I am the owner of flat b-63 first floor pandav nagar delhi 110092
The ground floor owmer dharmendra gupta started construction above first floor from 2015. He tortured us for two years. Now he break the stairs and the pillar supporting my wall without my concent and noc. After making whole construction because of this there is a crack came in my main door frame and a gap to the adjacent wall now he is threating us. We also register a complaint at police station sir i want you to check his construction mam and take necessary steps to help us.

Dear sir,

There is a stinking dead cow's carcass behind gali no 4, adarsh enclave, g-block aya nagar (Bandh road), new delhi-110047 in the ground, which is lying for last 3 days. It is making us local people's life miserable because of foul odor. We are having breathing difficulty.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I am the local resident of subhash market kotla mubarak pur i am writing this complaint on behalf of cofirm resident of my locality that pit whole and the sever blockage is the common problem and during rainy season this problem rise too much road were jamed and sometimes it stinking very badly and the conditions of road is very poor so kindly please take action as soon as possible

This request is further to my earlier complaints regarding the ongoing construction at sahi hospital and dumping of construction material on the service road. The water drains constructed two years ago have been blocked by these people causing water logging and we are unable to even walk and cross the road. I am attaching a few photographs for your reference and request for a urgent action.
You are also requested to create a garbage collection dump as there is no place in the vicinity where garbage can be dumped by the residence. Every morning bags of garbage are being dumped on the service road or inside the park. Extremely unhealthy and dirty condition.
An early and immediate solution and stern action is required.

The roads in "krishna nagar" are in really very bad shape. No one is worried about the continuously deteriorating condition of roads in the region.

I appeal to the concerned elected party to check and try to improve the condition of roads in krishna nagar.in rainy seasons conditions becomes worse. Everywhere you can see water clogging and no one cares about garbage lying on roads. No one is appointed to clean the garbage lying on roads.

I live in ddasfs flats, golden jubilee apartment sector 11 rohini delhi, this society has a large number of stray dogs, and their number is increasing everyday. They not only invade the streets, they lie down in the staircases and make it difficult for people to move, especially small children who are really scared of them. Please help to check this situation.

Hi,

I stay in rani bagh and we have many illegal mobile towers in our area. They are very close to each other.

My house no. Is 1800 and so many towers located near to my home and area is densly populated.

There is also a government primary school in our area and radiation from these towers will be harmful for all.

As the towers are located on the roofs so they are not easily visible to people.

Having so many towers in such short radius is highly harmful.

This is to bring to your notice that the main road from rohini sector-22 to kanjhawla via karala is very badly broken since 3 years. Its been dug out for the installation of water pipeline but work hasn't been completed till date. Its being done at very slow speed and is not done continuously which is causing a lot of inconvenience to the locals and to the people using the road.
Also monsoons are round the corner and during rainfalls potholes on the roads will get filled with water and chances of accidents will increase.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

There are 8 to10 stray dogs in our line who use to bark day and night. They made life scary in this locality. Due these nuisences we can not sleep in the night. Even they are polluting our area with their urine and latrine and even scatering all garbage here and there.

So i request you to please send your dog squad to remove these dogs from our area

This mcd swimming pool is located in u&v block shalimar bagh delhi. This is maintained by some private builder lobby.
They people charges very high from people's. They did not give any receipt to the people's means directly saving of tàxes. They don't have enough security for swimmers and a very poor quality water in swimming pool.
1. They demanded rs. 2000 for 1 month per person
2. If customer demand receipt for fee they totally denaid.
3. Security and cleaning is very poor
4. Approx 40 to 50 people try to swim in one batch means to much rush in swimming pool couse major accident possibleties

Plz take care on this issue

I am a citizen of shahabad dairy, delhi. From last 2 months there is problm of water in our area... Since last month water is supplied at midnight. This is creating a huge problm for all people, there is power cut at the same time. So it is not possible for us to stay awake all the night and waiting for water and electricity. I request you to solve our problem as soon as possible.

Mcd illegally towed my car without any notice nor in the presence of any policeman (Which is mandatory) from a parking spot where 50 other cars are parked simultaneously at any given point on any day. (None of other cars have been towed nor the officials visited the place again).

Also after paying fine (As they would not release the car, fine included towing charges along with warehouse charges for keep the car), lock was broken.

Please suggest how can i move forward with this case, and have my money back which i payed as fine.

Today, i being a woman experienced ladies public toilet facility at two areas locked when men's toilet in both those areas were open. First area was in cp, the public toilet facility which is right opposite to cp police station and on the road and nearby to hoho delhi bus service for delhi sightseeing. It was 7 am when i needed to use that facility before boarding my hoho bus for sightseeing, but ladies toilet was locked with a lock and no one was around available to open that to be used in urgency. When men toilet of same facility was open.
Second area was in red fort, where women tried to use the toilet facility inside red fort premises after watching light and sound show at 8:30 pm, again men toilet of same facility was open and women's toilet was locked with no one around to open it to be used in urgency by many women standing there.
Please look into it and resolve it for good so women can use the toilet facility equally as you provide it for men 24/7.

