I have made online payment of east delhi mcd property tax in r/0 property id no[protected] of dda flat no.10-d pocket -1 mig flat mayur vihar ph-3, delhi 110096 for the year 2017-18 on 14/6 2016 from my credit card through indus bank gateway. Rs.1145.47 was debited from my credit card with service charge. Mcd tax being rs.1134/- i may be issued the receipt. On enquiry from mcd office geeta colony informed there was some problem with the site and i will get the receipt withoin 15 days. Till date no receipt is received.

I paid online house tax for year 2017-18 for property id[protected] through mcd portal for east delhi on[protected] thru kotak bank gateway rs.3824.99.
I paid thrugh my icici bank debit card. I have bank statement that shows the amount is debited from my account for house tax.. But receipt not generated

I logded online grievance on mcdpepertyonline portal vide grievance id no.25979 but status shows pending for along time now.

I i request that receipt for house tax paid by me be provided to me.

I have raised again my issue almost 1 week has been completed but still no action taken from your side. Please understand the situation is very difficult to survive here. So please take a strict action against factory owner and house owner i hope this issue will resolved as soon as.

I am resident of Mandawali, Delhi 110092 and paying my property tax online since last five-six years and my property Id is[protected] and its in name of Sangeeta singh and Anamika Singh. Earlier I never faced any problem. But this year after I made payment through Credit Card the screen went blank whereas my payment got deducted from Credit Card Account of ICICI Bank. Payment of Rs. 2994.43 was made with PAYU.IN-UTILI(inclusive of service tax) and I received this message in my email from ICICI BANK "Dear Customer, Thank you for using ICICI Bank credit card.

Your ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX9002 has been used for a transaction of INR 2, 994.43 at PAYU-www.payu.in-Utili (June 28, 2017; 21:38:30 hrs.). Available credit balance on your card is Rs. xxxxxxx and total credit limit is Rs. xxxxxxxx.

If you have not authorised this transaction, please call our 24 hour Customer Care at 33667777 for the below mentioned cities, for other cities please click here www.icicibank.com."

I am attaching herewith screenshot of payment window after I made the payment, in address bar it shows "111.93.49.17/ptemc/PayUBizSuccess.php" which clearly indicate that payment is made. I made two grievances also on website one on same date with grievance ID 25239 and one with ID 26057 on 06 July 17 but its status shows its pending.. There are some problem in registering grievances as I have made payment through Indus bank but it is not visible in credit card payment option only hdfc and axis bank options are there.
Hence, I am not hopeful of reply of my grievance through website.
Sir, Kindly do the needful to make my payment countable for property tax and issue me the due receipt. If any other information is required I can provide that. Kindly do the needful.

Respected Sir,
Sir this is to bring to your notice that the garbage pickup van is highly irregular in the area of F- block, gali No.-7, ganga vihar. Earlier the van used to cover the area almost 3-4 days, but now since past few months, it comes 1-2 times in a month causing lot of inconvenience to the local residents. When it comes also, it does not cover all the streets within the colony, as a result of which many people threw their garbage at their street corner or nearby vacant plot within the colony that is a recipe for inviting infections and diseases.

Due to failure of Safaikaramchari drains are full of dirty water and garbage. They visited 1-2 times only in a month for clearing the drain due to day by day bacteria and mosquitoes are spreading in the environment. Sewerage spread on Street & Market Road, water logging is a risk of water borne diseases.

Kindly consider it as a major problem of the residents and do the needful.

It is a matter of deep concern/ importance that some illegal factories thar are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are what these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the lawas by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

I live in street no 3 jagat puri extention. Shahdara new delhi-110093 or i am not mentioning my name and house no. Now come to the point in my street 3 factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. These factories work till 12:00 midnight to 2:00 am and some time the whole night. As the factories are situated in between the houses. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away specially at night. When working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer just because of them and everyday many trucks come in the street and whole street closed.

All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell

This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.

