I ordered a bouquet and a box of sweets on 26 july at 1 pm. But on tracking now still it is showing not confirmed. Dont know weather I have been looted. Unable to trust this now. I have paid in advance a sum of total 1280 rs. I want refund and they say that amount will be refunded to app wallet. A fraud.

I ordered a flower bouquet and some chocolates for a relatives birthday on 18th July 2021 to be delivered the next day. The total amount was 729 rupees. Before paying I confirmed that next day delivery was possible since the birthday is on the very next day and the site showed it was possible to deliver the product before 10pm(19th July 2021). I paid the whole amount and I got a confirmation mail saying the order was placed. The next day evening(19th July 2021) I got a call from a person whose voice wasn't audible and since his language had that local Hindi slang because of which what he was saying was not clear and he wasn't able to communicate in proper English. He was telling about some link being sent to my mail(not very clear because of his local slang). I checked my mail to see a link from Amolika Gifts asking me to another 300 rupees. I was confused to why I should pay another 300 rupees and tried calling him back but he didn't pick up the call. I tried calling myflowerapp contact number and I was responded with a machine voice asking me to press 1 for Hindi and 2 for English. I pressed 2 for English and after many tries I was connected to an arrogant person who was speaking in Hindi eventhough I selected the the English option. I tried telling him my issue but he cut the call in between. On contacting him again, he put down the receiver as he recognized my voice. I am writing this complaint on 20th July 2021 and till now there has been no update regarding the order.

I ordered an online cake with myflowerapp on 14th July midnight it’s wasn’t delivered till 16th of july and they are now not refunding my money

My product for the amount of 2735 was not delivered and they always say its sent via courier without mentioning any details about the courier.
Its not yet delivered since 28th June 2021

'placed an order (flower Chocolate bouquet) for my friend's birthday on 29th June 2021, the order was to be delivered on 30th June 2021 between 11 am to 12 pm, company even charges extra for fixed time delivery .on 30th june 2021 when I got to know no action was taking for the order i tried calling the customer care services but those people either dint pick the call or even rejected the calls...this went on till 7 pm !!! and they gave me a call back saying the order cannot be delivered to that specific location as it is away from the city limits . The pincode or address which i requested was inside the city to be specific was in the heart of the city .They said they cannot do the delivery and no refund but can use the courier service. they even promised to deliver within 2 days (no point in delivering a birthday surprise gift after 2 days though ) and it has not been delivered still!! after a week .They should have at least shown the courtesy to either pick the call and responding when a customer calls them just wanting to know the status .BUT THEY WHERE REJECTING THE CALLS !! tried calling from different numbers recognizing my voice they were cuting the calls in between .is this how they behave towards their customers? ..and the gift has not been delivered till today 6th July 2021.

I would like to have a written applogy from the company for their action

I ordered cake n flowers for my boyfriend's birthday ...dese fraud people told that it wl b delivered within 4 pm but it hasn't been delivered at all...I want my money back

I ordered two weeks back. They have not yet confirmed my order. My order should have been delivered today. Tried calling them nobody attending the call. Please give my refund back. 1700 I paid for this order. Please refund back my money if you cannot deliver

I placed an order with them on 29 June 2021 to be delivered on 30 June 2021, and after making the payment and receiving an ORDER ID[protected], I tried to track my order it says not confirmed. Nobody picks up the call on their given number. Neither anybody is replying to the emails.
They look like big frauds.

Not at all reliable. Picked free delivery timeslot. Order didn’t arrive till 7.00 pm on selected date and reason for failure says receiver didn’t pick the call.
Highly disappointed.

I was cake booked yesterday and paid Bill and Also I got calls in morning i paid delivery charges he told me your cake will be received at 2 pm please revert ne soon.

Order cake using myflowerapp on 23rd June for a delivery on 27th June with fixed time delivery charges
But i didnt received cake
Process refund to the original form of payment, i dnt need the paid amount in form of wallets

I have ordered a cake to surprise my dad on Father’s Day which wasn’t delivered as yet. I have been following with the customer care almost for last 5 days but no action taken as yet. They have been responding with the statement that, they speak to their delivery boy and respond back. I don’t understand how much time does it take to reconfirm and deliver the order. Poor service and extremely irresponsible.

Placed order on 1st June 2021 and paid 950 rupees for cake n chocolates, first day someone contacted and provided confirmation like authentic website. Later till today no one contacted, delivery haven't happened and no status as well. Such a fraudulent business they are doing and cheating public money. Strongly recommend others not to book anything in this website or app and don loose your money.

I Ordered A Chocolate Chip Cake But A Normal Chocolate Cake Was Delivered.
It Is Very Wrong To Deliver A Cake Which Is Not As Per Product Description. Also I Paid Extra To Deliver By 11am -12pm But It Reached Around 1pm

So I Did Not Get What I Ordered And Also Didn't Get Delivered At The Scheduled Time For Which I Had Paid Extra.

I ordered cake for my in laws in Dirang from myflowerapp the money got debited but I’m not getting any response from there side not a single update. They are making people fool.

I have ordered a cake, a flower bouquet and a greeting card to a place called penugonda.it showed the pincode and accepted the order.when contacted their customer care, they did not respond

I have placed order on May 22nd,
I have ordered for one kg eggless Cake, Ferrero rocher chocolates and birthday card .
They are not delivered and not refunded the money.
Mailed many times, and called many times.
They are not answering the call and not replying to mails
When they reply they are saying order will deliver in few days and giving a fake tracking ID which will not give any details.
How this complaint will help I don't know but this kind of fake app owners should be punished for cheating on the people.
Please respond like how we can file a complaint against this to take the real action and this should not happen to anyone again in future.

We ordered for a flower bouquet delivery in Perambalur and the site showed the pincode and accepted the order. But later they said that they could not deliver the order. When we asked for the money back they said that they could not do that and that it will be deposited in a wallet and later we should use it. What cheating. We cried our throats out that we do not want anything but asked our money back. The men kept changing but they were singing the same song and after half an hour they said they would return the money and would call back. But they neither returned the money not called back. They also did not accept our calls after that. What cheating. I pray God that due to their ungodly business ethics and cheating us like this of our hard earned money they will rot in hell and their business will go down the drain. If God is there surely this will happen.

I placed an order on 31 May. The order was not delivered. Instead they provided a code for using it in the future. But it does not work and it is not valid. I money was gone. I paid 658 and no response from them. Really upset.

Ordered for flowers nd they said no flowers in ur area ill snd gifts on 4th June …ipaid 1200 no response just saying order will b delivered..they blocked chat in webste…a girl with whatsapp (eight five two seven four. Six five one zero eight) +[protected] named kaavya is not responding now!!
