Water logging due to UN EVEN Road near our resident To The commissioner MCD West Zone, Ward No. 127 Dear sir Kindly excuse my encroachment in your precious time for sympathetic consideration for the following facts that There is water logging problem in our street Jheel khuranja behind Geeta colony police station due to which there is extreme water logging, and due to water logging there is a risk of water borne diseases. During rainy season water can not be flowed ahed and logged near our resident due to uneven ROAD and it seems that we live near seashore after the rain. We will be grateful if you kindly take necessary steps to sort out this problem. So that people can live healthy. Kindly consider it as a major problem of the residents and do the needful. hello sir i am Ayush i live in Guru Ram Dass Nagar, Laxmi Nagar and by the mean of this i want to draw your attention towards my problem . my neighbor water tank pipe line is leaking continuously and because of that my whole wall of that side is full of water even we had remove our electricity wiring because current is leaking i informed them many times but the are not taking any positive action towards it . Also threatening us that we don't do anything do whatever you want to do. pls fix this problem as soon as possible i am enclosing few pictures as well hope will get idea from that . There are lots of dogs in our area which is very much dangerous. They are very bad dogs they bite people they do evey where near any home and evey morning when we go down or go out of house the our legs get dirty with that and it also stinks very much and all the dogs have problem of itching and they some timealso climbs to our floor and sit in the front of our gates and they also have bitted many people. Sir I park my car at mlu parking at parade ground, opposite red fort. As per the article published in the newspaper on 30 October, 2014, the new revised parking charges for nmcd is different from mlu parking. The staff of parade ground is charging the parking of nmcd, but the parking is multilevel. Sir please acknowledge with the new parking rates which complies to multi level parade ground parking. They are charging 1500/- for day pass from us which is 700/- in case of multilevel. I'll be hardly obliged Regards Vikas Gupta

while going to karol Bagh today i found very uncomfortable to walk through out the market, But it was really disheartening to find at Gurdwara Road where a showroom of SAMSUG had coverd the full foot path and it was not at all possible to move on that road, I request you to please depute some observers and see that this obstruction is removed along with so many other obstructions Regards Dinesh

Shop no.143 shankar road new rajinder nagar pappu ka dhaba- it is running in the main market without any license from the government and providing unhygienic food which cause food poisoning to many people including me which is very dangerous for our health We have complaint many times but no action has been taken. i request you to take action against it. thanking you rajender nagar welfare association

lot of stray dogs... every other week you can see new puppies born in some lane..children just cannot go out in the lanes.. have started biting people. one cant even sleep at night as they bark continuosly almost 24 hrs. we reside at c-226-b harinagar

I am Tanuj Kumar and living in Jangpura- B, back side of D block. We are facing drain overflow in our nearby home for almost 2 month. There is so much of gutter overflow we can’t even go outside and Drain overflow coming into our home now. We complaint several time on calls and at office but problem is on same stage till date, No progress. We are facing many problem like worst smell, dengue fever, health issue and bulk of mosquitoes. I am attaching few pic for your reference. Please help us…. This is really very serious issue now. Your corporation is highly appreciated.

I am Chirantar Kumar, a resident of J 4 block house no-19-B (J4/19B), Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar New Delhi-110017, near durga store. I would like to inform you that our colony is infested with street dogs where they create nuisance and litter. Their numbers appeared to have increased recently They fight among themselves and the noise they make is unbearable. children playing in the street are scared of these dogs. It is getting difficult to even step out of the house. I humbly request you to please look into the matter at the earliest possible and send a dog catcher team so that they can take them away from the area. I deeply request you to please take early action. There are already more than 20 dog bitten cases in my street. We've complaining to MCD and delhi police before too, but no action has been taken yet. I work in night shifts and when i come back around 3 4 A.M these dogs are like mad and ready to bite. Its a very humble and kind request to take some necessary action against them soon and send the dog catcher soon. Feels like ghar se bahar nikalna bhi mushkil ho gaya ab. Most importantly there is a lady residing in our block which regularly feeds these dogs ( 4-5 ) and promote them to come inside her house as well . Dear All, I am a working boy and works in US shift timing. Generally i came back from office in 1:30 - 2am in morning. I leave in New Ashok Nagar, A Block . I feel its very dangerous situation when more than 20 dogs are barking at you and you are only alone person on that street. Their is may possibility of misshappening beacause of that dangerous dogs. Respected Sir/Madam, I am very sad to say that near our residence : RZL-157 Vijay Enclave, Near Dwarka sec-1 Power house NEW DELHI-45 there is daily wise huge collection of garbage/waste by some people, although there is no garbage house there. We are facing from stink smell, it is lying since 4 months. Also there is no such garbage collection facility. There are more than 30 street dogs who are seen littering the sector 26 a block. they have bitten many young children over here. Are always seen lying arond in the sector parks n littering the sector. They are creating a lot of menance in the sector & making it difficult for senior citizens & kids to go to ther parks as well.please could someone call a dog catching squad & remove these stray dogs from the streets who are seen at every corner of the block now n their population is increasing day by day. i was searching for the dog catching squad no. myself but couldn't find or i would have called them myself. These dogs have made all lives hell plz. could someone do something about it in sector 26 noida, A BLOCK.

