The above ordered item not delivered and company not giving me the refund.

3 issues raised.Its 4 days now the issue has been raised.There us no resolution.Partial bouquet delivered.Late delivery even after paying fixed delivery amount.Two chocolates missing.Order ID:[protected]

I ordered some gifts for my friend in tezpur from my flower app. They took money in advance but they didn't deliver it. And now they are not picking up my phone

Dear Team,
I had ordered for red roses and chocolate on woman’s day (8th March)for my wife. Order number 1013808. I was promised that my order will be delivered by 8pm on same day I agreed for the same and made payment of INR 649.
I waited till 10pm night but order did not got delivered, so I requested for cancellation of my order on their website and requested for refund. I got reply their executive will be in touch me to get my query resolved and refund done. But o never got any update on my order.
Next day 9th March their executive came to my house by 12 pm to deliver order I explained him about delivery time and showed him that I have already requested for refund. Delivery boy said fine we will get the refund done.
But instead of refund I got a mail from Myflowertree on same day 9th March 4:36 pm which stated that my order is delivered to me. I replied on same mail because your team has not delivered on 8th I had cancelled my order. But no one replied on my mail. I requested for update over mail daily but did not got any response.
So I am writing here please help me resolve my query and get money back.

I'm sharing the screenshot of the same as mentioned, but this is very difficult to communicate again & again for the same thing.
I placed this order on 27th Feb 2022, and today its 07th March 2022 the said occasion has already passed, now I don't need the order anymore after such chaos.

Kindly provide the refund of the amount of Rs. 1982+200 as soon as possible.

Worst experience ever. The order was placed on March 1 and the delivery is not done yet. As per the site one of the Product should have been delivered on the same day and and the rest within 2 to 4 days.

So far no update and now no one is even picking up the phone.

I have placed an order on 13th Feb for delivery of flowers at Gangoh Saharanpur on 14th Feb which was accepted by team Order ID#[protected].
But on 15th feb they refused to deliver and I asked for refund which they have not yet issued till[protected]

I have placed an order worth rs 1530 including early morning delivery charges. But till now I haven't received the product.. They have just spoil my big day.

I have order Explosion Box, 2 Chocolates and Teddy Bear on 10 Feb 2022. My expected delivery date is 14 Feb 2022. But not yet received my orders.

They have provided contact email id. I tried to contact them to know the status. But there is no proper response.

They just all spoiled my family function by not sending the cake along with the add ons. I called them again and again and even shooted so many emails but they didn't responded. Such unprofessional behavior was really not expected from such company whose job is to make other persons events happy and what they are doing...they are just spoiling it.

Shame on such firms who is playing with the time, emotions and money of other people.

Strict action should be taken against them.

Hi people... Kindly don't place the order through this Mayflower app because you will not receive it on time. They are charging 195 rupees extra for fixed time delivery but that is not happening.
I have placed a birthday cake order which needs to be delivered today in a fixed time slot and still I haven't received the order yet. Also they are not providing the delivery executive details for us to do a follow up.
Such a pathetic and third rate service.

I ordered chocolates, flowers, cake to my friend and they delivered only the cake which was average and are not even refunding the proportionate money. Very unhappy with the service. Do not use this app. It's a scam.

The Website looks like legit, but they are cheaters. I have ordered a cake yesterday and still it did not come. Whenever i am chatting with them, they are saying please wait and they will confirm order as soon as they can. I have mailed them, no response.

मैंने बास्केट फ्लावर बुके विथ चॉकलेट(1065), एक मैंगो मस्ती केक(760₹), कार्ड(125), कैंडल(99₹) और 7.am to 9am की डिलीवरी के लिए 245 रुपये का अलग से चार्ज दिया... लेकिन डिलीवरी हुई 4pm पर, बुके के नाम पर पॉलिथीन में लपेट के 8-10 रोज फ्लावर, और कैंडल भी सिर्फ एक पीस, कार्ड तो था ही नहीं... इतना घटिया अनुभव ती कभी हुआ ही नहीं आज तक, ..आपके लिए सलाह है, जब कभी किसी का कहीं भी हक़ मारोगे ना, उसका भुगतान किसी ना किसी रूप में ज़रूर करोगे, ... और कस्टमर के लिए सलाह ये है की myflowerapp के बजाय myflowertree app से बुकिंग करिये

I have order on 7/2/2022 flowers for my wife i paid the the amount of rs 833/- for one order but the order was cancelled so again i paid same amount of rs 833/- totally i paid 1633/- but the order was cancelled and they are not refunding my money so i request you to help me.

I had ordered flowers and chocolates for Rs 900 and it was meant for valentine's day. Guess what they didn't deliver it on 14th, they delivered on 15th 8 pm. Which is absolutely waste of money. Also the grade of packaging was worst. It looked like used flowers and 10rs dairy milk. Overall looked like below 200. They're fraud.

On the portal it shows order delivered but receipants not rec'd, kindly send the proof of receipt or refund the money

Myflower app is completely fraud and cheatings with customers money, if you book products from app, later they will not deliver the goods and not even take your calls or refund you money, they are behind to make money by cheating customer through online, you can transfer ( no cash on deliver option ) online pay options only. my personal experience is after booking my wedding anniversary gift through this app, paying money through online UPI app, they did not delivered the gifts even after 3 month over and no response to my calls and not willing to refund the my money back, after 3 month over they have no response to pay back to me or have curtsy to answer my calls . So, Guys request you all, pls don't trust this app anymore and spoil your golden time and loose your happiness by paying huge money for gifts. so be aware of these fraud apps. they are totally ...beep

My order id is[protected].i didnt get my order.i ordered it for valentines day ie on 14 feb.but didnt get it till now. and status is saying order is delivered but i didnt recieve any order.i want my 1400 rps back

I have placed an order and when I try to track the order, it's in order not received. No cancellation option too after the order is placed. Someone in his team picking my phone an initiate the refund process. But refund not creadit yet. It's a cheating, fake and fraudulent site. Please take some action to block this site immediately and henceforth atleast people will not lost their money. Mail I'd, contact number everything is fake