I anjali from b-29/6a, street no. 3, arjun mohalla, maujpur, delhi 110053 have a problem of 2-3 dogs that barks and bite always on everyone crossing the street. When i go to the shop they barks on me. One day our worker went to his home one dog came and bite him. This was happen 2 days before today i want your help and your dog catchers please sent away dog catchers in my colony. Dogs spread over garbage that is outside our houses.

I atul mittal resident of a-7/48, krishna nagar, lal quarter, delhi - 110051, and hereby i like to your attention towards the serious, accidental and bad condition of the road at above of the house no. A-7/48, krishna nagar lal quarter. Due to the serious condition of the road many of the vehicles are slipped away and damaged and many of the peoples injured and face day to day so many problems of this road.

I and my father both were trying to file online property tax, but there is some serious problem were the payment via credit card is not being generated. It is going upto the point of otp generation. After we put the otp no the payment is not be been generated. It says on transcation status : not caputured.
Secondly in your complaint registration website in the category no where you have the category for property tax. I have enter credit cards in this

We have been trying since morning.

Sewar line got choked in the service lane behind buildings c26, c27 &c28, drain covers overflowing all around the area. This is creating unhygienic situation
There is damn irregularities on part of the service lane sweepers. Garbage piling up at several places.

Even after a lot of reminders to sweeper and concerned people, no body taking care of it. Some dabang people stoped the draining systemopposite from their house which results blockage of all gali drains system. Kindly arrange to open the all drains, so that flow can be done smoothly.

For payment of house tax the property return was filed for the year 2017-18 online on your official website and the payment of rs. 1520 plus bank charges for services were paid total: rs. 1535.38 and the same debited in my account through my vijaya bank credit card on 26.05.17 but the receipt could not be available despited payment debited to our a/c and the same credited to you i. E. East mcd through indus bank gateway.

Please provide me with the receipt for house tax paid through credit card online.

EDMC patparganj parking (Near Saraswati Kunj Appartment) is not maintained well. There are lots of stones and bricks all over the place in the parking. Its difficult to park and drive in that area. It impacts the vehicle tires and shockers. There are lots of pits also in the parking. During raining season, we cannot even walk in the parking

Please take some action against parking caretakers so that they can do following things:
1. Remove stones and bricks
2. make the parking at one level
3. create a boundary for each vehicle so that everyone can park within the boundary area.

This complaint is about excessive delay in nali and road construction @ Shashi Garden Gali no. 4 (Mayur Vihar Phase 1). Work started from Feb 28th where all the Nalis were to be reconstructed and road was to be remade. Current situation - nalis have been remade but left open which has now turned out to be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Road was destroyed a week ago to be remade and then everyone disappeared and its been 3 days since noone has shown up to work on it. Its difficult to walk here and is causing injuries to kids and elderly people every now and then. We tried contacting JE and Thekedar umbut theu won't pick up. This complaint is our last hope. Please help before we arw hit with epidemics like dengue and chikanguniya. Ward no. 12e. Thanks

This is brought to your kind notice that:-

1. A Building plan had been sanctioned on Plot no. III/482 and 484 (TWO PLOTS and not adjoining and having different owners) out of Khasra no.642 situated at in the abadi of Bara Thakur Dwara, Village chandravali, alias Shahdara-Delhi-110032, by The Assistant Engineer, Shah(South)/Zone, Building Section, EDMC vide file No. 131/BP/SS/D-141/7.8.2015 and 131 dtd.22.05.2015 on a plot size as
mentioned below:

1.PLOT area as per DOCUMENTS submitted: 134.61 Sq.mtrs.

2.Plot area as per SITE: 146.27 Sq. Mts. (How the area at site increased by 11.66 Sq. Mts.? and sanction given on encroached land of 11.66 sq.mts. )

3.Net Plot Area after Road Widening 117.73.

4.The owner had constructed the plot without leaving the area earmarked
towards ROAD WIDENING and OPEN AREA.

5.The Owner had built 12 balconies of 3 to 4 feet wide in violation to sanctioned building plan.

