I order plant from this site expected date is 13th October still I havent got my order.
My first order is about flower bouquet on 14th August but at that time its not available with them so they not delivered and not refunded my money. They suggested me to select any other order, so selected plant but not received

    I have booked a cake and flower for a birthday paid extra for fix time deliver that was on 30/10 its 31/10 nothing is yet delivered.
    The delivery guy is abusive saying I didn't took your money call the company.

    I need my money back and a compensation for my hassel they spoil a bday on a prepaid order

      I had ordered a cake on[protected] to be delivered at Shillong. The order was confirmed however cancelled after 12 hours citing delivery not feasible and refund was promised within 5 days. It is 30 days but no refund has been made. No contact or customer care phone number is available on their site

        Taken Fixed time delivery charges but delivered the cake 4 hours late and now not refunding the delivery charges they took for fixed time delivery.

        Incident details:-
        My order id is[protected] which is supposed to be delivered between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on 6th Oct 2022 and it is not delivered till 6:35 PM and when contacted to customer care over live chat Girl name Aashi was saying The delivered at 5:00 PM and it was not delivered and customer support person was replying like 30 min waiting for one message. After that I got confirmation call if cake is delivered to me or not so I said no and trying to ask about what happened, she rudely cut the phone, I called her atleast 6-7 times, she cut my call every time. I again started live chat with customer care and After a a lot of struggle she finally gave me delivery boy number. I called the delivery person he said "Mam your order is out of delivery since 1 hour (5:30 PM) and our delivery person will deliver in 10 mins" at 18:20 I got a call and it was from another number and he said Madam I picked up the cake, Can you please tell me your address, I will deliver.
        He finally delivered at 18:35PM.

        I asked for refund of fixed delivery charges and they denied with the statement "

        Bhiwani Area is 5 KM of city area. They did accept the order and delivered it late. They did not bother to inform me about late delivery and there made up stories.

            I have ordered a bouquet. They haven't delivered. They have taken the money and cancelled the order. Also they had taken extra charges for fixed time delivery but didn't delivered anything.the customer service is very poor they won't update you regarding anything.i want my refund i have paid 1200 rs but got nothing delivered.

              I order cake of Rs.1297 on 11sep and paid the amount that to be delivered on 14sep.
              They cancelled the order on 14 sep and i asked for refund.
              Today is 2nd oct, i did nit received the refund till today.
              Many times i sent email and they blocked my number.
              They are doind just fraud.

                I had placed an order for pink Lilies from their website to be delivered yesterday. They have displayed imagines and prices of items which are not available at the location. Dispute feeding in the location and pin code they have claimed it was available and taken the online payment for it. The customer care lady Priya called me saying these weren’t available yesterday & that only roses are available. I requested her that I really wanted lilies as it was important to me and compromised on the date, agreeing to delivery a day later, I.e today. She agreed to send the lilies today. I have had no response from their team and was not able to track the order. On writing multiple emails they occasionally replied saying ‘Processing’ even after a day of ordering. I called to ask regarding the status and Priya repeated hung up on me and would not pick up the phone. I asked her to connect me to her senior so I could have a conversation. She hung up. They sent an email to settle for mixed roses.
                Sir the cost of mixed roses is 100 rupees for 20 of them in the flower mandi whereas 600Rs for 6 oriental Lilies. How could I compromise? The sentimental value of lilies to the recipient is also much more. As it is they charge close to 2000 Rs for the same number of Lilies.
                I asked the company on email, to contact me and that also they refused. I got a message saying ‘ I am in a meeting’.
                I have then asked for a refund and have not got any response. I could have ordered from elsewhere but they gave me false promises. I am really upset and disturbed. I have now seen multiple complains by people who were cheated on the same issue. I want my refund and I don’t want anyone else to go through this fraud website.

                  My money has gone and there is no mobile number working for them to contact.

