Regarding damaged Sewage and Manholes. I would appeal to take appropriate action in covering the open manholes and arrange to check-up the manholes at regular intervals so that the pedestrians can walk freely through the footpaths at night and during rains.

There is sewar flash garbage on road and sweeper refused to clear that garbage and asking money to clear that garbage . In this pandemic if any disease spreads than tell me who is responsible for this . So clear that stuff as soon as possible. I want revert back on this complaint as early as possible

There have been attacks on people living in our building, by monkeys.
The monkeys lay on the stairs of our building all day and attack everybody who try to go through the stair.
I request the concerned authorities to please help us out as it has become very difficult and dangerous to go out of the house.

I have requested for issue o[censored]PIC CODE online vide its application No. 10752 for submission of property tax of my house C78, Plot No. 19, I P EXTENSION, PATPARGANJ in East Delhi -92 vide property ID[protected] on 14.06.2021 and then I received a message on my mobile from your office as given below

"Your application no. 10752 for registration o[censored]PIC ID for Property Tax has been registered at EDMC office on 14/06/2021 21:57:59 & {3}. - MCD"

it was mentioned that I would receive the UPIC CODE from MCD office through message but I have not yet received the UPIC code.

Please look into matter and sent me the UPIC CODE urgently as I have to pay house tax before 30th June 2021. Moreover I am senior citizen and cannot transit your office in crona pandemic environment so please send it by email [protected]@gmail.com or through message on my mobile [protected].

2 houses opposite mine were newly constructed in 2019. they have illegally poached the street by building huge ramps and have illegally constructed huge balconies. (Images attached)

They now park their two-wheelers and other vehicles in front of this ramp on the street, completely blocking the narrow passage. This causes immense trouble to other residents.

Not only they have done this illegally by bribing police and MCD department during construction, they have also bribed RWA (in name of welfare fund), so that no one registers any complaint.

I am Sr. Citizen and after availing rebate, I am paying Property Tax Rs 1338/- every year till 2020-21.

Nothing is out standing till Date, since this flate alloted to me in 1984.

For the current year 2021-22 Property Tax calculated after rebate Rs 2580/- . I had paid the same amount on 07.05.2021 Online vide Transaction ID[protected].

Is there any INCREASE inTax structure if yes, I have No Isue otherwise, Extra Money may pl be refunded.

Subject- Complaint regarding illegal activities in a Dispensary.
Sir,
There is Dispensary in the name of MAXWELL MEDICAL CENTER in the Flat number- A-2/ G-2, BLOCK- A, NEAR R-BLOCK CHOWK DILSHAD GARDEN. Owners of that dispensary along with few other doctors have been involved in the multiple illegal activities. They are running an illegal HOSPITAL in a small size DDA flat and have established an unauthorized OPERATION THEATER in the dispensary, doing illegal surgeries with the front door of the clinic closed. Many times it has been noticed that the patients have been admitted inside the dispensary for 4-5 days with the front door closed. They dispose off the human body parts in the drain which is a source of environment pollution.
Please look in to the matter and take needful steps.

One resident of the R-78 G, R-block Dilshad Garden 110095, has the habit of repeatedly through garbage in the green belt on the backside of the R-Block. He also have his damaged drainage pipeline on the tarrace from which water spills every day and collects on the ground floor. Both the acts are the source of mosquito breeding.
This is my request to take needful steps.

I am a resident of Indira Marg, Gali No. 5, Mandawali, Near Zaidi Market, I want to draw your kind attention towards the increasing number of street Dogs day by day and they are so dangerous and beyond control. They bit any person who passes through our street even in day light. It is impossible to move outside at night even in case of any emergency. So please do the needful ASAP and they are Increasing in number day after day.

I want to register complaint for increasing number of dogs in my society. They are extremely dangerous and have bitten so many people without any reason . Plz take a necessary step asap since it is very difficult for us to walk freely in society even during day time and it is nearly impossible to step out in night time after 8 pm.
Hence it is a sincere request to plz take an action asap.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the sanitary workers of MCD throw the drain waste near the Plants on the main roads of Shiv Vihar, 30 ft road, between Shiv Shakti public School to Mayur public school.

Besides this, the sweepers also collect the garbage near or around the tree guards of the roadside trees.

There is Shortage if trees in Shiv Vihar, Delhi-10094 area. It is well known that Trees are very important in this scenario.

We request you to take appropriate action into this matter.

My husband Mr. Devesh Singh Negi, expired on 28.04.2021 in GTB Hospital. They registered for a death certificate on his name. I contacted hospital for death certificate. They said that I have to shift death certificate to my mobile number. I applied for shifting of death certificate but even after 1 week, no action has been taken. It is requested to you to approve my application so that I can download death certificate for future references.

This is to inform you that the rain water goes into the drain, but the drain has not cleaned for the last 2 years. The drain filled with garbage so it fully filled and the extra rain water get back into the DDA Flats which makes problem to the residents of Ground Floor.

The drain is required to be cleaned on regular basis or at least before monsoon 2021, for residents' health and hygiene.

The drain is along the boundary of Gate no. 2, Pocket 2, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi - 110091

Please look into the matter.

I am a resident of New Ashok Nagar
There is huge encroachment on D - Block Nala road new Ashok nagar Delhi -96. After so many complaint to Mcd/ Delhi govt./ Delhi jal board Even an article related to this encroachment was also published in nav Bharat times last year. Still nobody is taken any concern about this panic situation. Neither any of these concerned authorities never ever visited through the place for inspection nor they are interested to take any action against these encroachment factors. I think that the system is indulged in these kind of activities. Many of the builders are running their business on roads by dumping their material. some other types of businesses are also running on the roads by tent houses. Some people are tied their pets( cows, buffalo) on roads in illegal way. Even when such type of activities are not allowed in residential areas except dairy farm. They don't have any fear of law and order. Also these types of people will drinks liquor on the roads and unnecessarily abuse the normal people who will walk by them. No one has complaint against them due to fear of threat so far.

There are two Delhi jal board effluent channel(Nala) one is under ground and the another one is above the ground. People here have put debris on the road upto 4ft. which is creating burden on the both effluent channel The debris which were put on the under ground channel has comes above another channel now which is 4 -5 ft above from the underground channel.

The heavy wt. Of debris on these effluent channels increases the chances of breakdown of these channels.

Even people here have surrounded the road on both side by building permanent structures on government land.

Please take some necessary action against them. so that the we( normal people) can live our life in secure environment and the road which gets narrower due to this encroachment will gets wider so that the traffic easily pass on them.

We will having hope that your department will take some necessary actions against the concerned department indulged in these type of encroachment activity and the unorganised crime syndicate (mafia's).
