I am K Rajendran residing in QTR No. 219, Type-3, Sector -3, R K. Puram. Sweeper deputed for the sweeping job for the area of House No. 217 to 228 is not attending the job. The said sweeper is doing the job at selective area only and conveniently ignoring our premise for the reason best to known her only. She is continuing this attitude right from the beginning of her joining this area job. Due to this negligence from the side this sweeper, the area is filled with garbage and filth. At times the residents themselves are sweeping and cleaning the premises as no other option is with them. Please take remedial action.

Please resolve problem related to Garbage in an open plot, the garbage is lying for more than last one month. We are facing many problem in our area (A-2, /138 NEW KONDLI.), EAST DELHI, 110096 Whenever it rains or otherwise also, there are mosques and other insects which comes up Issue of Bad smell Dog sit there. Please help in resolving this issue

I am a resident of 3-block, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. From past 2 months, there has been increasing number of stray dogs around our house. All of them sit on our cars and put scratches all around the surface and windows. Also, they keep barking all through the night. sir, I have been living at Door no:RZF 771/18, palam village, raj nagar2, gali no:12, new delhi.six months back muncipality people digged out drainge infront of my home, they broke all the wellsettled stones on the top of drainage.I dont what they did, from that day water is getting stagnant and even they havn't replaced those broken stones.Actually mucipality made more worse than previously.please take serious action because so many mosquotoes and even bad smell please forward it to higher officals and rescue us from these kind of encvironment.

Dear Sir, My name is Ajay Kumar Jha i am living at B-237 Ground Floor, Nehru Vihar, Near Timarpur, Delhi-54. As we, me and my husband are working, we doesn't stay at home full day we reach about 7.00pm and everyday we see the garbage in front of my home as their are 4-5 houses around my house they sweep in front of their houses and put together all the garbage in front of my home, we are not able to see any body doing this but it happens everyday. And now 5 days ago one of our neighbours has repaired something at their house and since 5 days all the stones and dust whatever they took out from the earth is in front of my house. We told them many times to remove that stuff from there they don't listen to us they have cleaned the area in front of them but our is as it is, so the people who see it is already dirty they throw the stuff over their. Sir, please advice What can we do? They all are together and don't listen to us never. I request you to kindly take necessary action at the earliest. Your help is very much appreciated. With due respect i want to highlight an illegal construction and misuse of flat no. C-17, DDA Double Storey, Garhi, East of Kailash, New Delhi for commercial purpose by Mr. Raj Nandan Raut and his son's Mr. Suresh Raut and Mr Safal Raut. Mr. Raj Nandan Raut and his sons has caused substantial damage to DDA by raising unauthorized construction in the property. He has constructed a unlawful basement in flat without permission of the MCD. Moreso he has illegally extended the boundary walls by constructing a room on the backside of flat and has encroached the street space. Further they are keeping hazardous good over there which cause ingress and outgress of the general public and it's dangerous for the neighbourhood. I request you to please get this illegal construction demolished at the earliest and legal action should be taken against them. Thank You.

We are the residents of A-1 block, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-63 and have been struggling with a grave problem that is being faced by the residents of this block. The street stray dogs in the area creates big nuisance and are impacting livelihood. There are around 10 stray dogs in each lane of the block who not frequently attack new people walking in (like courier / delivery person / etc) but also the local residents too who live in the block, specially in the residence area under house numbers A-1 / 170-180 . There are residents who feed them quiet often and even they are the ones who pelt them with stones. In the past also a team of dog catchers do visited the block but went away by not taking any action on the pretext that the residents do not want to get the dogs removed from the block. It is almost an every day scene in our lane (170-180 house numbers) that maids, servants, courier boys, residents are attacked by the stray dogs. This is to highlight and make you understand that we are living under extreme terror and only move out of the houses on extreme cases (like going to school / market) to avoid confronting any dog. Even the children are unable to play in the parks due to menace created by the dogs. It is humbly requested that you please look into and send the team of dog catchers to our block to help us get rid of this terror. To, The commissioner, West Delhi MCD Office Date: 20/08/2014 Sub :- SEWER BLOCKED Dear Sir/Madam, We are living in H No. 33 Gali No. 9 Ambedkar Nagar Haider Pur Delhi 110088. I informs you that there is complete blockage of Sewer Line in our street. Sewers are completely blocked due to which dirty water overflows from man holes and whole area becomes dirty and unbearable to stay. It is impossible for residents to go through this street. Old people and small children are suffering badly. The whole area is stinking very badly. This has given rise to several diseases. It is also causing water borne diseases and breeding of mosquitoes.We have been suffering from this problem frequently for so many years, but no concrete action has been taken by the concerned authorities. We have file complaints several times, but no permanent solution provided ever. After so many complaints, they come, do a little work and then go. It works very well for a day or two but again the problem starts. This has created lots of problem in the colony and also on our physical health. Hi, I am shubhi joshi from nagpur, i am married and going to shift to sydney after marriage, i have lost my duplicate birth certificate i applied for duplicate birth certificate in mcd in geeta colony office, though the hospital where i was born is demolished and doctor died long back they said after week that they dont have any details in their system to get duplicate certificate i need to pay 10000 rs in cash and as i have submitted my 10th certificate my passport copy as well . my father is in delhi for my certificates but the dept not co-operating. kindly help up with this coz i can not apply for visa if i dont have birth certificate . please guide me what i can do .

