I have ordered cake 9 th May and my order id is[protected] I didn't get delivered and they call me and said not get deliverd on your location and I cancelled my order 1300 but they didn't refund my money till now not responding any call msg they have done fraud n such a very big fraud don't buy any thing from here don't take it any risk also...

The refund has been done in the customer same source already and the transaction details have been shared at the customer registered email ID.

    I ordered a cake for my friend birthday on may 12 it was same day delivery also, but they didn't, this is worst website, cheating l never saw like this, if it possible remove the websites from Google. I want refund as soon as possible

      Placed an order for Mother’s Day of 1500 it has been delayed first due to lockdown restrictions for 3 days and now it is being shown that delivered but it is not delivered yet.
      The customer care no. Is available but no one is answering the call.

        Ordered an flower bouquet on 9 th may, the money is deducted from the account 1432/- Rs
        No customer care person is answering and replying to the message.
        And in the track order option the order is showing delivered but it’s not.

          I ordered flowers and cake yesterday for Mother’s Day and they said it will get delivered today. Now they are not responding nor calling or picking up. Customer care chat is unresponsive. They just ruined Mother’s Day Had I known I would never order from this fraud site. Please return my money. My order is[protected]. I’m supposed to get Rs1218. I need the order today 9 may 2021. Since you didn’t deliver please refund my money.

              I ordered cake 2 days ago and it was supposed to be delivered on 7th May or today. When asked for status on chat they said they will update on email. Then they sent email that they cannot deliver the cake but instead send something else in 3 days. When I asked for refund, they don't respond.

                  I had placed an order for Cake, Teddy, Chocolate, roses, customize Cushion and a customize coffee mug from Myflowerapp on dt. 29th April, 2021 at 4.51Am for same day delivery and for mid night delivery I paid extra charge of Rs. 245. There customer service team pinged me on my WhatsApp no [protected] at 11.13Am asking for photo for Cushion and mug and I gave him immediately. When I asked them will it reach on time they said they will deliver the parcel at 6.26Pm same day and they will not deliver at night due to Covid restriction. The amount which I paid for mid night delivery they asked me what I want for that amount, so I said I want one more cushion and they asked me to pay on Gpay Rs. 209 as the price was more than my balance amount. After the payment they stopped replaying. I sent a email and I got a reply that the parcel would be delivered on time as committed. Since evening 6Pm I started calling them, email them, sent voice mail, pinged on WhatsApp no but got no reply. On their portal parcel tracker there were no update. Finally on 30th April morning when I mailed them again they had replied as there was a delay in confirmation from my end so could not deliver and also lockdown was there. I tried to reach them every possible way but no where they were responding. I had sent them an email to cancel my complete order and refund my amount Rs. 4036 on original transaction account but they did not respond from their end. Again today morning on 1st may, when I email them to update the status of my refund they replied "Your order has been converted into the gifting items, it will be reached within 3-4 working days as it is dispatched" Without even asking my consent they have converted my order which I ordered for my wife birthday on 30th April which was Cake, Chocolates, Teddy and flower buckeye to some random gift and mentioned it will be delivered after 4 days. Where as I had already informed as they could not deliver my parcel I want my complete order to be cancelled and process my refund amount Rs. 4036 to my account. Now they are saying they will not refund my money. Kindly support to get my refund.

                    Ordered flowers from myflowerapp.com they did delived but when i have tracked status it shows delivered. with great effort I found one contact with name varun, he is so rude that doesnot respond properly and he has blocked my number and tried with other number and same response. Kindly Never ever order from this site . It is kind of a lesson learnt.

                      I have ordered flowers and paid extra amount for on time delivery.
                      They were supposed to deliver by 12 PM, but they came for delivery around 4 pm. I checked out my hotel by that time.
                      They said they will refund but never refunded and when i called they were rude and blocked my number.
                      No response there after.

                          I have ordered flower for delivery through online fully paid and got confirmation also.

                          12 hours before the delivery they have come back and said there is no delivery of flower possible to the location given by me. It is really strange behaviour or something like cheating. If delivery to the location is not possible they should not have taken the order. They offered me to deliver a cake instead which i refused. I asked for full refund of money which they are saying they can only keep in account for future use, which i refused. I do not like to deal with such unreliable companies and actions to be taken by the authorities to stop such companies from cheating public.

