Hello,
In my area, the population of stray dogs has been increased and now they have started biting people.
Also, they are doing ### in front of our houses on daily basis.
Due to these stray dogs, Delivery boys got bitten and also the house maids.
Please resolve this ASAP.

Dear sir/mam,

A bike repairing shop is being run in a-22, mandawali unchepar, street no.13, delhi-110092. We are compel to bear with the noisy sounds of made by this bike repairing shop. It cause of air pollution. There are many children in the houses near this shop. Due to this they can't concentrate on their study and the noise and air pollution is affecting their health as well. This shop open in the morning and closes late at night. I have made complaint to landlord but he doesn't close this shop.
Besides this the shop keeper gathers anti social eliments in his shop who abuses and make noises. Many times he has been told not to gather such people but he never listen to us.

I have already made online complaints 3 times before this at mcd online portal. Details for the same is below

A dog has gone mad and started biting people of the colony. Kids don't feel safe playing outside, elders are scared to go for walks. Please take matter into consideration.

Sewer in front of my home has been blocked.

We are living in surya niketan, opp anand vihar colony, delhi - 110092. Edms garbage lifting van driver needs money (Chai paani) to lift the garbage. If we don't pay him the money, he will not stop his vehicle in front of our house. So please inform, is edmc is not paying him the salary for his job. How much money should we pay to lift the garbage. Please inform. We had complain to mr. Rana, the inspector of our area but nobody bothers. Why???

Respected sir/madam,

Due to the shortage of garbage vehicles i.e MCD van, we are unable to manage waste which effects our health and we unable to breath.

In our locality, MCD van visits once in two weeks. We want to clean our environment but its very difficult to manage canals, streets, and household waste.

I request you to help us with this serious matter in this pandemic. Kindly arrange a MCD van which can visit everyday.

सविनय निवेदन है कि हम सभी लक्ष्मी नगर जगह के निवासी है।हम विगत कई वर्षों से यहां पर निवास कर रहे है। इस पत्र के माध्यम से हम आपको यह अवगत कराना चाहते है। जो सड़क एवं सीवर समस्या दीनांक 26/7/2020 को लक्ष्मी नगर, गली न. 1, साई मंदिर वाली गली में हुआ था कुछ दिनो के पश्चात यहाँ की सड़क पर बहुत ही धीमीगती से कार्य हो रहा था जो की अब कुछ दिनो से वो भी होना बंद हो गया है जिससे यहाँ के घरों और दुकानदारो को ख़तरा है एवं इस बढ़े खड्डे में किसी के गिर जाने, इस जगहपर आने जाने लोगों को भी ख़तरा है एवं यहाँ के दुकानदारो का रोज़गार की समस्या भी बनी हुई है हमने कई बार सरकारी महकम्मे से काम करने की दरखावस्त भी की। परन्तु अभी तक इस सड़क एवं सीवर का निर्माण नही कराया गया । इससे हमें व अन्य लोगों को गाड़ियों के आने जाने में दिक्कते होने, साथ ही साथ बरसात के होने से ज़मीन खिसकने एवं मकान गिर जाने आदि दिक्कते है।अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप हमारी इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द ध्यान कर निपटाने का प्रयास करे। जिससे हमारी व लोगों की समस्या का समाधान हो सके।
आशा है कि आप हमारी प्रार्थना पर ध्यान देते हुए जल्द से जल्द इसको सही करने का प्रयास करेंगे।

There has been a lot of stray dogs in our colony and now this situation is getting worse as they have been running behind bicycles two wheelers cars and even people walking on the road. There have been multiple incidence of a stray dog bite it in our colony, i request you to please take a serious action on this matter. I have placed multiple complaints but authorities are a deaf ear.

Location of park No-19, Ward 239 In Vivek Vihar phase I, Adjacent to C-290

There is no person who looks after the maintenance of park, resulting in wild growth of vegetation and unhygienic and unsafe surroundings inside the park. This will result in infectious diseases and health issues for senior citizens. I paid from my pocket to clear a dead cat lying inside park. Request detail a staff on permanent basis to look after the park. We are tax payers and strongly request concerned authorities to react please.

