I had ordered an item from their website on 06/08/2022 whose order number was[protected] and was supposed to be delivered on 08/08/2022. However, it was not delivered, causing me so much embarrassment.
then, I request them to refund the same amount back to the source from where it was paid. But they replied this "We are trying to refund your amount no of times but it was reflected back to us. Can we deliver some personalized gift, plants or any other item of the same amount or more than your ordered amount."
I used my ICICI credit card for the payment and it is unreasonable that amount can't credit back to it.
There is no contact information in that site. Service is too bad. If you want to order anything, it will always show you delivery is available to every pin-code you search for every item you select but it won't be delivered and you don't get your money back also.