                            Ordered a cake for my parents' anniversary and paid extra to have it delivered between 1pm and 2pm. From 1.30pm onwards I tried contacting their customer care by call and on their website chat. No one answers their customer care number and the chat personnel simply say "let me check" and then disappear without response. After 3 hours of delay, I asked for a refund and they told me to call the same customer care number. Finally I miraculously got through right after they told me to call but the call executive refused to help and said that the delivery person damaged the cake and a new one would be sent later. I told him the purpose was not served and the time slot payment was pointless. He told me to email them and they would revert asap. I did. No acknowledgement or response. Finally the chat personnel said they would refund the time slot delivery charge to the myflowerapp wallet and would not refund the cake amount. No refund issued, no cake received, no accountability and absolutely the worst customer care I have ever encountered. Even if they actually refund the delivery charge, it is not to my bank account but to their website wallet so I am forced to use their services again despite wanting nothing to do with their business ever again on the basis of this absolutely rubbish experience with them.

                              Dear Team,

                              I placed cake order for same day delivery and company site accepted the order for this pin code for delivery slot of 16-22 hour on same day. Thereafter, 2 hours executive from their company called and told me that order won’t be able to deliver on same day as its far place from their location. They can deliver it after 2-3 days which is totally wrong as it was a birthday cake and so only I selected same day delivery option. If recipient is getting cake after 3 days of his/her birthday then it’s of no use.

                              In this case, option left with me was to cancel the order. As I asked to cancel the order, company’s executive told me to refund the amount in wallet, but I want back to my bank account. Initially, 1st executive refused to give it in bank account and thereafter 2nd executive called me and when I asked to refund in my bank account, he explained me about deduction in refund about due to payment gateway.

                              It was company’s fault as they had accepted my order in same day delivery with 16-22 hour slot and were not able to deliver and that has spoiled my surprise to recipient and as was evening then so I was not abele send her anything. Already occasion had been spoiled by those guys and they were creating issue in giving back full amount to my bank account.

                              Kindly request you help me get full refund amount to my bank along with unliquidated damages occurred due to mental harassments by company account at the earliest.

                                Really disappointed by myflowerapp ...they have very poor customer service...i had ordered flowers and gift for my fiance from their site ...nothing was delivered and they never picked the phone also...till now i havent got my money back

                                  A red velvet cake has been ordered on 4th of April at 10:30 pm to be delivered on 6th April, 10 am. The product has neither been received or has they contacted us through any forms. When we contact them, the phone call directly goes to the voice mail. The whole birthday party has been a flop. We had asked for a 1 kg red velvet cake worth Rs 1793, a teddy bear of Rs 245, one candle worth Rs 49, Cadbury chocolates of Rs 225 and three greeting cards of Rs 128 each.                                       I, KP Saradhi from Visakhapatnam ordered a combo gift package to Kakinada to deliver it by 24th March 2021 between[protected] hours by paying an amount of Rs.1097 vide order ID[protected]. The gift items not delivered. Hence, necessary action is to be taken against Myflowerapp and the amount paid by me to be refunded with necessary penalties. The Customers are being ordered such gifts on sentimental basis as the company not taken seriously and very much neglected and cheated the customer.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have order[protected]:50 IST)Birthday cake worth of 1408 INR in Myflowerapp.com to deliver to Kulithalai (639104) at[protected] between 7:00 am to 9:00 am.

                                        They wer trying to reach me today[protected] around 12:20 but I was not able to pick the call. Meanwhile I have got an e-mail at 12:32 stating that "we are unable to deliver your order due to the delivery location is very far" and gave options to choose some other gifts

                                        I replied back that i don't want any gift and return my money back.

                                        Buy they replied back like they can only credit the amount in theri portal wallet which I can use for some other order only in their portal.

                                        I clearly responded back stating that i just need money retured back to my credit card which I paid through. Later their customer care executive called me and said i have only two options

                                        1.Get full amount in their wallet which I can use only in their portal

                                        2.Only 80% of the amount will be returned back to credit card

                                        They told raise it wherever i want and send e-mails. This is theri inability to deliver and i did check the postcode in their portal before I order and it show like they could deliver there. Why I have to pay for it.

                                        Their response looks very bad and the attitude make me to raise complaint here.