6. The entire structure has been built ON PLOT NO. III/482 ONLY AND NO CONSRUCTION HAS BEEN DONE ON PLOT NO.III/484 .IN THE GUISE OF PLOT NO.III/484, THE OWNERS HAVE ENCROACHED THE ADJOINING
CHABUTRA, ( PUBLIC LAND SINCE MORE THAN 100 YEARS )HAS BEEN ENCROACHED AND CONSTRUCTED .

7. The EDMC officials have informed under RTI Act 2005 ID no.21/EE(B)-I/Sh(S) dated 6.3.2017 that '"AS PER AVAILABLE COMPUTERIZED RECORDS, . 'THE ABOVE PROPERTY IS FOUND BOOKED UNDER UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION AT STILT, GF, FF, SF IN SHAPE OF DEVIATION EXCESS COVERAGE AGAINST SBP 131/BP/SS/D-141 DTD.07.08.2015 UNDER SCTION 344, 343 DMC ACT 1957." VIDE FILE NO.246/B DTD.29.04.2016.

8.The collusion between the EDMC officials and the owners, is apparent on the fact of it as the unauthorized construction and encroachment is in progress even after 11 MONTHS AFTER BOOKING THE PROPERTY UNDER SECTION 343 AND 344 OF THE DMC ACT 1957 SINCE 19.04.2016 .

9. NO SEALING OF THE SAID PROPERTY HAS BEEN DONE EVEN AFTER THE LAPSE OF 11MONTHS OF BOOKING THE PROPERTY AND ALLOWING
THE OWNERS TO CONTINUE WITH UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION AND ENCROACHMENT ON PUBLIC LAND.

10. In this regard, as number of complaint had been made to EDMC officials, including one in the office of The Commissioner, EDMC on 27.09.2016, but the EDMC officials had partially punctured only 3 small balconies for face saving only on 06.01.2017.

It is, therefore, requested to take necessary action as per provisions of DMC act, to demolish the unauthorized construction in the plot no.III/482 as well as on Chabutra, a public land.

Hoping for a urgent suitable action in the matter.

I would like to bring to your kind attention the dismal condition of the streets in our locality, Our Area Kardam Farm khazani nagar (Near PNB) Johari pur. The streets are full of garbage in this region and the sanitary condition is pathetic .The draining system gets blocked due to the abundance of cow/ buffalo waste.

I regret to inform you that the sanitary conditions have become bad to worst day by day. There have been no concerns shown to this so far. All the waste and garbage is always are lying on the streets.
The water spreads over the streets and creates a bad scene and invites lots of diseases, which causes bad health of the people. mostly the children are forced to stay inside the house to keep them protected. The cow excrement are lying on the roads which becomes the reason of a major mosquitoes production.
It causes lots of fatal diseased like Malaria, Chikunguniya and Dengue.
Whenever the cleaning staff comes to clean the street they make so many heaps of the garbage which is never removed from there.
A healthy living has become a challenge in the locality and it needs your immediate attention.

Dear MCD team,

Population of strays dogs have increased in the below mentioned address. Dogs have bitten small children on many occasions. Due to stray dogs the children are not able to play on the street. The dogs can bite at any time. Dogs also run after the cycles and bikes which created panic thus leading to accidents. Several complaints have been made, but no one turn to look after the matter. Dogs are multiplying in number and no action is taken for controlling the birth and fertilizations.

There is dog menace in our society. There are some 10-15 dogs including pups in every lane of the colony. They have bitten many residents and for morning and evening walkers it is a daily scare. We need to keep a stick with us while on the morning or evening walks. Plus roadsides are full of dog #### and these dogs are sometimes ####TING in front of the doors and staircases. They occupy the staircases also resulting in finding people difficult to enter their homes.The number of street dogs have increased in our colony. They are ferocious and also attack people and kids many a times and bark and fight throughout the day and night.

I highly request to East Delhi Municipal Corporation to take a serious action to avoid any big incident in future.People can even die because of them. Please take these stray dogs out from this area and send to any animal shelter.

Looking forward to have a prompt revert to my complaint.
