श्रीमान ये मेरी दूसरी कंप्लेंट है आपको सूचित करना है कि भागीरथी विहार ब्रिज पूरी पुलिए दिल्ली 94 पर कूड़ेदान एमसीडी MCD द्वारा परन्तुव् जब यह बनाया है तब से यहाँ से कूड़ा उठाया नहीं गया हैं कूड़े का देर बढ़ता ही जा रहा है श्रीमान जी यहाँ पर इतना सारा कूड़ा- कचरा जमा हो गया है जो सड़ रहा है और बहुत बदबू आ रही और नतीजतन कई लोग कभी-कभी डेंगू से अन्य जलजनित कीड़े के कारण बीमार होते हैं । श्रीमान जी यदि इस कूड़ेदान से कूड़ा नहीं उठाया गया तो RTI लगाएंगे और इसका जवाब मांगे की स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के बावजूद भी लापरवाही क्यों की जा रही है

I am staying at 19/16 kalyan puri, delhi -91. We are harassed by street dogs in society. Here more then 7-8 street dogs regularly barking. Came to bite bike rider & people who is passing by road. Small children's and ladies feeling more insecure due to the dogs. Hope you will take immediate action on this complaint. Please send dog van to catch these dogs as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I have paid municipal tax for my flat f-3 press apartments, 23 ip extension on 08/05/2017. An amount of rs. 1502 has been debited from my account.

However the receipt was not generated.

I had lodged a complaint no. 23734. I recd a message that mony has not been recd by your banker.

On checking with my banker - i was advised that money has been credited to yr banker vide tx no. [protected].

Kindly advise the status and issue the receipt.

Dear sir,
I would like to invite your attention towards the nuisance is being created in the delhi police co-op gr. Housing society. A semi-permanent structure has been constructed in the common area in “a” block of the society and commercial activities are being operated within the premises of housing society by a slum dweller. Management is charging rs @500/- per month from him.
There are no such provisions of integrated facilities, in the original layout plan of the society.

I am writing to you with a great pain, as we are the utmost sufferers since last 5 years, the matter has been highlighted to management in written as well as oral, number of times to no avail. I write this to you with utmost concern.

This illegal facility has been created much closed to my flat in the a block in common area. The outsider slum dweller comes daily at 6:30 am in the morning till 8:00- 9:00 pm along with his 2-3 family members for ironing clothes. He burns 5-6 kg of coal in the clothes irons daily, creating lot of air pollution.
He has been caught red handed for burning of plastic bottles and plastic cups in the irons. Whereas burning is serious offence that generates lot of toxics injurious to health the enclosed colour photographs are self explanatory.1. Photo depicting the illegal structure, 2 showing the plastic cups in the iron/ press for burning, 3. Person igniting fire showing the plastic cups in iron, 4 showing thick clouds of pollution smoke being created due to burning of plastic and coals.

This area falls in between the two 5 story building blocks (A block of society and private building) there is very less in air circulation and because of this restriction of air circulation, the cloud of smoke pollution remains low to ground and enters the windows of the flat. Whereas this is very close to the flat of my window, that’s why we are the utmost sufferers.
Secondly the person belongs to slum community, the housekeeping and domestic help of the society belongs to the same community have made this point a common place for resting, discussion and smoking. When these people smoke in groups, that smoking pollution comes into our flat through window. One of my family members is allergic to air pollutants like smoke and dust and suffering from bronchitis. It has become intolerable for her

We hope that considering the above facts of nuisance and impact of noise and air pollution by burning of hazardous plastic substances and coal generating toxics, that are creating unhealthy environment in the society, immediate action would be taken for directing for removal of illegal encroachment from the society and the area would be restored to original as per layout plan of the society.

I am looking forward for the relie[censored]nder article 21 of constitution and appropriate action as per dmc-act or any other law/ act deems fit to maintain pollution free and healthy environment.

Myself is residing in the same vicinity / locality are bring to your kind notice that there is an unauthorized construction is going on in full swing for illegal commercial purpose at at 4/67, idgha road, bhola nath nagar, shahdara, delhi 110032 is not only covering the 100% of the property but has also encroached on the public roads in shape of chajjas (Balcony) by about 4 feet. This act of owner is not only against the law but also against the public safety and conveniences of the locality. To make the balcony / chajja on public road.
It is a matter of serious concern that owner of this property is constructing the building for commercial use and that is totally unauthorized as the entire construction of 4 feet of chhajjas (Balcony) are being made dangerously on the public streets of the plot and the same may invite an unavoidable disaster and cause human losses at anytime.
Myself and people of the locality have already requested the owner, not to construct the building in such an illegal manner but instead of stopping the aforesaid construction, he threaten my client for severe physical attacks and said that you cannot stop me as i already have very good setting with the mcd official concerns along with the support of local police and political people of the area. Due to his terror and his solid setting with local police and concerned mcd officials, everybody is afraid to oppose him and his illegal construction openly. Myself several time make complain to the mcd but nobody are ready to take the necessary action against the aforesaid unauthorized construction.
So, you are requested to kindly take appropriate action against this unauthorized / illegal construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be demolished/stopped.

I am a resident of gali no. 5 mangal bazaar, laxmi nagar, east delhi. Liter & garbage lifting is a problem here in our street. Many times objection have been raised with the concerned supervisor & authorities but nothing happened. Sweeper of our area is rarely seen & garbage is liter in the whole street. I am trying to attach some real pictures but you system is denying to attach due to low memory problem.
Hoping to get a permanent solution.

