I had an order from date 18 june 2022 for FATHERS DAY 19JUNE 2022...i ordered a butterscotch cake, a multi colour flower bouquet, a sparkle candle a father's day Coffee Mug and a note by me to my parents... Which was supposed to deliver today only and that has been delivered too... BIT WHAT YOU DID IS YOU YOURSELF DIS NOT PROVIDE SERVICE RATHER YOU CHOSE A LOCAL BAKER FROM DELIVERY ADDRESS AND HE DELIVERED WORST QUALITY WORST CAKE DIFFERENT THEN WHAT I CHOSE FROM THE OPTIONS YOU GAVE ME ON YOUR SITE TO SELECT ME... TELL ME ONE THING IF YOU COULDN'T PROVIDE THAT ITEM BY YOURSELF ONLY THAT TOO ON GIVEN ADDRESS THEN WHY DID YOU ACCEPT THE ORDER .. WHY???
If I have to take order from that shop o ly then why did I chose you for service which you guarantee the best... HOW DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICE AND QUALITY AUTHENTICITY RELIABILITY OF THAT SHOP THAT IT COULD MEET THE STANDARDS OF MY CHOICE... HOW COULD YOU DECIDE WITHOUT ASKING ME... Even Note I sent to my parents is hand written with wrong spellings in worst hand writing... This is what you did to me on this FATHERS DAY...

THAT SPARKLE CANDLE IS ALREADY BROKEN... CAKE IS WORST IN EVERY FORM.. NOTE IS DIRTY PAPER HAND WRITTEN... WORST SERVICE...

YOUR EXECUTIVE CALLED ME YESTERDAY SAYING THAT THEY CAN'T PROVIDE FLOWER BOUQUET... SO THEY ASKED ME TO SEND AN EMAIL FOR REFUND OF 549 RUPEES FOR FLOWER BOUQUET WHICH IS NOT DELIVERED...


I WANT MY REFUND OF 549 RUPEES BACK IN MY SBI ACCOUNT... ASAP...i have mailed them on [protected]@myflowerapp.com

I want my refund of 549 rupees anyhow... Either it gonna be very long... I am highly disappointed.. They are not picking up calls neither they replying on mail... Worst service... Want my refund for flower bouquet of 549 rupess

Since morning it is only dhowi g order accepted not further processing nor they are responding on their mail address and contact no they provided...
I have instructed them for a timely delivery on 19 june with a cake, flower bouquet, a coffee mug that all of my choice and cake and flower must be fresh and all itmes should be good in condition.
They are not responding now.. Charged amount of 1332 and now no response whether they will do it timely or not what I want... I want immediate reply from them about my order status

I placed an order on 13th June, 2022 which they have cancelled from their end as the service was unable for the designated location. They said that they have initiated the refund. I tried to reach out to them for an update however, no luck there yet. I haven't received my money in the source bank.

Need to talk to the executives regarding cake order placed for today. But the contact number provided is not working.

I had placed order from flower app website which is a delhi based company. These guys are making fool to customers. I had paid 850 rs for cake and 150 rs extra to deliver on specific time on may 20, 2022.

Its June and still my order is not fulfilled. When i talked to customer care they said they will refund my money and that was also fake. Now they are not picking up the call only.

They are doing fraud and such company should shut down as soon as possible.

They are so cheap that they have tagged 5 satrt review to each product if you notice to make people believe. Please Be aware of such companies.

I Had Ordered Flowers To Be Delivered On Date In A Specific Time Slot From Myflowerapp.Com. I Paid The Amount Of 1596/- Rupees For The Same. The Order Was Accepted But Was Never Delivered. I Got In Touch With Their Chat And Phone And Was Promised Delivery Or Refund. It Is Been One Month Since The Day Of Order, None Of It Happened. I Have All The Order Details And The Chat Transcripts. This Is Highly Unprofessional And An Ecommerce Fraud. Please Help Me Get Justice.

The order has one flower bouquet along with fruit bucket and 3 chocolates.

I have paid rupees 2688 where fixed time delivery charge is included.
I have paid the amount from my credit card.

The order supposed to be delivered by 11 AM (23/05/2022).

The order is not yet confirmed and I talked to the agent over chat and they are saying team is working on it and will have a look soon.

They are denying for the refund or cancellation.

I have read lot of reviews regarding the service of this site and its totally disappointing.

They are Fake and fraud. They have been doing this since a long time and still this site is open and looks okay which is strange.

I want my money back anyhow and these site they don't have any contact number as well except a bot chat.

I have requseted these to deliver the cake online on 22nd May 2022 and same i have done the payment on 20th may 2022 total amount INR 2689 till the time these unale to the deliver the cake and there is no contact from there side

so i request you to ask them to refund this amount.

I had ordered an Eggless coffee cake 2 days before which an executive called and asked to change to chocolate Truffle cake.
Later the cake they delivered was a third class cake which any local bakery sells for 200rs.

On my 17th wedding anniversary I ordered my wife's favourite pink roses but company delivered Red roses. Instructions were given in the order that if product is not available they should call me.
My complaint customer care and the agreed back product was not available.

I placed my order on 8th May for mother's day.This company accepted my order but did not deliver my. When I asked for refund they are saying that it is not under their policy.

I had ordered a cake for my best friend who lives in another city. The order never got delivered and I paid 595 rs. for the cake. There’s no customer service number. I tried chatting with them/ wrote them several mails but no response on email but in chat window they are sending reply like I m checking, our team is working on that they will inform you once your order gets confirm but order never gets confirm. I was so excited to send him a cake but they disappointed me. When I asked for refund, they responded there’s no refund policy. This company is absolutely fraudulent and DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS with them. You can cheat how much ever you want, but you know the Karma has beautiful ways of teaching you! Good luck running your fraudulent business!

I have order a cake worth 1200 and paid 250 rps extra for midnight delivery on 10-05-22 if we track with order number its showing out for delivery from 10 pm on 10-05-22 but till now i.e[protected] pm we did not recive order and if we ask them about order they are literally not responding to any of the mails or chat and no contct number provided by them
Is this the way they behave we order something to bring a smile on some ones face but these people are completly fake fake and fake

Rs 1512 paid online for 3 items to be delivered on 8th May 2022 for mothers day. But only 2 items received . No proper response after mails as well as chats. only reply from their sole chat agent is that they have shipped . But they are not giving any update where the shippment is or when it will be delivered. tracking shows order completed. Mothers day is over and its 10th still dont know anything about the missed product. No telephone numbers as contact. nor proper response by mails, I guess they will not deliver and simply drag.

I have ordered a cake for Rs. 1389.from myflowerapp.com. It was not delivered and there was no customer care no.to contact. Worst experience ever! There was a pop up chat box where on complaining they mentioned that they wont refund the amount and asked me to purchase some other item. I insisted on getting the refund. But later when I agreed to purchase some other item of the same amount they stopped replying. Please take strict action against them and bring the website down. These fraud apps are looting our hard earned money.

I had ordered( order number[protected] a gift on[protected] for an amount of Rs.1800 to be delivered after 2 days.No proper communication regarding the order made or delivery was informed .There is no any alternative to contact customer executive .There is no proper response .The order is not yet delivered.No means of coomunication is possible.

I have ordered flowers for my mother for the occasion of Mother's day for 1320rs but it was not delivered. They claim themselves to be trustworthy but I could not reach to any CUSTOMER service mentioned in the website..In Track order, it is still showing that it is in processing. How can an order mentioned to be delivered on the same day to be in processing after the delivery hours are completed? Because of these illegal ###, so many people have trust issues