Two days ago, The sewer was cleared by worker but malba is still there on road because of it, bad smelling spreading in our location and it may create different types of diseases in our locality.. Could you please to get remove the sewer malba as soon as possible.

I request the department to cut of the dry pipal tree damaging the wall of my house and can lead the collapse of the wall or house and can lead to any mishaps.
So you are requested to cut of the dry tree as soon as possible.

There is a private vendor to collect the garbage from home. It has now become a monopoly that no other person can pickup the garbage from the home. The current one misbehaves and when responded to then they stop collecting the garbage as if they are the governing authority of the area. There are no govt van/vehicle to collect the garbage from home in our area. Me and my family members have been paying full taxes to government and this is what we are getting in return that is, no basic service for garbage collection from home. I would like to know is the #swachbharat just a campaign to show off.
I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and abolish the monopoly of private garbage collectors and should be under the control of government.

I want to make my problem known to you or make you aware of which we have been struggling for a long time, although there is cleanliness here and mcd is doing its good work but after that. Whom our family has been struggling for a long time, though this problem is very long, now we have not paid attention to it, we thought that it will take time to recover, but if something like this is not happening, then because of this letter.

The problem that had to be written is that due to the drain going on with our house, we are facing the stench, we are facing the dirty water due to which the water in the drain is stagnant due to waterlogging. The walls of our house have started falling, their cement falls, we have seen this done every time by getting it done, but there is no solution for this, we can see that we keep doing our regular maintenance on our house walls but due to the drain.

There is a lot of problem with the bad smell from drainage, it has become a problem for us, there are a rat and other animal-like rates from there, they take entry through that dirty water in our house and spread out the very bad smell in our house so that we have to be cleaned several times a day and the smell is spread in our house as soon as we wake up in the morning if that drain to be closed so that it is our health hazard who is keeping the drain closed by keeping a close watch, then i request you to close that drain or provide some solution because the problem is not small, the problem is going to spread which become a big disease.

Stagnated water has been causing serious health issues. Malaria, dengue, chikungunya, apart from the stink and traveling problems have made the life of panchsheel garden residents literal hell. The concerned authorities’ apathy to the ongoing problems is outrageously shocking. I appeal to your kind self to look into the matter and expedite the repairing of the faulty drainage system. Hoping for a prompt response.

Full slabs are being cut causing air pollution at 151 madhuban, delhi, house under construction for past few months. Despite my telling them not to do so as it is not allowed as per epca law and directions. Edmc

I am resident of shahdara, bada thakur dwara, delhi 110032. Since last few months the residents of our colony are getting disturbed and terrorized by the barking and dangerous dongs, they bite children. Howling and fights of the street dogs. These 20 to 25 dogs have created a hell in our colony. Even during the daytime they can't be seen roaming around freely. And the night they go mad. Whole night they can be heard barking and howling. We can't sleep peacefully. It is very dangerous.
I therefore request you to please catch these street dogs and relieve us.

I'm shreya sharma a local resident of ashok nagar shahdara. I want to draw your considerate attention with regard to a big tree which requires immediate pruning. As the branches are now getting into the houses!
Additionally i wanted to inform you about a dead tree too. It's dried now, and the place is now vacant and i urge you too please help us plant a sapling of gulmohar (Delonix regia).
Part of that tree was earlier cut with permission, which is still lying is the school only, but still another branch is left not giving proper space to new saplings.
All these trees are inside a mcd school.
I hope you'll look into this matter and will resolve our problem as soon as possible.

Sir, we are residents of d - block gazipur village, delhi-96, in one premise no - d-57, a factory is running illegally from 20 yrs we had done several complaints in this regard but nothing happened as the person involved has set all the officials of mcd, electricity board and police by monthly payments. Request to do the needful in this regard to ease the life of nearby residents.
