I rakesh sahni r/o block b house no.177 west patel nagar new delhi.
Sir just next to my house house no.181, 182, 183, 184
Are extanding there house 20 to30 meters from backside covering common toilets, gali & common ground area. I had raised complaints to police station patel nagar, mcd, ¢ral grivness cell also but there is no action taken against them yet. They are freeny continuing without any intereption.

Respected sir the peaple who are making this property are the big builders &
The politicians related to bjp.

At house no.182, 184 instead of 6 flats which are allowed in double story they are making 9 to 12 flats which cause parking sewege water & other problems.

They also aquired some area of my house from front common stairs area. Dispite so many requests & reminders they are not giving it back instead of that they are giving me threats of life etc.
I have complaint to mrs. Archna gupta the counsller of patel nagar area but nothing has been done yet.

I request to plz look in this matter & plz take a strong action as soon as possible.

This is to bring into your kind notice that house no 6190, g/f, gurudwara street, nabi karim, paharganj, new delhi-110055 is under illegal construction. House no. 6190 had two houses under the name of :- (1) mr. Krishan gopal (2) mrs. Krishnawati, these houses had their two rooms under my house and their courtyard were just in the front side of my balcony on g/f. Both the owners sold their houses to present owner.
New owner of these both houses has constructed commercial offices under my house and has removed all the base walls from the ground floor which used to support my first floor. He has done this without my knowledge and consent. Due to this i got so many cracks in my house.
It is mandatory here to mention that our property 6195 gurudwara street, nabi karim, paharganj, new delhi-110055 was already declared dangerous in 1988 by m. C. D through notice.
Not only this, owner has also covered courtyard area illegally, roof of this courtyard is now touching our balcony and our safety is at stake.
In the beginning of the construction when i asked them to stop illegal construction then they started threatening us and told me that they have strong setting with concern authorities.
He also told us that he is going to construct 03 more floors on the courtyard area. I would like to highlight here that these floors would come in front of our balcony and will block air and sunlight for our house.
Inspite of being the first owner of the house me and my family has to stay in a dark tunnel without any fault.
I hope authorities can realize that me and my family are staying in a dangerous property, so if there would be any loss of life and property then he will be responsible for the same.
So, i hereby, request you to kindly take strict and necessary actions against the defaulter (Owner of 6190), so that me and my family can stay in my house without any danger.

Hello sir,
I bought a land in 1972 in Shahdra without any paperwork.since 1980 i submitted an application to allow me house tax without the property pepers the grant my application and allowed me to pay house tax.on behalf of the house tax slip, i got the water and electricity connection..i have all the payment slip and receipts.now i want to sell the property...please guide me..what should i do.how i will register my propert.

Children & old persons falling to severe illness due to sewage water spreading outside & inside the homes of tugalakabad village. There is blockage in the sewer since past 6 months, and residents spent around 6000/ till now on it.
The complaint with signature of all suffered persons is attached.

Please take an immediate action to rectify the same to stop the increasing illness & disease among the kids & senior citizens.

Barking & biting from dogs
I am a resident of Rohini sector 13 Bharat appartments, New Delhi. I bring to your notice and mandatory piece of information that we are facing a tremendous problem due to the 4 Street Dogs in front of our house. These dogs attacked on the street passerby and as well as neighbours also. Sometimes they bite & wounded childrens & adult passing through the dog. Due to these dogs the atmosphere of society is too bad. We scars when we were passing through the dogs. These dogs regularly moves here and there in the appartment and spread loiter due to which we are facing great hardship to live. We request the Dog Squad of MCD to kindly take some action immediately and send the Dog squad immediately to avoid these problems. Deepak

This is to bring to your informed that in ward no. 183 (Madangir) ambedkar nagar (48) new delhi. There is un-authorised/illegally encroachment carried out by the local people. Many times i have written to the concerned department to sort out this problem but the same is till now. Local people are now facing many problems in this regard. Peoples encroached & capturing government land day by day. He captured whole area and road for their benefits. Government officer came to the point but they could not take any action against him.
It is near by madangir main sabji market. Near c-1 (First) & d-i (First) block. Ambedkar nagar (48) new delhi. Pin code 110062.
Please sir/ mam its my humble request to you. Please see this problem and do whatever best things in this matter for public benefits.

I am owner of plot no. D12/74, Rohini sec 8, Delhi. In our lane there are three plots which are under new construction.
1. D12/34, Rohini Sec 8, near Rohini East Metro Station
2. D12/35, Rohini Sec 8, near Rohini East Metro Station
3. D12/39, Rohini Sec 8, near Rohini East Metro Station

They are not following the norms prescribed by the MCD, which has been repeatedly brought into the knowledge of the NDMC officials time and again. It is very surprising that Plot no. 34 and 35 are no where near to the plan and the permissions required for new construction. Whereas the Plot no 39 belongs to the MCD senior official reportedly told by the MCD officials as the reason not to take any action against them.

