I wanted to pay the property tax on line for 2018-19. The message that is being flashed since the beginning of april is: this site is under maintenance.
How long will it remain under maintenance?
Are your it people so bad that they can't even maintain a portal that is not compatible with mozilla firefox and another one, both of which are outdated browsers? Further, these browsers are unsafe for financial transactions like debit/credit cards, passwords, etc and are the easy targets of the hackers.
Please make your site compatible for safe browsers like google chrome.

Currently i am the owner of first and second floors of the said property and there are total 4 floors in the said property.

Owner of 4th floor is constructing 5th floor which is illegal and unauthorized as per bye laws of the mcd.

Owner of 4th floor is: poonam kashyap wife of sudesh chand kashyap, who is doing illegal and unauthorized construction.

Mcd has booked this illegal construction however owner of 4th floor has again started the illegal construction.

I request you to take prompt and strict action against this illegal and unauthorized construction due to following reasons:

1. Lives of the occupants of the building is not safe due to construction of 5th floor. This illegal and unauthorized construction endangers the lives of the occupants in this building/property. This building is not capable of bearing further load of 5th floor and may collapse any time.

2. Right of construction of 5th floor is not provided by municipal corporation of delhi

3. Right of construction is not transferred to the buyer at the time of selling the fourth floor by the owner of the building.

Dear sir/madam,
I am a resident of A 22 pandav nagar, and would like to bring to your notice that since last 2-3 weeks people are throwing garbage on the street and also due to construction of sewer road is not in good condition. The path has become dirty and difficult to walk due to its bad condition therefore i request you please see through the matter and take some action as soon as possible otherwise there is high chances of breakout of dengue and malaria in the area. Hope you see through the matter soon.

Barking & biting from dogs
I am a resident of h. No. F-190, mansarover garden 2nd floor new delhi. 110015, i bring to your notice and mandatory piece of information that we are facing a tremendous problem due to the 4-5 street dogs in front of our house. These dogs attacked on the street passerby and as well as neighbours also. Sometimes they bite & wounded childrens & adult passing through the dog. Due to these dogs the atmosphere of the gali is too bad. We scars when we were passing through the dogs. These dogs regularly moves here and there in the gali and spread loiter due to which we are facing great hardship to live. We request the dog squad of mcd to kindly take some action immediately and send the dog squad immediately to avoid these problems.

I am informing you that i am a resident of mandawali railway colony delhi. I'm complaining about the garbage cleaning from our building. The sweeper's and garbage picker are not coming from few weeks. I have informed our building care taker and he is not taking any action. Every resident of the building putting their garbage at the corner of stairs. And now a days it's releasing very bad smell. And some insect's are growing up there. I'm requesting you to please solve out the same. This is creating a trouble for our guests, they are hesitating to come our house, just because of the garage.

And they are leakaging and has been broken. For so many times.. We have informed to our area incharge... And they have not taken any necessary step against this problem.. Due to this problem so many mosquito and many deases are spreading.. So i want to you that plz you resolve this problem as soon as possible

13/175, all shops here and residence are prone to get mosquito born diseases, as there are too many mosquitoes in the area, in evening, there are bunch of mosquitoes which can be literally seen.

This is a serious health concern issue for the residence of 13/175, geeta colony - delhi-31..

Right behind sadbhawna apartments there is a huge gutter which has become the breeding ground for millions of mosquitos. Please visit the area near 171-a pocket-4 phase-1 mayur vihar badminton court during evening hours post 6 pm. These mosquitos in large numbers flood indoors as well. Every 2-3 days i have to purchase mosquito sprays spending rs.250.
Something needs to be done to fix the problem from the roots. Spraying mosquito killing gases and sprays in the society will not solve the problem. Please visit the area and come up with an action plan at the earliest. I am a resident of 171-a pocket-4 mayur vihar-1, you could contact me when you come for a visit. Every resident of sadbhawana apartments has the same complaint.
This is a massive health hazard and must be taken up with utmost seriousness.

Unauthorized cattle rearing in Neighbour in front of MCC primary school khichripur
bypass is a big trouble and open invitation to deseases an mosquitoes, dung spread around, cows present all time on government land, no one able to stop some hard headed people since they would fight saying that they are using only government land an none personal, difficult situations increasing, kindly acquire unauthorized cattle around here...

Sir,

This is a letter to draw your attention to the problem of mosquitoes in our locality. Our area falls under block - s, pandav nagar, delhi -110092. For the past 3-4 weeks, the problem of mosquitoes have increased rapidly and causing generate the dengue, and malaria. It would be really nice if you could send mosquito fogging machine our area. Please send some of your representatives to take necessary action to stop the breeding of mosquito larvae.

Mr dina nath tiwari has encroached government land in the name of false case filed by him in karkardooma by teh title of
Deena nath tiwari vs dda suit no 7396/2016 and having illegal building material work without licence and permission.
Sir now on 27.01.2018 he himself lost his suit in front of dda and land encroached is completely declared government land.
So please kindly refer order dated 27.01.2018 in above said suit no 7396/2016 and take some strict action against the encroachment on government land as soon as possible because they keep on selling/ alienating the property in some other name to create subsequent buyer which may creat irreparable loss to government if he abscond

Sir cardio prime gym opposite dashmesh school doest have any licence of food supplements and gym even but even after they used to sell hazardous food supplements for body building which may create irreparable loss to children and community.
Even they are trying to cheat people by saying that they have licence of the same and the owner mr sunil is giving assurance to students and children to have these wrong and hazardous drugs to be a body builder sooner.
Please stop this activity as soon as possible so that we can stop any fatal thing to be happen.
Mr sunil is a illegal builder in locality due to which he has goons and local support.
Take action as expeditiously please otherwise i will knock the door of court

I would to your attention that shree ganesh trading co. Address 9/2910, circular road, gurudwara gali, gandhi nagar, delhi-110031. Running in residential area. They do a lot of noise pollution, whole the day so many rickshawa vala's come to his godam and in the evening time so many poeple come and sit and drink everyday some time girls also come. I hereby requested kindly closed this godam or take initiative of sealing this property due to residential place using as commercial. I hope you will understand the matter and take the neccessary action at the earliest.

Too many stray dogs in gali no.3, ganesh nagar ext-2, near railway phatak, shakarpur. Lives of people in danger as dogs are running after people and children and biting them. This is not a pleasent situation as kids are playing outside, elderly people are going for walks in early hours of the days, people are just walking outside, etc. Please take these dogs away and sterlize them so that the dog population does not exceed the amount of people living in this colony.

I am a peace loving resident of a-113/s-4 dilshad colony, delhi 110095, top floor. Water tanks of all residents are kept at a place connected to my wall. Now, there is heavy leakage at this portion which is destroying my house wall badly. I requested all the residents of this building but, nobody is interested in solving this issue. I am afraid that this will totally destroy my wall of my house which i am hardly earned. Please help me to solve this issue
