I Shashi resident of 148, Rajpura Gurmandi, Palchowk, Delhi-110007, I am suffering from heart disease last 4 to 5 years. Where I live there is illegal Plastic factory running from 2 to 3 year. I have talk many times to the owner of factory about my disease that I have problem from machine sound also because that machine is very heavy and their sound very loud. This factory running 24 x 7 round the clock without any stoppage. This factory makes the noise pollution, air pollutions & land pollutions which is very harmful environment in and around area the pollution effects of the health of kid Best Regards Shashi [protected]

Dear Sir, This is to inform that we have applied for Completion Certificate of Rotary Habitat Centre, Dist 3010, Plot no.53, Pushpa Vihar, New Delhi 110017 to Building Department, MCD Green Park, New Delhi vide receipt no.025608 dated 07/04/2014. But till dated we have not received the Completion Certificate. I have time to time touch with JE (Mr.Abdul Kadir), Building department, MCD Green park and submitted the required documents as per his instruction/information after inspection by JE/AE of building department. Also he said the document of file have completed and the file lying with Ex engineer (Mr.Ashok Kumar) MCD Building department, Green Park. New Delhi and till date the file have on hold. Sir kindly look into this file and issue the compounding letter.

The Stree Light in our lane No.33, B- Block, 25 futa Road, in front of Rana Medicos, Sant nagar is not working since 02 months.. There has been few instance of people drinking and roaming in the street late night due to darkness. Also 02 intance of theft have been reported to local Police. It is requested to take immediate action to fix the street light at the earliest. An early action is solicited. Thanks

26.112014 00.07 To MCD Dog Catchers Squad Sir, I would like to inform you that our colony is infested with street dogs where they create nuisance and litter. Their numbers appeared to have increased recently They fight among themselves and the noise they make is unbearable. At night it becomes difficult to sleep, children playing in the street are scared of these dogs. They didn't allow anyone to pass through the street.They bark and fight a lot creating so much noisy environment. Especially they bark on every child, elder peoples, howkers passing through the street.. Its difficult very difficult for the stranger who don't have the information about this to pass from the street. I humbly request you to please look into the matter at the earliest possible and send a dog catcher team so that they can take them away from the area. So this is my kind request to tune these trees. A DDA Park in between JU BLOCK & KU BLOCK, PITAM PURA which is meant for children to play has been encroached and a big and plush banquet hall and hotel in has been constructed. This is money churning machine. The influential trustees of said building give premises on rent for marriage and other functions and earning a lot of money from the building. All this is done under the disguise of temple. Even a lift has also installed. That the later part of the said building is used a residential colony or one can say staff quarters. This is three storey phenomenal structures in which the employees of DDA and MCD are actively involved; because without their permission nothing is possible. Further they are able to get water, sewage and electricity connection WITHOUT HAVING ANY OWNERSHIP PROOF. ALL concerned officials are actively involved as they get their share from the profits coming from BANQUET HALL AND HOTEL ROOMS. To construct this building lot many trees were cut and many trees are trapped inside the building and crying for help. Many complaints have been written by many people; however no action has been taken till today. Due to such phenomenal structure our sunlight and air has been blocked. Further the NOISE POLLUTION IS AFFECTING OUR HEALTH. The police or any authority have just turned blind eye. Please save the park for children and trees which are now trapped inside the building.

For Kind attention of the Municipal Commissioner, South Zone The sewer line in the service and back lanes of G- 79 Saket New Delhi- 110017 remains blocked ever since MCD has got the sewer line replaced 4months ago( it was a sue-motto action from MCD side.). We are members of the Resident's Welfare Association o[censored]day Park, New Delhi - 110049. There are a few stray dogs in the Colony and recently they have become very aggressive. A number of children of Residents and their drivers, domestic help have been bitten. For the past two days over a dozen monkeys have also started coming to our colony, where they climb on terraces and balconies and grab food from the kitchen. Any attempt to scare them away results in attacks by the adult monkeys.

Dear sir, We would like to draw your kind attention towards pathetic condition of drainage system in our locality. There is no proper maintenance of sewage in our locality due to which there is extreme water logging and due to water logging there is a risk of water borne diseases. Overflowing water is a main problem for breeding dengue mosquitoes. Despite of several complaints made earlier, no effective step has been taken yet.