All the these plots are constructing all the noms and rules on side. I hereby request to take appropriate action on immediate basis

There is a worse condition of streets and drains in MCD colony Samaipur Delhi-110042 ( near jhanda chowk)..the heaps of garbage are lying here and there. The dirty water is flowing over the drains ..there is no arrangement of sweeper in this area..after doing so many complaints to local authorities, no action was taken place in this regard. So I personly request to look into the matter. The drains has been broken in many places. Please make some arrengments about the rebuild of these drains. I shall be very thankful if this problem would be solved as soon as possible. As you know the rainy season is nearby..the streets should be constructed..it has also been broken in many places.

On the back side of entrance of or my dda mig flat, (A-4/12, sector-18, rohini, delhi-110089) the cemented manhole cover broke down and large chunk of cemented lid fell in sewer line itself about a month ago. As a result, now the manhole is "half covered"', and there is every possibility that any mishap can happen anytime and before someone falls into the half covered manhole, i request the learned area mcd staffers to cover the manhole at the earliest.

There are lot of street dogs in my street who keeps on biting everyone .it is so scary to go out in the dark.specially our house ladies dont risk of going out in evenings.please do something for it.please catch them and shift them some where from here.

There are lot of dangerous stray dogs in G.D. Colony, Mayur Vihar Phase3. I am the eye witness of many miss happening due to these stray dogs and the number of them is keep growing in many fold.

I narrowed escape myself from being victim of these stray dogs.
Some people talk about the cruelity against the dogs...so should I go and ask the dog "Come and Bite me !!"

Already have submitted numbers of complaints to catch the street dogs at Neharu Vihar A-Block (Near Aggarwal Sweets) A-409 location. There are two street dogs (Black & Brown) are usually biting children and walkers on a daily basis. It has become difficult to move out. Both the dogs are about to become mad.

But till the time no one came to help from MCD end. Request you kindly help in this.

I have marked mail many times and made call for cleaning the garbages but i don't know why the Govt. do not see our area problem. As many people got suffer from this dirtyness n smelling on the road in new delhi jahangir puri J block ward no 19 dustbin area. Even we wrote application many times, govt. got changes but the system does not work properly...even in the photage can see the govt employee carry the garbages from street and threw it on the road. The cow n dogs are wander as a garden due to that people who are driving n walking get accident. No one response properly regards this matter

Has sprey dust in street. Which is lying in street from last 20 days nabours are objecting on this but he is not understanding and saying it is in front of my house so what is your problem. There are so many kids in ours house which can get affeced with this dust so i requested to you pls. Send any one to check and take a nassesorry action against owener.

every day 7:30 a lady sweeper comes up for cleaning.
What she does she puts all the garbage infront of my door.
Me and my building person so many times argue with her that you need to clean this up or if you do not want interested let us know we can do ourself. She said i want money to clean otherwise i will jeep doing this always.
She comes up at 7:30am everyday.

Dwarka sector 10 lane has seen extreme garbage accumulation in the past few weeks as no truck is seen picking it up. It stinks and has become a huge attractor of insects. It has become a nuisance for everyday pedestrians. It emits extremely bad stench and has caused breathing issues. Please appoint authorised workers to get this cleaned as soon as possible.

I want to complaint against a pet dog in our street who becomes violent any time which is very dangerous for the people and children on the way.. small children plays on the street n the dog owner is very irresponsible from the pet side...kindly get away the dog for the safety of people...

I would like to draw your kind attention towards new seema puri area of north east. Here many local junk dealer are making money at "dhalav ghar" with the help of mcd officials it matmy be some people saying this. They segrigation garbage and scattered that all on the road no 70. Due to this all area has become dirty and smelter. If any resident try to complain them, they are always ready to fight and abused. They have also good relations with gonda aliments.
Please look into this matter seriously.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a resident of East Uttam Nagar. E-6, upper ground floor, back side, East Utaam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 near pali factory.

On 6th June 2016 MCD workers came and did cleaning of sewers but the whole dump from those sewers is still present on the road which is creating problem.

A) Resident living in that street can not take their 4 wheeler out for work as it is blocking the only way in and out.

B) Its a wasteage from sewer and we all now that it will attract mosquitos which will further lead to dengue and more illness.

Hence i request you to please look into this matter and clean this dump as soon as possible.
