipal co-orporation cleaner but they refused to contribute money, and in respond they said street 5 is not in their concern. Street condition is completely disorganized and topsy - turvy.

In this case people live in this street can never get rid of this problem, this matter has now become big issue, before it jeopardize anyone health and life i request you to please visit street no 5 aram park as soon as possible.
We citizen of india have hopes on you that one day we live in clean environment.

I, jitender khera, a concerned citizen of pocket - a, ashok vihar, phase-2, delhi-110052 hereby compain you against the 15-20 dogs in our locality. It is a serious problem because there have been many incidents of dog biting in our society. It is very difficult for the children to go out of the house without any elder. It would be kind of you if you could take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Sincere request you to remove street dogs from our colony - block b, lok vihar, pitampura, delhi - 110034. There are 8-10 street dogs in our colony and many a times they go mad and attack citizens in our colony. I have a 9 months daughter and we were just attacked by them but somehow managed to escape them (21-jun-2017 at 10.25pm). I don't know what would have happened if they had actually bit my daughter. My whole life would have got spoiled. It's a sincere request to remove these mad street dogs immediately. It would be really really bad if they attack someone! Please save humans life!!

Streets​ of delhi are highly untidy which become harmful for the people residing in those streets.
East delhi 110051, aram park, gali no 5 is highly in a mess, it requires your attention before it causes jeopardy in human health and lives.
Toilets pipes are openly leaked in street, canals are in disorder, recently new building is built of many flats and people residing in the building are not taking charges of their leakage pipes and area outside thier building.

I request you please visit this street once so real and peaceful action could be taken

We are the resident of e-55b, peepal road, mohan garden, uttam nagar, new delhi. Our neighbours are planning to construct road breaker again with the help of mcd which has been constructed illegally by them (1st april, 2017) but has been recently dismantled (20th june, 2017) by mcd on our complaint.

The main purpose to construct the road breaker is to prevent rainwater flowing into drainage system.

They would have lodged written complaint to mcd to construct road breaker so that the vehicles could not cross the street speedily. But it is an excuse to stop flowing of water to the drain. They have also taken it as a challenge to construct breaker to revenge us with the help of mcd.

In this connection, you (Mcd) are requested to not pay heed to our neighbour"s complaint of wilful illegal construction of road breaker because it jams water in front of our building which will result in breeding of mosquitoes and it also disturbs passerby/motorists.

Blocking of nali having foul smel and mosquitoes.
Dear sir/madam,
It is to inform that a-1 block (Near holi chowk) uttam nagar, new delhi 11059 drains are blocked due to that drain water comes out on road, and help in breeding of mosquitoes last year also many people suffered chikengunia from our street. The drains in the streets are blocked for last two years and drains are not cleared for so many years (Since they were made they haven, t been cleaned even once). Despite so many phone calls no one has ever come here to clean the drains. Please do the needful urgently due to rainy season.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of 1482 gali ranjit, mohalla sangatrashan, paharganj, new delhi - 110055 and wish to inform you that there is some serious unauthorized construction going on the same premises by other co-owner nishi sharma w/o rajeev sharma in the common area. The co-owner is covering the common area, which is for common use for both o[censored]s but she is illegally constructing the house by covering the common area also. All this construction has been narrowing the passage of my side house.

I have made a call yesterday (20/06/2017) time around 08.30 pm on 100. Police came took some photograph on phone and said to her stop the illegal construction work, but the illegal construction work in the common area is still under construction. Now i requesting to you please look into the matter and take some action to stop the unauthorized construction. This construction is creating lot of misery for me and my family and is a threat to my normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against her to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that she has already built.

The welfare association club in decence colony c block has taken over a basketball court where many children of all ages come to play. The club has not been taking care of the park which they have taken over illegally. Their waste and swimming pool water is dumped on this ground and court. Please help us by giving the club full responsibility of the park if they want to take over it. Thank you

With due respect and humble submission we would like to bring to your notice our following grievance and requesting a favourable action..

1. Coverage of drain running across the main road of the society as it is full of filth and dirty water. The situation may give rise to epidemics if not dealt fast.
2. Trimming of all the trees planted in front of the society and within from the top.
3. Installation of two speed brakers in the back lane running towards adarsh public school.
4. Cleaning of the main park.
5. Installation of swings and other amenities for children to play in the adjoining district park as the old ones have gone rust and are hazardous/totally unsafe.
6. Installation of fitness machines in the parks as being done in other adjacent parks.
7. Re-opening of musical fountain in the district park as the same is in un-operational mode for the past 10 years.
8. Repair of footpath (Outside parking area).
9. Installation of steel signage boards for the colony.
10. Installation of high mask lights in the park.

We would also like to bring to your notice that recently a construction of permanent barriers have been built on the lane going towards budhella adjacent to adarsh public school due to which the free movement of traffic has been blocked. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Due to the blockage dirty water is coming back to our toilets, kitchen etc. The blockage is mostly effected to the groundfloor.

There are mafia working in sector 17 muskan apartment, rohini delhi daily one building started unauthorized construction, no fear of high court orders ming je, ae, and others, i have all photographs of these unauthorized construction made during last one year, i m preparing for pil in court against these errant engineer's.in three months there are number o[censored]nauthorised floors constructed. How an extra toilet is constructed outside lig flat...

Sanitary conditions in gali number 3 and road in the backyard in madanpur dairy farm, sarita vihar is pathetic. Cow dung is spread all over the lane due to roaming cows and blockage of drains. The owners of cows have left cow in open. Also some of the residents have blocked the lane. All the water spill on the lanes whenever there is a rainfall. Due to stagnant water there are lot of mosquitoes which are responsible for spreading of diseases.
We request you to take immediate action due to onset of mansoon.

Barking & biting from dogs
I am a resident of h. No. G-1/268, dal mill road gali no. 9, uttam nagar new delhi. I bring to your notice and mandatory piece of information that we are facing a tremendous problem due to the 1 street dogs in staying of our street. These dog attacked on the street passerby and as well as neighbours also. Sometimes they bite & wounded childrens & adult passing through the dog. Due to the dog the atmosphere of the gali is too bad. We scars when we were passing through the dogs. That dog regularly moves here and there in the gali and spread loiter due to which we are facing great hardship to live. We request the dog squad of mcd to kindly take some action immediately and send the dog squad immediately to avoid these problems.

Sir, i am a resident of e-55b, peepal road, mohan garden, new delhi.
A lot of garbage is dumped adjacent to my house blocking the sewage line. These garbage are dumped by mcd employees who cleaned the drain and left the garbage near the drain. Another reason is that few mcd workers had come on a complaint to dislodge unauthorised breaker near my house on 20 june 2017. They removed the breaker and piled up the demolished material of breaker near my house resulting the blockage of drainage system. As rainy season has started now, the whole garbage will choke the sewage line if not disposed off quickly. You are requested to arrange the removal of garbage as soon as possible. For this, we will be ever grateful to you.
