Hi,

Evrytime i order from this application is has some definate issue like sending different products, partiall delivery of the order, not delivering in given time, charging extra amount to deliver after placing the prepaid orders, no reolution or not able to contact the customer care etc are common.

When i tried tagging them in social media to get the order status or to enquire about the delay or no updates on delivery, found this company has cheated many people in same manner. They accept the orders & get prepaid forthe same. Once u pay their is no proper update or no service delivered as committed in their website. Clearly looting money for the product they deliver. Attached few screenshots & mail communication to understand the concern.

For very recent order they were charging me extra 400 rupees to get the product delivered after almost 20hrs of placing the order & that too when the occasion was about to over. While placing the order they dont intimate the customers about the delivery time, product availability etc & once you pay or not tecieve the order by the stipulated time they start asking extra amount just giving any fake reason.There is no proper communication & no proper service. The products are also over charged but still after igoring all sort of things they do not deliver it properly within the time. Consecutively 3times i have faced these issues & cheated over in the name of service. kindly do the necessary action against this company & help others not to be cheated in future.

The mail below is communicated earlier orders & issues:

"The 1st order product was not up to the mark. Instead of Flowers hv received chocolates (with my concern) which never justify the amount paid for the same.
The 2nd Order on 16th Aug 2021 i have received only the cake still. Though a girl called from the [protected] number and informed that the other item (layered bamboo) will be delivered within 2 days still not received the same & today its 25th Aug 2021. Also received the cake without any name or note on/with it.

Kindly look into it ASAP & provide a proper resolution."

    PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANY CAKE AND GIFT FROM MYFLOWERAPP as this site is fraud and your order won't be delivered to Destination. After placing order and several follow up these people will tell your order can't delivered to your address and refund is also not allowed then why the hell these myflowerapp folks says this at very first moment itself. When follow up call is done they simply reject our calls and block our mobile number.

    Humble request to all. Please do not order any thing from this fraud company and site👇

      Fraud app they are taking money from people and not at all responding after that. They are cheating people by taking money for granted. This should not be done we need ur support to shut down such type of fraud apps so that they won't fool evryone around by keeping false hopes. Atleast we need refund.

        It's a fraud website. I ordered a cake for the Pincode 848302, it was told on the website that they will deliver the cake to this pin code so I made the order and paid them through google pay. The order was made more than a week ago on 15th September 2021 and it had to get delivered on 23rd September 2021.
        A day before I decided to cancel the order because of the quality issues I have heard about the cakes but then they assured me that there won't a problem. Now on 23rd when I ask them why it's not confirmed, they tell me that it's not possible to deliver it to this location and they will refund the amount in the wallet which is going to be of no use to me as I don't want to order again from such a forgery website which is not reliable and they are trying to cheat the customer and even the customer service doesn't know how to talk to the customer.
        Complete waste of time and money.
        This site should be banned.
        Making fools of their customers.

          Now they say they cant deliver its out of their limit and asking to extra 600.

          When i ask for refund they are not refunding instead they saying will send to WALLET
          But even that they are not doign

            I ordered cake for my daughter's birthday which "my flower app" claimed they can deliver. They took 2700 rupees advance and never delivered nor updated me. On follow up ( after birthday ) they conveyed that it shall be replaced with a gift item of same amount. Till date, even after a month they lie that its on its way. I want complete refund back.

              I have ordered birthday cake & chocolates to celebrate my wife birthday on 26th Aug 2021 with one day delivery options with paid extra money( Order No:[protected].They haven’t delivered & keep on trying to reach them, but nobody respond. It’s almost 10days over. I ever seen these kind of worst service in my life. These people are cheating customers. Somebody please take necessary action against them and help the people and help me to return my money back as early as possible.

                This site is pathetic they are simply cheater they will not deliver the orders and will give you so many excuses. Google should avaidh their ads and take an action against them.

                I have placed the order in the morning time and according to their website they promised me to deliver the same day. But after 4 hrs I received a call for delay in the order and said it will be delivered by next day. When I asked for my refund they said it will be credited to your account in 7-8 working days.

                The caller was Mannerless and rude.

                Some legal action should be taken against this site.

                  I have been writing and trying to get in touch related to my order which was placed on 12 August, it was a one day delivery option and I paid around 1600 and till date I haven’t received my order, neither are they refunding the amount.
                  This happened a year ago as well when I first ordered, instead of delivering my order they initiated a voucher, this year just to use that I placed an order and to my failure again the same thing is happening.

                    I placed the order on 30th august around 10 am. they are prompt in taking payments but aren't responding in the customer care number.

                    The tracking link is basically useless. There is no progress beyond payment

                    No way of initiating refund

                        I have placed a order to be delivered on 1st August 2021 by paying INR 699. On 1st August i have not seen any status update. Tired to contact the customer care they have been saying it is in process. End of the day they said the delivery is too far and cannot be delivered. When asked for a refund they are saying me order amount is too less to delivered and i have to place a new order. When i asked them for a refund they sent me a coupon code, i insisted them to return the money on the original payment method and they refused. The customer care is reckless, arrogant and not at all responsive.

                        Recently, using the coupon code i have ordered and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th August, 2021. Yet it hasn't be delivered. It has been waste of money, energy and time.

                          I had booked a boquet n card for delivery at Nasik. The order is confirmed vide No:[protected] after payment Rs 627/- When contacted in the evening it was told they are preparing n will be delivered in the time between 10:00 to 22:00. But to my surprise no progress is shown in the status and the product is not delivered even at 23:30. It is genuine to return back the amount at an early time.

                            I ordered flowers for someone, first they said we will confirm the order soon, then they said we can't deliver the flowers and asked me to choose another product, first I said to refund the money but they insisted to order something else but when asked them order something else, there was no update...They have worst service, will never order anything from this site

                              I have placed order a week back, the status used to show delivery date and time.
                              And when ever I drop message these people say the order dispatched and out for delivery.
                              When try to reach over phone nobody pick.

                                  1. Not a proper tracking facilities
                                  2. Customer care goes to voicemail
                                  3. Emails are un noticed
                                  4. You can't reach them in anyway
                                  5. Simply your money is gone

                                      I ordered for a birthday cake on 6th August 2021 and made the payment online since there was no option of COD. After few hours also my order was not getting confirmed. I tried to call their customer care but there was no response. I even mailed them regarding my issue multiple times.
                                      There is no option of order cancellation or refund whatsoever. They don't even provide any customer care service at all.
                                      Their website is fraud. Kindly be careful.
