Dear Sir,

This is to bring into your kind notice that the Cycle & Bike repair shop, Momo's shop, Pan Shop has been encroached the pavement & park in CR Park, DDA Flats, Block-48 (Opposite to Axis Bank) adjacent to Uday shankar park, GK-2.They keep their belonging's in the park.
These shop's has been encroached the entire pavement, park & road which is inconvenient for the residents & other
people.They have blocked the road & pavement which is meant for the walking & parking the vehicles.
They are serious threat for the security purpose also even police is also not doing enough to these people to get this
space clear.
I would like that Please take the serious action against this as encroachment has been rising by other vendor's also.
Due to this there is a no parking space & there is a huge traffic problem also arises now these day's.

सर मै करावल नगर गाँव क्षेत्र का वासी हु। यहाँ मेरे घर के पास सड़क नही बनी है यह s.b.i बैंक है तो यह लोगो का आना जाना लगा ही रहता है जिससे की लोगो का आने जाने म बहुत परेशानी होती है यहाँ कई प्रकार के हादसे भी हो चुके है मेरा आपसे निवेदन है जल्द से जल्द यहाँ नालिया व सड़क बनवाई जाये 18 साल से ज़्यादा हो गया यहाँ सड़क बने और अब तो नालिया सड़क पर बहने लगी है जिससे बीमारियो का खतरा बढ़ गया है

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you, some ILLEGAL shops, kabaadi goods, khokas etc on the road in Tigri Colony, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, sec.1, new delhi-110062, these shops and khokas for those who's plot on road and they are covering this area as this area of their.so my complain is this due to these shops, kabaadi shops, khokas there are many kind big mouse and some boys are literally standing on these shops they drink, smoke etc., street dogs etc and they bark when we entered/out in the street, they all cover almost all the road so that's why we're not able the park our vehicles, we're not able to manage any kind of little function for society. so its requesting to you/MCD please take a legal action on the same.

We live in UTTAM NAGAR west delhi. This complaint is to bring your notice to the problem that we are suffering with. There are 6-7 street dogs in our locality and they are becoming dangerous day by day. They bark at everybody and one of those dogs has started to bite children and passerby. It has bitten 20-25 people till now. So i kindly request you look into this matter as soon as you can as they are becoming very dangerous for children. We live in Kalyan Vihar, New Delhi. In our neighbourhood there are around 10 to 15 dogs basically the Street dogs which are very dangerous to people. They have biting the children and passerby regularly. It has become difficult to step out. They hide under the cars and all of a sudden come out and bark at you. It is very difficult for elders to move around.Please have them picked up and removed. The address is 135, Kalyan vihar, Behind Delhi University.

Sir, I have a complaint regarding illegal parking/encroachment at the footpath which is located at: Ramesh Nagar, Najafgarh Road, problem starts from metro pillar no. 340 to metro pillar no. 350 (at Ramesh Nagar Red Light), A footpath which is made for the use by pedestrians is being completely (more then the footpath) encroached by the second hand car dealers by way of illegal parking/encroachment of motor vehicles. and pedestrians have to forcibly move on the main road, which can lead to a major accident. Sir, I here request you to kindly take this matter on high priority/emergency basis, so that the footpath and service road could be available for the actual user and pedestrians. Respected Sir, I am the residence of Rohini, Sector-8, Pocket B-4, Delhi-110085. Here the residence in pocket B-4 from House no. 9 to House no.22 having their own vehicles and parking in front of their houses. Also they have extended boundry walls of his houses. Due to this other residence are suffering to scare the way for movement. There are two major problem extension of boundry wall and parking of vehicles. Therefore, it is very important to make space for vehicles. So that boundry wall should be removed from this block. I hope that you will consider the matter as the said boundry wall are illegal construction on land of corporation. Regards,