I am upasana mitra resident of 113/b south anarkali extension street number 3, delhi-110051 (Near tajinder printers)

I would like to bring to your kind notice that my next door neighbour house no. 113-b (Our & neighbour house number is same) empty since last 3 years after the death of house owner mr. Mahesh kumar & the house condition is worst. Now the house become dustbin, everybody throws their garbage in this house. I have asked to owners relative (Who is lookafter his house after the owner death & they are legally claim their right for ownership in his house) to clean your house & also advise other neighbours that do not throw your garbage to this house. It is dangerous & will very much chances to spread the diseases like dengu. But they do not listen us & as the house is empty (Nobody is living there since so long) landlord of house doesn't bother to clean it. As a result we are suffering with dangerous smell & diseases.

I request you pls look into this matter & take a necessary action against the landlord/owners (Mr. Vinay [protected])

Agrawal advocate having its office at s-69, gf, school block, shakarpur delhi it is surprising for us that swear and drainage in school block shakarpur delhi are blocked and no one come froward to clean the same and due to that we are unable to reside to live their, no sweeper has visiting over the school block for cleaning the same.
Now i as well as all the resident of school block shakarpur delhi-110092 hereby request to you and your officials kinldy do the need full accordingly

Walking on the streets of chitra vihar colony (Near scope minar) has become a terrifying experience since past few months. There are dozens of stray dogs that are freely roaming on the streets and bark/pounce on anyone who is walking/driving in the colony, despite the presence of security guards.

We are more scared of these dogs than thieves/burglars now, especially at night time.

The road connecting the samudaya bhavan and gurdwara between packet 1 and pocket 2 of mayur vihar phase 1 has been awarded to a contractor.
He is storing all the material o0n the road between two green areas which is causing lot of problem in movement of vehicles rickshaws and padestarians.
Today morning a heap of sand has been unloaded just at the corner of entry gate of pocket 1 (From popcket 2 side) and all the school buses are getting stuck. They are rerouting and problem with students moving toa different location to board.

Dear sir,

I have a complaint of dog in our society my address j-361 old seema puri, police choky. Our people society lot of disturbing. This dog bites everyone both inside and outside the society. Apart from this dog are not played children shouted, bites the people in the society regularly. Please solve this complaint as soon as possible

I live in meet nagar delhi 100094 (Saboli ward no 263). Fr last 2-3 month the door to door garbage collection vans are not working properly. Key problem faced are
1. They visit only once or twice in a week
2. Even if the visit for collection, they don't stop the vehicle to collect the garbage
3. There is no announcement or fix timing for this collection.

Request you to look into the issue and resolve it asap.

मैं यह सुकायत अपनी गली की सफाई के लिए कर रहा हूँ। यहां पर प्रतिदिन MCD की गाड़ी और कर्मचारी सफाई के लिए तो आते हैं पर सफाई के नाम पे गली की हालत बहुत खराब है। झाड़ू मारने वाले कर्मचारी झाड़ू मारने के उपरांत एक जगह पे एकत्रित करते तो हैं परंतु उस को उठाने वाला कोई नहीं है जिनके कारण हालात ये हैं कि उस जगह से गुजरना भी दुश्वार हो रख्खा है।

This is to bring to your notice that there are so many stray dogs in pocket - a of new jafarabad. Sometimes they bite residents of the colony or chase their vehicles. Children are scared so much that they don't step out of the house & refuse to go to parks due to these dogs. Kind intervention of the appropriate authority required.

Hi i am ashish kumar resident of bharti artist colony, vikas marg, delhi-92 made several request to mcd auth regarding tree collapse which can happen any day at the entrance gate of the colony. We have requested fir pruning of the trees due to moonson. Several incidents of branches and tree falling have occured throughout the month.
We request you to kindly look into the matter before any major casulty happens.

15-20 stray dogs in our street cause littering and danger of bite. They bark all day and night causing sever difficulty to all residents.
Please make arrangement to remove them and rehabilitate them elsewhere. It will be very good of you. I will bw very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
Every six months the females give birth to 5-6 pus=ps which grow up to produce more.

I want to draw your attention towards a very serious problem that is being faced by us — the residents of s. G. Pocket, dilshad garden, new delhi - 110095, near deer park.
This is to inform you that there are more than 30 street dogs in our locality. Now its very difficult for kids and women to move in the colony as they bark at them and bite them. You are requested to send a dog squad to take away these stray dogs from our lane for good.
Since last 1 year dog has bitten so many people. These dog is mainly targeting women and children. It's becoming increasingly difficult for us and our children to go out without fear of being bitten by them.
I request you to please take a strict action against them as this can cause a life dangerous to local residence people and kids playing.
It is very difficult to even walk in the street during night and early morning particularly for the children and woman.
They have bitten many people around here and are creating a nuisance.
So kindly send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon...

Hi there,
I am living in East Delhi B-block behind Malik Nursing Home.
There Shiv Mandir road was digged 2 week early but still open. Also, in half dust was placed.
Due to the same almost half road is not usable and it is creating a lot of problem.
Please take some action and ask to cover it on urgent basis.
We can see in attached image that very small area is left to pass vehicles an daily there is a lot of traffic in morning and evening time.
