श्रीमान जी बी-74 न्यू संजय अमर कॉलोनी नियर बाल्मीकि मंदिर विश्वास नगर शाहदरा, दिल्ली, में आटा चक्की अवैध रूप से चल है जो की ध्वनि प्रदूषण और वायु प्रदूषण बहुत ही ज्यादा मात्रा में करती है जिसकी वजह से आस पास के लोगो का जीना मुहाल होगया है यह चक्की सुबह 8 बजे से रात 11 बजे तक चलती है जिससे शोर होने पर बच्चे पढ़ लिख नहीं पाते व सबसे ज्यादा बुजुर्गो को समस्या हो रही है कृपया करके इसके विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की जाये

I Would like to lodge a formal complaint against an deemed like illegal construction/extension against the prescribed area in our neighborhood.

This is to bring in your notice that from several months we are facing extreme difficulties due to litter accumulation on main road and also after cleaning the sewers the waste carried out from them also get accumulated there and spreading foul smell. Civic authority did not see it unusual and left them for a good period of time.
Its been months now people are extremely compelled to live like this.
We have all kind of facilities and information still we did not receive much from any authority on time specially.
Now its unbearable.
Its a request you to please get it clear asap.

I lived in yamuna Vihar since 35 years ago. In my street put a iron gate by street members for last 20 years..
In 22 Feb. 2020 during Delhi riots, this gate was fully closed by street members & during COVID-19 in lockdown this gate is also closed. Nowadays, 8 months will be completed by closing the gate, I have facing many problems for closing this pedestrians way of gate.

I'm humble request to you to please help me for open this pedestrians way of gate as per MCD guidelines section 320 of DMC act.

Please be apprised that there is a park no. 12 in front of Arya Samaj Mandir, D Block Anand Vihar Delhi owned by Municipal Corporation of Delhi which was full of plants and greenery but it has been deteriorated due to certain bad elements and neglect of local municipal authorities.

There is a lot of nuisance in the park due to unauthorized activities of certain people during late night by playing volleyball, football etc. This not only destroy the greenery of the park but also creating lot of hindrance for the local residents (including ladies, children and senior citizens) to use the park for walking and other peaceful activities. Most of the plants including green hedge have been intentionally removed for creating ground for playing. They have made the environment dusty by removing the grass from the park. Apart from that they are causing damages to the nearby houses by hitting the ball on the glasses and the senior local residents are also scared of them as they are not able to walk in the park due to fear of being injured by the hard balls. Moreover, they are also not following the norms and taking precautions prescribed for COVID-19.

All local residents including senior citizens and students are finding themselves very disturbed and uncomfortable due to lot of noises being created in the park in the late nights.
Moreover, certain bad elements are intentionally keeping the entry gate of park open during late night for allowing street dogs to further damage the plants.

The bad elements are also intentionally cutting the wires of the submersible pump to avoid any watering in the park and also removing the water pipes installed inside the iron mesh enclosure inside the park. This act is directly damaging the public property and plants in the park and is unlawful.

We have attached some of the photographs which clearly displays the condition of the plants in the park.

Further, we have also taken up the matter with the local officials of Municipal Corporation of Delhi but we are not getting any positive response therefore it is immense need to take cognizance of the matter and serve the notice to relevant authorities to take immediate action for greenery and beautification of the park and nearby area.

This complain is for the betterment and livelihood of the local residents.

There is very tall tree just in backyard of my flat no 903, pocket-D at Dilshad Garden which is dangerously leaning towards my flat as well other adjacent flats which may cause damages to life and property. I would like to inform you that in the month of June 2020 a large chunk of its branch fell apart on my flat, due to strong wind and rain luckily no body hurt and no significant damages inflicted on the flats nearby.
I therefore request you kindly trim /prune the tree to avoid any damages to the life and property of residents of flats nearby to the tree in future..

I lived in B-5/430 Yamuna Vihar Delhi=110053. RWA was installing the iron gate in my street with collecting subscription to us. This gate was installed since 20 years. This gate was daily opened for timing 6 am to 10 pm, only for pedestrians. But last 8 months this gate was fully closed by during the roits or COVID-19. I have face's many problems for this closing of gate. Kindly grant me a permission to opening the street gate for pedestrians.. Thanks

From last 3 months I am trying to complain for opened Sewer pothole. In Pocket-B Dilshad Garden, Sewer mainhole is opened and which is very dangerous. can you please send somebody to close this hole.

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Street No. 1 Dayal Pur D-Block, North East Delhi, Delhi-110094 and we are living here since last 22 years.
Some residents of our colony have planned to install an iron gate in the middle of the street irrespective of the fact that it can cause inconvenience to other residents to commute.

The started digging the street in today morning for making foundation from the corner without any written permission which later on was covered by us. However, installing a gate in the middle of the street makes no sense . On objecting the same they started arguing etc which later on becomes a huge quarrel. There are two light poles are also installed just aside where they started digging which after installation of gate will create more problem to take vehicles etc.

Hence, I request you to please look into this at earliest. Hope to see your positive response at earliest in this regards.

Dear Team,
There is extreme water logging due encroachment of drainage passage by neighbours.
High risk of dengue and malaria in our area.
Urgent attention required.

We have been trying to resolve encroachment issue in our as well as balcony extension. This has always resulted in failure as people in MC are not capable enough to carry on the order.
It is a safety issue and parking issue as well.
Buildings are 35 years old and extensions are putting extra load on the building day by day.
Encroachment on ground level has led to reduced parking spaces and also people have encroached more than 1000 sq ft outside there flats which is equivalent to the size of the flat they are living in. This has led to unfair and undue advantages to people with such extensions.

I would like to draw your attention to check the quality construction of new drain in mix housing complex pocket 4 which is below the standard and taken outside 3 feet as road breadth has reduced.

I want to complaint against seaver dust front out side area and mcd servent don't clear that

The drainage in our street is full of water from house no 8/438 to 8/424.

I have complain many times but they deny to come. And also saying that complain whoever you want to complain.

Tell me where i need to go to clean this drain.

Hi my name is Jatinder Singh and I am 70 years old and resident of 148 gopal park krishna nagar delhi 110051. On the service lane just behind my home people are throwing the house hold waste and I have file many complaints but no one is picking them up you are requested to please order to remove the garbage as due to covid spread I am worried of my and my famly health

We have a full road which if full of garbage.
There is also a sewage treatment plant along the road to nake matters worse.
The whole road gets clogged up with garbage during rains.
The animals like cows end up eating the garbage (plastic mostly)

There is a huge tree besides my house, it has wild fruits which fell down n make surface slippery n it becomes dangerous for kids n old aged people in our house and large number
of electric wires are passing through it and moreover it branches and roots entering in our house.Please cut this tree as soon as possible
