I ordered same day delivery bouquets to be delivered to two addresses/locations, neither was delivered, there is no tracking detail available, tried contacting the customer care number many times, it’s either busy or does not answer calls or switched off.
Either deliver it today or need a refund....

Order[protected] order on 14.02.2022 and same date delivery. But still order didn't delivered . After multiple follow-up mail there is no update from Myflowerapp....

I ordered containing a bouquet of roses and chocolate and teddy bear for my wife.

They promised that order will be deliver by yesterday i.e., 14.02.2022 @ between 12:00 to 22:00

But they didn't deliver any product.

When I chat customer service person that person not responding properly yesterday and today they said me purchase another Rs 1638 then I deliver it.

What is this ?br...

My order was not delivered & no one is responding to the mail & calls I made to customer service, I want to cancel the order but no option is provided for cancellation on the website. I want my refund....

Now since the company was not able to fulfil its promise, I want full refund. But they are telling that they cannot initiate refund and asking me to provide another delivery date. This seems to be a fake website, i have ordered a flower to be delivered on 14 Feb 22. I tried to check the status with them through email but they aren’t responding....

I’d placed an order for today almost a week back and and they called two days ago saying location is outskirts we can’t deliver the flowers, so you will have to pay 200 rupees extra for delivery with other flowers of inferior quality
After much deliberation;they agreed to send flowers but the flowers haven’t been delivered and there is no way to contact the team