                  This is a fraud company I guess... Please help me and provide my money back 649

                    We placed an order for flowers and a gift card worth INR 1980/- on 8th September, 2022 which wasn't delivered. The company has cancelled the order by themselves and sent us a message that refund will be received within 5-7 working days. Today it's 25th September, 2022 and refund has not been received. We have also mailed them and they have replied on 18th September, 2022 that the issue would be resolved on priority basis. However, no refund has been received. The phone number [protected] provided on their website for complaints does not exist. This is not new and senior citizens easily fall for such traps as in our case.

                        I ordered cake on 28th august ..it suppose to be delivered on 30th august..but at 6 o clock inwas informed that order cant be delivered and they said i will get refund 5-7 days..its more than 15 days now..so reponse ..no refymd..i paid 695 rs.It is fraud site..please file a police complaint
                        They are cheating people..they r now not responding to mails also order id[protected]

                          I ordered products worth 6k(approx.) which was supposed to be delivered on 14th sep 22. they haven't delivered the product and later when I asked for refund they are not picking up the call. I am expecting a quick response or else the case will be entirely different.

                            They took the order and at the delivery day they called and told that we cant deliver, so i have requested for refund but Since march they have not refunded my amount.
                            Tried calling the number from which i have received the call, but not at all lifting the call.
                            i have sent many mails and no response
                            in order tracking page always its showing refund initiated.
                            since 5 months i am sending mails and no response,
                            worst service never ever order from this site.
                            the amount i have paid for them is 757

                                I placed an order in their website on 11/09/2022 at 5:57 PM for a same day delivery which was validated in their website. One hour later we received a call stating they will be able to deliver only on the next day. We were not allowed to speak, they just bluntly spoke and disconnected the call. When I tried reaching out to them, they kept disconnecting my call and remained silent in their whatsapp chat.

                                Money spent here is hard earned money. I am worried if my money will just go as a waster because I don't think they are going to fulfill my order. I need to get back my money at the earliest.

                                  I paid amount of 740 for delivering a anniversary cake on 09th September 2022. Order number[protected]. They called on the same day and informed will be sending the delivery by next day. When we checked with their customer care. They are speaking rudely and not paying the amount.

                                    I ordered a Bday cake on 30/08/2022.
                                    And it should be delivered on 3/09/2022
                                    But in the same day of delivery after 5pm thay told that they can't deliver the cake my place is far away as there expected.
                                    Atleast they inform me 2days before
                                    They spoiled my day and everything
                                    Very bad customer service, 👎👎👎
                                    Don't order in this app they cheated me.

                                      I had ordered cake worth Rs.645/- from myflower app, order id is #[protected], on 19th August 2022, near kamareddy, telanagana. They had accepted the ordered that it’s deliverable and in the evening they called me and said it’s undeliverable location, so we will cancel the order and we will refund the amount within 7-10 days. thenbi said ok. but now it’s like 15 days passed. then i want to contact customer support of them but no contact number is available and only some mail id is there, from which they are responding like a more than a day, and now they are saying that it’s not able refund from to my account and they are telling all some non sense excuses, they want me to buy some thing from there app only itseems . please look into this issue. Like this it’s happening with many people who are using there website. please report there website and make resolve my problem.please 🙏🏻.

                                        I had ordered a flower bouquet and chocolates to deliver it to my friend on 3rd July 2022. Unfortunately, they told that it cannot be delivered and concluded that either they can parcel it or refund the amount. As they were asking for the additional charges for the parcel and also the flower will not get delivered on the same day I opt for the refund option. I also insisted to refund the amount by the original payment method that is in my bank account. They agreed and the ordered got cancelled with the status 'Refund initiated'. On 28th July I again remined to refund they told its in the process. Today is 22nd of August, still I had not received the refund.
                                        I want that my money should be refunded at the earliest.
                                        There is one contact number ([protected]) who had called me to discuss about the parcel stuff. I had asked them regarding the refund issue, now they are not receiving my call.
                                        Kindly look into this matter.
                                        I have all the details of bills and conversation through mails. If provided I can share. For the time being my order id is[protected].
