I placed an order of birthday cake and flowers worth INR 1778 on May 7th 2022. They charged extra amount of Rs. 195/- just for fixed time delivery to be done on May 8th, 2022 in between 1 to 2 pm.
However, on tracking the order, there had been no update regarding the same. The person to whom I sent the cake and flowers, didn't receive any call from them, nor was there any delivery done. There is no contact number on company's website. Only an email address [protected]@myflowerapp.com to send mail to, to which no one replies back. Please take strict action against this website and if possible help me get my money back.

I have ordered a cake and a gift from this app also paid them extra money for fast delivery but they are stealing people's money and then sitting calmly also i have tried mailing them since week but not really good response i got... i have ordered this may 3rd in the morning 10:14 AM and paid them exactly 989 rupees !

I had placed a cake flower delivery today by paying extra charges for fixed time delivery..but not only they haven't delivered cake, my order also they haven't confirmed nor they responding

I ordered a cake through my flower app for my father's birthday as advertised in Thier website and they promised to deliver it on the date and they took the amount from me and then later they are telling they don't have half kg cake and I have to pay again for 1 kg cake.They advertised and took amount for half kg cake from me and I paid for it. I ordered a cake for my father's birthday through myflower app the order number is[protected].They didn't deliver the order and they already took money from me.Now they are telling they don't have half kg cake and I need to pay additional amount for the product to get delivered.I told them to give my refund as I paid for half kg cake as advertised by them and not for 1 kg cake which they are telling now.They are not responding for asking refund.

I ordered a cake via myflower app on 28-April-2022. I was charged extra Rs 195 for a delivering in a time slot (fixed time delivery). When it was not delivered on time, they said that my place is far away and required the charge for delivering to this place and they provided a new delivery time. This was a lie in first place, as I spoke with the person who makes cake and he confirmed that they deliver to my place very often.
The cake was not delivered by the new proposed time too. They cake also did not have the birthday message I asked.
Desirable solution: I need refund of 195 Rs.

I have ordered a a cake and still it dint delivered

Placed the cake order and made the payment on 1st May for a scheduled cake delivery on 2nd May between 10 Am - 11AM. On checking their order status now 2nd May, 2:02 PM, my order is not confirmed nor prepared or out for delivery.

Paid INR 944 with an added INR 195 for the scheduled order time.

There is no customer care number on their website and mail responses are not appropriate.

I had placed an order id[protected] and after multiple follow up they said delivery agent not ready to go to my place. I asked for refund and they offered to send in wallet and after multiple emails and call, they gave written statement of sending my money in bank account. After 2 weeks still no refund and they just vanished and not responding

I had placed an order during 4th of April for the flowers to be delivered, they sent me an email stating that the pink flowers are not available and I agreed for the flowers they had, They had charged me for the mid night delivery too. After that the product wasn't delivered and it isn't delivered till date. I have been following up with those scammers but they do not respond at all. This is totally a scam website where the customers like me get cheated. Some action should be taken against a company like this. They do not respond on emails or calls. Some customer service lady by name Kavya had called but they don't refund the amount all and they don't respect the customers. They abuse customers in local languages. I don't want the rest to face the issue like how I did. I have the call recording of the customer service team abusing me and also the follow up emails I have sent to them. They don't bloody respond once the amount is deducted from our account. This is totally a fraud company. This website or the company should be reported Asap. Such scammers they are.

I requested an order today what was mentioned on website but later after making payment i got cal from myflower app that one of the itemn selected as Flowers bouquet is not available and we can replace the flowers with chocolates worth 499 inr as cost of bouquet which i still sustained the company. When order arrived location and when it was opened we fount instead of sending worth 500 inr chocolates they sent only 200 inr cadbury celebration which is so unbelievable and embarrassing for me and on the top of it instead sending 4 fire sticks worth 200inr only sent 1 single tiny candle which is not ever worth 10rs. This was really shocking as i called them up so many times but they never answered my call.

I will lodge a case against them in day or so for sure with my lawyer and once they get notic then they will realise who they confronted with but will do tell then and get their aap shut down will make sure in case if i dont get my money back what was not sent for

I had ordered sympathy flowers on 23rd Mar 2022 my order was cancelled from their end and I received a mail stating that, I would be receiving the refund amount within 7 working days. Its 13th Apr 2022 and still did not receive the refund amount of Rs 709.
Yesterday after following up via mail I received a reply from their end which is not acceptable.
The reply states:
We are trying to refund your amount no of times but it was reflected back to us. Can we deliver some personalized gift, plants or any other item of the same amount or more than your ordered amount.

We have the new Premium gifts hamper as well, which we will deliver within 3 days to your respective location, kindly let us know.

I ordered a cake and paid extra for a time slot. They called me at the delivery slot and said delivery not possible as it's far away. So I agreed for refund then they said refund only to their app wallet. What kind of fraud is this !!!won't deliver the product nor give refund

My order was never delivered they asked for more delivery charges which was free then they said they will issue a refund which i never got.

Now they have stopped responding to my emails

My name is raaz, i am orderd cake but not deliverd in time. i am mailed him many times for refund but they tolerate me for refund i want my refund money back in my account.

I placed an order in October and since them tried 3 different location to deliver as ier their convenience but till date I have no update and I have requested the refund thete is always a excuse these people are frauds taking people's money and not doing the delivery i[censored] can help stop this fake service pls don't let more people be scammed

I ordered the cake from myfloweapp in Punjab and already paid 200 for timely delivery between 1 PM to 2 PM, but they called me and asked me to pay an extra 200 for delivery, I even paid an extra 200 for delivery, but the cake reached at 5 PM and not even on the exact location. and when I opened the cake there was no name written on it as I clearly instruct them to write the name.
What is the use of paying 400 extra if they didn't deliver on time and in the exact place? This is just unfair.
