but the day of delivery they are showing me the wrong reason for they are not deliver my order.

they did not receive my calls and also not answering on whats app.

Placed an order for a cake on 6/8/2021. The cake wasnt deliveres. the chat associates lied terribly. the voice associate hung up on me 15 times. Finally they are audacious enough to say that they won't refund my money.
The birthday is ruined and I lost rs.660 trusting this site. I NEED MY REFUND....

I ordered a birthday cake for rs.700. I wasn't able to track the status for 3 hours. I checked with 10 chat associates, each one said somethig random n hung up. The voice call support is terrible. The same guy picks up the call and says a diff name everytime and said all lies. When I asked for refund, he yelled at me and blocked my number.

The order has been placed on May 28th, 2021 both cake and Sparkle Candles, luckily cake had delivered on time and sparkle candle neither delivered nor refunded amount showing status as delivered. I had a terrible experience with MyFlowerApp.
First they promised the same day birthday cake delivery and didn't deliver spoiling the birthday.
Then they promised that they will send some chocolates as they cant refund and that too has not been delivered even after 15 days.
They never pick up the customer care number and they clearly refused to refund.
DONOT USE THIER SERVICE.

I had placed an order for an anniversary cake on 23rd May, 2021, to be delivered on 24th May, 2021 in Cuttack.
Once i placed an order, i did not get any auto generated mail or message on my phone .Then i felt that this site is not genuine and my money went in toss.
There is no customer care service, no contact details. What they do simply updated the status as out for delivery in my case. I have been waiting for two days, but...

I order a cake for 1925 rs for a farewell party and these guys ruined it by not responding to any of my queries.

- The cake never arrived.
- Lost 1925 rs.
- Faced extreme embarrassment.

These guys should be heavily penalized for duping the customers and for ruining everyone's special event....

Ordered the cake on 21st and scheduled it to arrive on 23rd morning 10 am -11 am and so far its not delivered and they no clue on the status of the same. This is insane such companies should be shut and the customer care choose not to call me and explain or so far asking for refund they wont even respond for it...

I ordered a cake for my friend on 21 May 2021 and opted for same day delivery and the website charged me ₹195 for the same. The website said due to Covid there might be delay in delivery but today is 22 May 2012. The status of my order is still preparing. And I don't think so they are ever going to deliver my order....

I bought a cake on 27/04/2021 for my father with candles and other birthday decorations. Mayflower app promised to deliver and they didn’t. I called for refund the next day and they said I’ll get it in 3-4 business days. It’s been 20 days and I still didn’t receive the refund.
