Dear Respected Sir/ Ma’am, I would like to bring to your notice that one of the dog in our colony bits almost 20 people including children. Some of them the dog bitten twice. The dog hang around 24 hours in the colony and even the people those come late night dog attack them as well. The situation is going critical day by day. This dog usually never bark and attack from the back side. Follow people and suddenly bite and run away. Please help us to get rid of this stray dog menace and take immediate action by sending MCD Dog Squad to catch them. Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that sewage in our colony (Gandhi Park, Hauz Rani, Malviya Nagar, N.D.-17), adjacent to house numbers 8A/4, 8A/5, 8A/6, 8A/7, 8A/8 and 8A/9 in Gandhi Park are totally blocked due to which at daily water inflow, the contaminated water backfires in the homes. Un-hygienic conditions have been created due to this situation. I am afraid the situation may lead to some contagious disease. Dear Sir, This is to kindly bring to your kind notice that we are facing 2 major problems in our area which is Gali No:7, Near Plot B-15, Shashi Garden, Mayur Vihar-1, New Delhi-91.(Near Rastogi Jewellers). Request you to not disclose my name. Please refer following: 1: There are around 6 street dogs in our locality who often cuts nearby people making it dangerous for us. Also they barks during our night time which affects our sleep a lot. There is one lady who runs a Boutique and gives them food but stays somewhere else. Because of this Dogs stay in Gali No 7 only. 2: There are many Vegetables Vendor(Selling Sabzis on Thela) which often brings traffic Jam situation in our locality which is already narrow. Also, they throw the extra vegetables and there leaves on road and drainage which chokes it. This thing makes task even tougher for the Nigam People to clean the drains on a daily basis. I understand that this means taking away there source of earning, therefore request you to suggest them other proper place to sell the vegetables. I on behalf of people of this area, kindly and sincerely request you to please take stricty action as soon as possible, by removing Dogs & Vegetables Vendor in appropriate manner.

This is the coymplaint regarding the safai karamchary employeed to clean the road of A block Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, Najafgarh Road always keep the collection of kuda in front of house. It is happening for long time. Many times we told the lady who come to clean the road to keep the kuda aside but she never listen. Even no one come to take this. Ye kuda hawa se fir se gali m spread ho jata h aur fir do din bad jhadu laga kar wahi dher laga diya jata h. Mera apse anurodh h ki safai karamchari ko samjhaya jaye aur is kude ko regularly uthane Ka prabandh kiya jaye.

Sir, It is stated that I am resident of House No. B-53, Mansa Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, there is water logging adjacent to my house due to this there is sippage and risk of borne diseases. The Nali adjacent to my house require repair work the water is totally logging the drainage system is fully blocked. An illegal & un authorised factory is running in
residential flats making very huge noises & spreeding smokes/smells of
paints making from chemicals polluting the enviorment which is very harmful to
the people living nearby specially for children/old aged in breathing them, the
working machine is make huge noises specially in the night when the resident go
to bed for a sleep after coming from their works for rest as they work on the
machine running almost every day till night 1 to 2 “O clock.this become very
tough to the people leaving in the flats even on request they don’t stop their
work in the late night.


This is a matter of deep concern as they freely doing the
activities without any fear of law of the land no one from the concern
authority take notice or searching such illegal/un atuorised activity to stop even
in the city like Delhi, the
smokes/smells & the nosies can be felt/heard on the street also from
several meters .


The un authorized/illegal factory is running freely at F-78,
Ground floor, Abul Fazal Enclave, Part-I, Jamia Nagar, Okhla village, New
Delhi-110025 without any fear of law


May we the residents request the concern authority to close
the factory at the earliest to make our lives to live peacefully.


We the complainent don’t want to disclose our indentity
& to keep confidential as they may quarrel or create problems for us

This is to inform you that in our area in 28/128, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi some unauthorised construction is going on in the shape of raising 6th Floor which shall cause a huge danger to the lives of residents of building.The building is already comprising of 5 floors. The Complaint has already been registerd in MCD control room on dated 18/12/2014 vide complaint No. 2053, but no action has been taken till now. I would like to draw your attention that the under constructing sixth floor is unauthorized and above to 15 meter height and not followed any building norms and laws.The construction is very dangerous for people who are living in the building as well as for those who are near by residing it. Dear Sir, Re: Maintenance of Vishwakarma Park, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi- 60 This is with reference to the maintenance and upkeep of Vishwakarma Park situated in front of House Nos. 853 - 864, R Block, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060. The undersigned is the President of Vishwakarma RWA (regd. no. S/46/2010) and is actively involved in the up keep and maintenance of the subject Park with the help of the residents of the area. We would like to bring to your notice that MCD is neither taking any interest nor making any contribution in the maintenance and upkeep of the subject park and on the contrary has removed items, such as a hut, swings, and kids’ jhoolas, placed by the undersigned and the residents to protect for beautification of the park that were contributed by residents. MCD has no right to take away things that do not belong to them. Request you to direct the relevant department to return and restore the items at the earliest. Further, the one third portion of the park which has children’s swings is in a completely dilapidated condition and none of the swings therein are safe for the children who are getting injured because of the condition of the swings. We would request you to take immediate action and re-install proper swings in the children’s area as well as return the swing and re-install the hut and shed removed from the park. There are about 4-5 dogs in our street and one of them last week bite a man of our colony, therefore we all are very afraid of them and can't even walk freely. Dear Sir/ Madam, We have been facing a serious problem with Mondays from past days as they are roaming around every where in the area/street (Chander Nagar, East Delhi (Near Chander Nagar Sai Temple)). They are creating havoc on a daily basis. They are around 25-30 monkey group which came in the morning around 5 AM and roam here on terrace, ground floor, street, every where till the night. It become next to impossible to come out from the room as all the area of the house is captured by the group of Monkey. From the past few days all the person staying in the area have suffered due to the Menace of the Monkeys. We would request you to please take the action on the same at the earliest as our life has suffered due to these group of Monkeys. Dear sir I am a resident of Anupam Apartments, East Arjun Nagar. There are more than 20 stray dogs in our apartments and they have become a big problem for the residents of the society. Within past few weeks several incidents of dog bite have taken place and the situation is such that the residents are extremely scared of moving out of their flats. The children are not safe in the playground neither are the adults while they walk through the premises. Day before yesterday, my uncle faced a threatening incident of dog bite where more than 5 dogs attacked him together near the society temple and caused serious injuries on his shoulder and leg. Complaints have been made to MCD time and again, however, we haven't witnessed any positive response till date. We request you to send a dog catcher van as soon as possible and make sure that not even single dog is left behind in the premises. Also, getting them sterilized and putting them back here is not the solution to this big problem as the population of these dogs is really increasing. Please take an urgent action to our problem as this needs to be addressed ASAP.
