Few days ago i was in search of gifts for my friend. Due to pandemic and restrictions within certain areas of delivery, no popular were allowing delivery to my destined place. Found this myflowerapp.com through google search and checked whether delivery is applicable to the desired pincode or not. It showed delivery is available and placed my order of a bouquet, chocolates and a message card through that site. By evening i received 3 to 5 missed calls, saying that bouquet is not deliverable to that pincode where i placed order. If i want i can change the item and continue with the order. But i cancelled it in anger, asked to refund my amount. They said it will be refunded to site wallet and can be used again. But i refused and ordered to refund my money to my account. It's been more than 10 days still amount has not been credited to my account.
There is no wallet option available in that site seperately but it will only appear at the end of making payment (In options). There is no contact information in that site. If we want to chat with them only one or two members connect with us always and there service is too bad. If you want to order anything, it will always show you delivery is available to every pincode you search for every item you select but it won't be delivered and you don't get your money back also. If you get a call after placing order then you should understand that your order should be cancelled and if you try back calling the number there won't be any answer and they won't respond to any of your messages if you do them in whatsapp. Please don't fall in trap of this website myflowerapp.com.