Respected Sir/Madam, I being an Indian really appreciate the movement that has been started by our Honorable P.M Sh. Narender Modi ji toward healthy/clean India. I really appreciate the same. I am very sad to say that near our Showroom residence : A-48, GULABH BAGH, NAWADA, OPPOSITE METRO PILLAR NO-748, NEW DELHI-59 next to our office there is daily wise huge collection of garbage/waste by some people, although there is no garbage house there. We are facing from stink smell and fly coming in our showroom due to the garbage collected by some safayi wala. When i said to one of them not to drop garbage there, he said we are not droping garbage in front of your showroom. Dear Sir/Madam, we will soon be equipped from some disease if the same will be regularly done by the people. Kindly take some quick action. Dear Sir, Despite the clear cut violation of provisions of this rule, Mr. Sriniwas (Owner of factory), is generating obnoxious noise throughout day and night by running their illegal workshop of welding, silver cutting, silver construction etc. and many more and causing disturbance in my neighbourhood which is blatant violation of government law. Address of factory is as follows: H.No. C-79, Sainik Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi- 110 059 LANDMARK : Main Najafgarh Road, Turn from Metro Pillar No. 750, after coming straight of around 300-350 Mtr. There is left turn towards sainik nagar, on left hand side there is Electrical transformer and adjacent to this there is Big black colour main gate, inside this gate on right hand side this 3rd house wherein this factory is running. He is not only creating noise pollution but also creating air pollution in the surroundings by using hazardous chemical which produces smoke during the welding work (WHICH CAUSES CANCER) creates problems as well. Most important children are severely affected due to this factory unit. Sometime heavy metal sheets, metal cutting pieces are openly spreaded in the street due to which many a time children got hurt. During the past [4 Year’s] we are witnessed this violation of law because of lack of knowledge how to deal and complaint against them. There are many others who are witness to these infringements. However, we have raised the concern and requested Mr. Sriniwas (Owner of the Factory) to stop all this many a times. but he seems to be reluctant in this matter and nothing has been done in this regard by Mr. Sriniwas. Also his labour boys (deployed by Mr. Sriniwas) have done obnoxious noise by group hammering. It has become a routine practice of the factory owner. The factory owner Mr. Sriniwas uses rude and abusive language if we discuss the issue with him and threatened us. Most of the children are at the mid and higher level of their studies, but due to high noise unable to concentrate on their studies. This factory is ruining our peace of mind and people’s right to rest. We would not be complaining if it was a one off day, but this factory is relentless in its operations with total disregard to public and legal obligations. In view of the facts stated above the offences against the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 read with section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 have been committed. For the reasons cited above, the offences committed by the accused persons are cognizable and non bailable in terms of Schedule I (II) Cr.P.C. As such, offences under section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 r/w Rule 5 and 6 of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000, may be registered at once and the Complaint filed accordingly. Please seal this factory (as per Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 and Air Pollution Act) as soon as possible because this factory is relentless in its operations with total disregard to public and legal obligations.

There are a lot of dogs in the District park (adjoining sports complex) sec-9 & 14 Rohini that one cannot even walk in the early morning. They have bitten small kids and people are afraid of walking in the early morning. I request you to please send a dog catcher team in the district park at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Madam My residence address is B-13/b chander vihar I.P Extn. Gali No-3, Delhi, In front of my house there is a naail/ ditch. This naali is blocked from many day's & there is huge garbages stored from very long time and there is over flow of dirty water from the naali due to this there is always dirty smell and water logging and increasing of the mosquitoes. So we are in trouble & request u to please solve our problem as the naali is in Front of the entrance of our house. I hope MCD will take rapid action in this complaint. The sewer system in F Block, Ph II, Pappan Kalan, Sector 3, Dwarka, New Delhi is not cleaned for a very long time. Due to this the sewer is blocked. Many complaints were made but of no use. The main problem is near F - 188 and adjacent sewer systems, Ph II, Pappan Kalan, Sector 3, Dwarka, New Delhi. Requesting the concerned officials to clean all the sewer system thoroughly and immediately and help the residents to live peacefully and healthily.
