I am resigned muthoot finance Ltd and my last working day is 1 Dec 2022 but still they are not released my full and final amount and Noc.

I have come to release my gold around 4.30 and they denied to accept the request, they said that it's closing time where's closing time is 5pm but after requesting they accepted the request but they asked to wait half n hour but they kept me waiting for more than one hour, this is very bad experience. Staf should give priority to customers.

I have reached office around 4.30 pm to release my gold but they didn't accept to release after request they agreed and they asked to wait half n hour. I have waited for more that one hour to get my gold. This is not at all a good experience.

My self Punjab Singh from Bathinda. My Customer ID is [protected]. I am ready to pay my full loan amount but Bathinda Bank Bazaar branch is refused to release my gold. When I asked questions. They said our head office refused to release gold. It doesn't make any sense. The behaviour of staff is also very negetive. They don't want to talk when we said we need our gold back. It is never mentioned in terms and conditions that branch can refuse to return our gold. May be they lost our gold or something else like this. It is requested to you that talk to the branch manager and inquired the matter. We are not happy from your service. It is an illegal attempt against us. We never prefer your services in future. We want our gold back. We will go to court if no action will be taken from your side.

This is really unethical and extremely shocking that I came to know my Gold loan MSL/014708 from Muthoot Santekatte Udupi, taken in Aug 2020 was auctioned in Nov 2021 and that I am getting to know about this last week.

It was Covid time and we were facing financial difficulties, however, I was in touch with the then manager Ms Vasanthi of Santhekatte branch, Udupi.

I'm Thiragabathina Veeranjaneyulu I did a job as a Branch Development executive in Muthoot capital services ltd, my employee ID is MCSL108983 And the location is Andhra Pradesh Prakasam District Ongole, I resigned to my job on 2nd November 2022 and I did One month Notice period also, after that I submitted all my nodue certificates to HR department, It will be 90 days since I resigned to my job I didn't get my Releaving letter and full and final settlement amount still now, could you please solve my problem as early as possible.

HI My Customer id-[protected].Yesterday 15/11/2022 my gold rate intrest was due.Im far from my loan branch i used to pay via imuthoot pay or website..since since evening muthoot app and website was undermaintennace till end of the day.morning when i checked branch they said penalty charges for the overdue which is not fair because of their issue.

But without hearing that, a staff of muthot capitel service came to my house before 7 am and spoke very badly to me and my mother. And threatened us like a goon. As i have two loan on muthooth so my vehicle go sezed by the collection executive for non payment of emi on the year of 2019 and till now i did not my NOC from muthooth and my is in my name till now so i need explanatory on this or else i will take legal proceedings on muthooth capital and i spoke Mr.Anoop regarding and his answers was very rude no one is helping me on this matter.

I am writing you this on behalf of my mother who had taken a Gold Loan from Muthoot Finance Corporation.

Recently, my mother went to Muthoot Navi Mumbai Koparkhairane, home branch where she wanted to pay the balance amount and close the account for the loan taken.

However, your staff of the branch asked her to do process of stamp paper worth Rs.1K, as she has misplaced the first paper provided while taking the loan, rest the receipts and everything she is having it along with her register contact no. and her ID proofs.

Due to which I had call the customer care number for the guidance on the situation where I was asked for specific reason for taking my own gold back and closure of account, where the lady gave me hypothetical situation for all the scenarios of misusing the gold instead of guiding me what to do further.

Where I objected on her unprofessional behaviour and mentioned that my Mother itself would collect her jewelry so no question of misusing or any fraudulent.
When you take the intrest every month without ID proof or any documents, then why such inappropriate behaviour while paying the whole amount and taking gold back.

In a hope of resolution I am raising this issue so that you guide me properly regarding the actual procedure incase of 1st paper absence where the owner of gold with related documents is present, with no hidden charges as mentioned above, and if possible kindly provide us easy ways of doing the respective procedure as my mother is an illiterate and I am physically unavailable for her help due to my official work.

I had done partpayment of my gold loan through gpay but amount not credited into my gold loan account however it was deducted from my bank account. I checked with gpay they told transaction was successful hence kindly check with the merchant. I had attached my gpay transaction screenshot kindly check and credit the amount into my gold loan account else refund the amount....