We undersigned residents, have been requesting Mr. Rawat, owner of top floor flat not to construct because its a threat to the building. But Mr. Rawat does not stop illegal construction of the flat. Hi, I am Sagar Suneja. I stay at Minto Road Complex, Govt. Flats and I would like to complain about street and stray dogs in our Area. There are around 10-12 street dogs in our area that keeps sitting on the stairs in front of our houses and barks at everyone. Recently they have bitten two children playing nearby. I am complaining on behalf of all the members of our Minto Road Complex Area that we want you to remove them from this place as they have created a big mess in these last few days. Hi Sir/ Mam, I want to bring your kind notice that MCD is cutting down trees in my local area Tilak nagar, New Delhi in the name of Trimming trees. Instead of "trimming" the trees they have damaged & removed all branches from the tree which is more than 50 years old. MCD is cutting down more trees in my local area. Sir, I am resident of kalyan vaas, near mayur vihar -2 . I Beg to drawn your kind attention to the nuisance of stray dogs. The number of these dogs is swelling every day. At night, they start barking in chorus, and create a hell of a noise. Sleep becomes almost impossible and students cant concentrate on their studies. Nobody dare to move out of his house at night for fear of these dogs. You are therefore requested to instruct the concerned staff to take away stray dogs and rid us of this nuisance.

It is most respectfully submitted that we are the residents of A- Block, shastri nagar, Delhi-110052 and Village Nimri, Shastri ngr.-52 having our residents in the surrounding vicinity of H.NO. A-518, Shastri Nagar Delhi-52.Our families consists of senior citizens and kids. Sir, the owner of H.NO. A-518, ShastriNagar, Delhi-110052 namely Surendra Chawla and Prem Chawla has allowed a mobile company to install the internet/mobile tower on the roof of their 3 storied houses with high range of radiation.The surrounding houses of the area are also 2-3 storied buildings. We are deeply and heavily concerned on the health and environmental issues may arise from radioactive emission from the mobile/internet tower. Installing of internet/mobile tower in a residential area may cause various health problems to the people specially childrens, elderly people pregnant women in the vicinity. We would also take attention from your side that the internet tower, where it is installing at the above mentioned address, is very close to our some houses. The distance of this installing tower is just only approx.5 to 7 metre from these houses. The direction (face) of antennas of the tower is also facing towards our houses As per LATEST ADVISORY GUIDELINE issued by DEPTT. OF TELECOM. for state govt. for issue of clearance for installation of mobile tower (effective from 01.08.2013) clearly says that- In case of both ground based towers roof top towers, there shall be no building right in front of the antenna(e), of equivalent height taking into account the tilt of the lowest antenna on tower as per details given in the latest advisory guide lines .For example- if 1 antenna is pointed in the same direction then the other Building/Structure safe distance from the antenna(e) at the same height should be 20 mtrs. Similarly if 2 antennas to be installed then distance will be 35 metre and so on. Further, the antennae at the same height only are to be counted, as the beam width of the mobile antennae, in the vertical direction, is very narrow. Besides these guidelines for installing of internet/mobile tower(BTS) Copy of structural stability certificate, the self-certification to be submitted by Telecom Service Provider/ Infrastructure Provider. Certifying that all General Public areas around the tower will be within safe EMR exposure limit as per peak traffic measurement after the antennae starts radiating.. Sir, the Deptt. Of Telecommunication Govt. Of India has laid down specific policy/ies and advisory guidelines for the installation of mobile towers. As per these guidelines mobile/internet towers are to be kept away from the residential areas but the above named persons and the mobile /internet tower company(Bharti Airtel Ltd.) are adamant to install the internet tower in utter violation of these guidelines. Sir, we the residents of above area requests your good self and the authorities concerned to take immediate steps to stop the installation and energization o[censored]nder process mobile tower at the top of H.NO. As per above subject mentioned I Mr. Mohan who is the senior citizen of the resident of ranjeet nagar would like to mark a complain against fruit sellers who stand in front of the busstand and road to sell their products due to this traffic jamed. You are requested to make a challan on them so that now onwards they will not stand dre. It is noted down that no traffic person dre to control all the situation. Day by day the situation is becoming bad. This is my third reminder to you still now no action taken place on the fruit sellers who stand dre till night.One place should be alloted to them in the market instead of the main road where highly traffice goes daily.