They are park own cars and construction of room for the rent. Anybody can park car for this land they are abuse him and fight with him. A lot of garbage keeps lying here on the streets. There is no proper way of garbage disposal. Proper DUSTBINS, which are larger in size are required at each and every colony, So that people use them properly. Its extremely pathetic to walk down the street in the morning and encounter the first thing in morning which is flies and garbage all around. Kindly look into this matter as this kind of garbage disposal leads to several health hazards. And I assure you that once you provide the streets here in KAMLA NAGAR, I will ensure that each and every dustbin is used properly and no one litters the streets. I request you to provide with appropriate garbage disposal arrangement as early as possible.

Sir/Madam, I'm a resident of BG-5, Paschim Vihar and I would like to bring to your notice a grave problem that is being faced by the residents of my block. The street dogs in our area are creating a huge nuisance and are impacting our daily livelihood very adversely. There are more than 10-15 dogs in every lane of our block who form a huge group to attack people who come into the lane. The entire group starts barking very loudly as soon as they see someone entering the block/lane and they all immediately spring up to come forward to attack or bite the people. This gets even more adverse if we try to get out of our houses during the night. There are a lot of people in our block (myself included) who come late in the evening from offices and these street dogs have already bitten a few people in the area. It becomes very difficult to try to get to our own houses as these dogs seldom are afraid of anyone. Most of them sit at the top of cars and are always ready to jump at the people crossing sideways. The rate at which these street dogs are multiplying in our area is also alarming. The entire block is full of them and they sit at almost all entrances of our colony to bark at or attack anyone coming from anywhere. I humbly request you to please send a dog catcher team to our area to help us get out of this mess. It would be great if you could take an action before more people are hurt by them. My name Shyama Kansal. i am living in Uttam Nagar, RZ-67, Subhash Park, Solanki Road Chowk. i would like to bring your kind attention towards a empty plot which is using for garbage dump, it is in very unhygienic and in poor condition. We are facing huge problems due to the unhygienic conditions causing health problems and the owner of that plot is not constructing and not selling, many times verbally inform this to the plot owner but he ignore every request. The odour smell is also make the air pollute and increasing the mosquitos & flies. we are facing a problem of garbage near about our residence there are so much garbage outside the home that is why so much bad smell are spreading in the area that is why are getting a problem in a breathing so many times our family members got ill.Our Main Bindapur Matiyala Road is in very BAD condition.sometimes theSe are set on fire from which emitting smoke is very perilous to the health of The residents. because of this we have complained so many times in mcd department but we did not get the any single positive result from their side. Therefore, you are highly Requested to take promPt action in this regard and also against the owner of this plot. Thanks

I am the occupant of 16/90, Geeta Colony (1st & 2nd Floor), Delhi-110031. The occupant of "16/90, Ground floor, Geeta Colony, Delhi-31 (Residential property)" are using the partial property for commercial purposes and are operating an Office due to which their clients keep coming and going to the grievance location causing/90 trouble to the occupants of the locality. I hereby request you to please take the required action and please arrange to get the office shut. I had submitted the complaint on MCD website as well (on 1st May 2014), the Grievance Id: GRV/SSZ/2014/000683 but no action has been taken so far. I request you to please arrange to close that office at the earliest. Hope you will take the necessary action now and will not disappoint me again.

i want to bring in your notic that jetender pastor is running a travel agency at residential place at B 126 & 127 2nd floor, patel garden dwarka more. they are having more then 14 staff members and not having even registration about their work they are doing tax savings as well, they collect tax from customers on the name of gov. GOV. must take action against such peoples to prevent any prospective scam. Respected sir, there is so much encroachment at road, one side of the road is filled with illegal parking and other by shopkeepers and tea stalls. Now after a long period road is under construction but they are leaving the pillars and some places so that shopkeepers again can increase there shops at main road. please either make the divider on road or do something strict.
