Dear Sir / Madam,

I am really quite concerned with regards to my account being charged Rs. 49/- every month without being taking any bundle.

To me this is a scam and to rip off old age pensioner.

can you please cancel all the additional packages or the bundle from my mobile number as i have not subscribe any of the service.

Thank you and i will appreciate if you can please reverse the recent charges as i have been penalised wrongly.

    I'm Rishi Prakash Srivastava, Age 68, regs mobile no. is [protected] [VI cellular network].
    I would like to complaint that for last three months Mydala powered deal message is been sent from VI-CMS category on every 2nd date of these month, this message states that Rs. 49 is deducted from my main balance. And checked same amount is deducted without my consent.
    Though, I never subscribed or asked for its services then how they can deduct balance from my main balance of the VI-number stated above.
    Kindly check -this is fraud and i need to remove this monthly deduction. VI customer care is useless as they are unable to deduct this illegal subscription.
    I'm afraid, I guess CMS from Idea is getting this fraud done by hiding under VI canvas and looting VI customers.
    I'll be highly obligated -if you can look into this case seriously and respect senior citizen complaint.

          Without my concern how can you even charge 49. I have never got any message or anything to accept that service.
          Just revert back what ever service you wish to provide I don’t need. without customer opinion how can just do like this?
          Please try to fix the main issue first that is “network” instead of working on new plan and all.

          Because o[censored]sing this network I missed many important calls!

          Almost everyday I get ‘no service’ and now this! This is ridiculous I’m done with this service very soon Need to port to some good network

              They randomly enrolled my number onto some contest and deducted Rs 49 and the vodafone customer care sucks. It took me two days to reach them and they said it wasn't a value added service and when I called mydala they said they cant refund the amount as the refund policy is only for upto 24 hours.

                    My vodafon no. Is [protected]
                    Recently i show Rendamly amount deduction from vi balance from my mobile. Msg was mydala value pack charges...i have no subscrice any service and not using internet on tjis no. So why cut sume Amount frome this... I just want to stop mydala subscription for ever.. N refund my deducted amount as soon as possible... U have no right to activate any subscription without customer's permission..

                                        Regularly some money is being deducted from my vodafone balance for using Mydala Powered Deal (?!)
                                        Before these deductions took place, I had never heard of mydala nor was I looking for any deals etc.
                                        This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing at Vodafone's end too. They don't let me file a complaint there.
