Hi,

I had ordered a few products from myflowerapp on the occasion of valentine's day. The company failed to deliver product on the promised day, i.e. 14th Feb 2021. Now since the company was not able to fulfil its promise, I want full refund. But they are telling that they cannot initiate refund and asking me to provide another delivery date. Order id is #[protected].

The occasion is already gone. How can I provide a new date when the date on which I wanted the products was not delivered and is of no use after that date.

    My Flower App — Not delivered. No refund
    I have ordered a cake and bouquet, for 2283 Neither they delivered nor sending my money back. they are a big fraudster. I am unable to reach customer care services too. A fake app...do not buy anything from them...they do not deliver. How many ppl will u cheat ! Will you be able to survive like this !!!

      This seems to be a fake website, i have ordered a flower to be delivered on 14 Feb 22. I tried to check the status with them through email but they aren’t responding.

        I’d placed an order for today almost a week back and and they called two days ago saying location is outskirts we can’t deliver the flowers, so you will have to pay 200 rupees extra for delivery with other flowers of inferior quality
        After much deliberation;they agreed to send flowers but the flowers haven’t been delivered and there is no way to contact the team
        If they’re unable to handle the business, they should be shut down as this is clearly fraud and cheating.

                I ordered a cake and as it was not available for that particular location, I asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount back to source account. But they didn’t do so and instead gave me a coupon code of value same as order value, which can only be used on their website.
                Even after repeatedly asking them to refund in source account, they didn’t listened.
                Their customer care number never responds and even after the unavailablilty of chosen flavour, they didn’t refunded the order amount back to source account.

                  I ordered pink lilies from this app and they delivered orange lilies and the sticks dont even have flowers they only have bloom (kali) which i did not expect..worst product dont order from this website and they charge around 1600 for this..worst application worst experience

                    I ordered a flower bouquet on 26/01/2022 and even paid extra for the time slot. It was delivered very late and they don't even pick calls or reply for mails. Very bad service. I want a refund for the extra i paid for the time slot. Id:[protected]

                        I ordered a design cake, candles, chocolates, kaju katli to be delivered on 22.02.2022. But with one day remaining they are sending no updates on the order & are not even receiving phone calls to the customer care service. Total fraud they are & are wasting people, s hard earned money.Strictly request all the responsible citizens of the country not to fall into the trap of such fraud agencies. Also request the government of india to step in & stop such illegitimate activities prevailing in the country. Shame on such people who do business like this without a single percentage of regret.

                          A flower bouquet costing Rs 499 was booked after checking whether same-day delivery is possible using the delivery location pin code (690511) on 12th January 2022. It was shown on the website that same-day delivery is available in this region. Once the payment was done, a bill was received in the registered mail id. After 2 hours someone from Flowerapp called and told me that it is not possible to deliver this to your region, and the money also can't be refunded. Instead, they can deliver other plants which would take another 3 days to reach the delivery location. I requested a refund in the original mode of payment but they told me it is not possible. Also, the account made on the website doesn't seem to be secure. I am able to log in to my account by typing anything as a password. I tried to chat with customer care, but after some time no response was there.

                            We had placed an online order for a cake through the webpage https://www.myflowerapp.com/ on 5th Jan 2022 to be delivered on 7th Jan at address - MIG 326, RAKKAR COLONY, UNA, HIMACHAL PRADESH. Full payment made on the same day for INR 864. The product was not delivered and there has been no response from the customer care numbers mentioned on the website, are switched off.

                              I had ordered a wedding anniversary cake vide order no.[protected] and the same was confirmed. The delivery time promised was between 4 and 5 pm today. Now no response is there from the company
                              We have talked with the customer. The product has been received by us as per the receiver timing.

                                I got a message at the last moment that the delivery of the item (Order ID[protected] cannot be done. and when I asked for a refund I was asked to select another item since they can't refund the amount to my bank account. After I selected the item ( https://www.myflowerapp.com/white-potted-sanservia-plant ) I was told it will be delivered within 3-4 days, it's been 6 days and there is still no update. Even after sending the mail none of them are responding.

                                  Dear sir / ma’am
                                  I paid Rs 499 for a flower bouquet
                                  Of 10 mix colour Roses for 9th December 2021 but they delivered only 8 Red roses and one day before
                                  They not only reduce the quantity but also delivered different things
                                  For complain I called the customer care number at least 10 times from last 3 days but simply after listening they cut the phone
