This is to bring to your notice that the pruning of trees done by the officials is only limited to the parks of the area. There is a big mango tree on the road/footpath in front of my house. The same is covering my house and my neighbours house as well. Due to this both the houses are not getting any sunlight and is leading to health issues in the kids. I request you to instruct your team to prune the trees on the road side as well especially the mango tree in front of my house. I want to bring in your notice that we are having problems with the street dogs in our Area. There are lots of street Dogs which troubles the Local Commuters in passing the roads in day as well as night. They even keep Barking throughout the night resulting in lack of sleep to everyone.. Dear Sir/ Madam I am a resident of A-32, South Extension Part 2, New Delhi-49. We have been facing severe problems due to a group of 8-10 stray dogs in our vicinity. These dogs have created a nightmarish situation in our area and many people have been bitten by these dogs. Repeated complaints made earlier seem to fall on deaf ears as no action taken by MCD so far. Kindly take prompt action and help us get rid of stray dogs in our area. Dear Sir, This is a serious issue around in the area old Rajendra nagar. I m a resident in the16th block. The dogs here have terrorize the ppl there around 10-12 dog around the gurudwara and this has made ppls life miserable they bite every passerby and even the. Resident. Some ppl hide the dogs when mcd van come and the dogs r breeding every six months this is a case of violation of fundamental right article 19 and article 21 every other day there is an instance when a dog bites someor other person and this has created a lot of problem. I want you to look in the matter asap and send ur dog van out here there may be resistance but try to bring an higher authority along. It is most respectfully submitted that I am the resident of A-470 3rd floor Shastri Nagar Delhi 110052 which is just behind from this house (A-518 Shastri Nagar Delhi 110052) where this tower is installing .It is erecting in front of my house .The distance of this installing tower is only approx. 5 to 7 mtr from my house. The direction(face) of antennas are also facing front of our house. I am very upset and in tension. It is residential thick populated area. As you are aware that this will cause of nuisance and health hazard for the people living close to that area. As per LATEST ADVISORY GUIDELINE issued by DEPTT. OF TELECOM. for state govt. for issue of clearance for installation of mobile tower (effective from 01.08.2013) clearly says that-In case of both ground based towers & roof top towers, there shall be no building right in front of the antenna(e), of equivalent height taking into account the tilt of the lowest antenna on tower as per details in the table of advisory guideline . .For example- if 1 antenna is pointed in the same direction then the other Building/Structure safe distance from the antenna(e) at the same height should be 20 mtr. Similarly if 2 antennas to be installed then distance will be 35 metre and so on. Further, the antennae at the same height only are to be counted, as the beam width of the mobile antennae, in the vertical direction, is very narrow .Similarly for installing a internet/mobile tower some documents has to be submitted by the service provider to the concern govt. department like- I. Copy of relevant license II. Data Sheet III. Copy of SACFA/ technical clearance. IV. Copy of structural stability certificate. The self-certificate submitted by Telecom Service Provider/ Infrastructure Provider certifying that all General Public areas around the tower will be within safe EMR exposure limit as per peak traffic measurement after the antennae starts radiating.VI. Indemnity Bond which is required from service provider or owner. This is injustice/illegal and may become the major cause of illness/serious damage to our body. I would request you to take immediate action to stop the installation and energization o[censored]nder process internet/mobile tower which is erecting by Bharti Airtel Ltd. at A-518, Shastri Nagar Delhi-110052 to protect us from this dreadful ordeal and loss of life as it is illegal. I wanted to draw kind attention of concern authority regarding poor quality road construction in our locality. construction work of service line road and footpath from dabri to mahavir enclave is in progress but they are not using proper material, there become holes on road after the two days of construction, and footpath stone work also very poor quality, some of them are already break down. please take suitable action.

I am living at Budh Vihar Rithala Road Delhi-110086, My street size is Approx 80 feet. But some people are constructing illegal shops on Road by covering 10feet to15feet street. Now the steet size is only 40-50 feet with foot path. School buses, Water tankers, Pedestrians and all public are facing lot of problems while crossing the road.