Mera naam deepak dagar s/o mahavir, sir ignou maidan garhi road ki hallat pichle kai saalo se khrab hai, or ab to 4 months se to logo ko to ab is road ka use karne ke liye bhi sochna padta hai, kyunki is road par itne gadhe ho gye hai jiski wajha se cars or bike to door ki baat hai pedal chalne wale logo ko bhi sochna padta hai, or pura din jaam lga rehta he, iski complaints sdmc ko karo to sdmc pwd ka kaam btati hai ye or pwd se pucho to koi jawab nhi milta, sir meri apse request hai ignou road ko thik karwaya jaye jis se logo ko is musibat se nizaz mile.

Complaint against unathorised unathorised construction in trinagar area. Adress is 1306/ 89 trinagar, talab road 110035. The plot measurment is 59.4 sft and 30 sft. Which is defined in registry papaers but the builder owner made the building in 30 and 60.2 sft area this unathorised construction.

The height of building is also over height passed by mcd.
The builder hav made 11 shops on ground floor which was sold. The height of the shops are 13.5 mtrs from road level and after shops he had maid a 8 floor by devided half half to the plot. Means 4 floors after shop which means height of the plot is over height passed by the mcd.

The builder owner sold 70 percent area of building to the shopkeepers in a remaining 30 percent area he maid staiers and lift. So their is no parking space is available inside the building which is very big issue in the future for the neighbours and shopkepers beacause when the building sold floor by floor he made 8 floors in the building above the shops. The families comes in the future to leave in the building they have a vehicles 8 floor means 8 cars and 15 two wheleers where they were park them this is very serious issue. All these maters i have defined are unathorised and illegal according to the law amd mcd act. Mcd officers and local delhi police officers are also involved in this matrersby taking illegal maoney. The map for construction not passed by mcd without passing map by mcd the building is build by owner or builder.

So pls sir immediately take a hard steps to this complaint the adress of this building is mentioned above.

I wana complaint against unauthorised construction in trinagar. Adress 1306 /89, trinagar talab road. The measurment of the plot is 29.4 sqft front and 60 sq ft deapth of the plot in papers in registry. But the builder increase the measurement at the time of construction he made 29.4 sq ft to 30.2 sq ft by unauthorised construction on road.in this plot 11 shops in ground floor which are already sold by builder. The height of the shops is 13.5 mt from the road level. After shop he made 8 floors over shop lanter the height of the building is measuring over which is allowed by mcd. He made 8 floors in this building over shop which means 8 families are coming for residance in this building. But their is no facility for parking because 70 percent space is already sold by builder to shopkeepers.in 30 percent remaining area he made steares lift and shaft so no space is remaing for parking. No map is passed by mcd. This is totaly ilegale construction done by builder with the involvent of mcd officers and delhi police of this area. The height of this building is over height from the height passed by mcd. No parking space available. Measurment of plot is incraesd by builder in construction which is mentioned in the registry papers. Sir this is very serious matter pls take a hard step against the owner and the builder of this building. And take this complaint to upper level because mcd officers of this area are also involved in this anuthorised constructio. The praking problem is also very big problem because no parking space in building. The families whoes coming in this building 8 floors 8 families means minimum 8 cars and 15 twowheelers are want a space for parking but no space for parking in building. Daily daily fighting issue is created by the owner or builder because the families who coming for leaving in this building in future park their veichiels in the front of shops which creat fighting issue. So pls sir take hard and fast step on this big anuthorised constructio. Thanking you.

It is informed that some boys from adjacent k d colony jhuggi have stone pelted on the windows of my bedroom on 15 jun 2017 and thereby broken the window glass. Fortunately none of my family members was present in the room. They were in the other room. Otherwise they could have been injured severely. Such incident was also earlier happened once about one year ago and reported to sec-12, r k puram police station accordingly. The incident of stone pelting on 15 jun 2017 has also been reported to sec-12, r k puram police on telephone and in writing. Such people from k d colony jhuggi and this jhuggi itself are security risks of lives for the legal residents i. E. Central govt. Officers of the locality. This jhuggi is the root cause of rampant theft, illegal liquor and drugs trade, openly drinking, open defecation and urination and garbage dumping in the sec-12 r k puram premises.
In view of the above you are requested to take the appropriate action at your end.

Dear sir,
I live in c3, gf, sharma lane, fateh nagar in our service lane there are so many unauthorized furniture factory are running out. They people use to do paint fitting of furniture such as bed and sofa everyday. They polish sprey used by is too much that we are not able to breathe and getting suffered of them. Air and sound pollution done by them is relay painful. Requesting you to kindly take strict action regarding them.

I siddharth sharma at resident of 91-a/2, f/f, gali no -4 krishna nagar, safdarjung enclave new delhi – 110029, we have a dog problem in my street/ area there is 8 to 10 street dogs that barks and bite all the day. This was happen when i was coming to my home at night 10 pm and they attack me and bite me. They have biting the children and passerby regularly, sir i want your help and your dog catchers please sent away dog catchers in my colony. Dogs spread over garbage that is outside our houses.

Dear sir at 250 second floor kalyan vihar, shailnder rana and naseeb rana are doing illegal construction they are converting a residential floor into commercial. They are making this residential floor to pg. They have totally change old layout which was approved by mcd into new one. They have made 6 rooms and 5 bathrooms there. They have bad intention to use this residential area into commercial one. They want make nuisance there. They are also misuse electricity and water as domestic in place of commercial. Plz take necessary action against him. And try to stop all this illegal activity.
