You guys don't realize the sentiments involved with the delivery of gifts.
I[censored] can't deliver then why promise?
There are too many online sites available that will deliver on time.
I chose you guys for the first time.
And u guys ruined my day, the moment, the feel.
That too no response after too much follow ups. Even disabled the chat option once I complained.
I know for sure that I have to run behind you guys for refund too..
Today is 8th and delivery was for 7th.
Still status showing estimate delivery 7:30 pm, 7th feb. Pathetic

    Placed an order on Jan 30th, 2021 and had been followed up since then and every time they responded on email that they will process this on the day of delivery

    And on the day of delivery i.e. 2nd Feb, they are denying the delivery telling can't deliver to this pin code which they should have been denied at the time of placing the order only

    Now when I ask for refund, they are denying that as well and forcing to accept the money back to their website wallet only so that we have left only one option to place the order again with them.

    Looks they have opened this website service only to snatch & hold customer's money in their account

      I ordered cake on Jan 25 th 2021.They promise that they deliver the product on time but they didnot deliver the product till Jan 26.i contacted the person asked for the status but no response.also I asked for refund but no response from them.really worst customer service.please take action on this website.

            Hi I ordered cake from myflowerapp website on 2nd Jan 2021. It was scheduled for 3rd 2021. But on 3rd also till 4pm the order status was "Placed" not even Confirmed. After sending multiple emails, there was no response from their side. Then I googled their customer care number. The customer service guy said that my order is on hold and i need to pay another 5 rs for processing my order, which he will provide a link for. When i objected and asked for refund he cut the call.
            These guys are fraudsters. They are fooling people

                I ordered cake and card for my friend from myflowerapp.com
                They showed that they will deliver the order on the desired place but on the day of delivery they called me for extra money so that they can deliver to that place .
                Anyhow i trusted them and paid more
                And then I called him so many times and he didn’t answered my call and neither did he delivered the order.
                I mailed them and messaged them and called them so many times but they didn’t responded.
                I want to take action on them.
                Don’t know how many people will get fraud from them.

                  I have placed an order on December 12, 2020 10:07:03 AM IST for my boy friend birthday 1. Ferro Rocher Heart ₹1, 321.00
                  Greeting Card 1 ₹128.00
                  Walnut Chocolate Cake Cake Size 1 Kg ₹1, 563.00
                  Subtotal ₹3, 012.00
                  Delivery ₹245.00
                  Grand Total ₹3, 257.00.

                  It was a midnight delivery so they took extra charge of amount Delivery ₹245.00.

                  1.On 12 th Dec at night 930pm someone called and they have told me that they cannot deliver to the pin code which I have mentioned.

                  2. Second thing they told me they will refund the amount in the MyFlowerApp wallet. However I have make the payment of ₹3, 257.00 through Paytym wallet.

                  3.And the third most irritating stuff they have told me is that they will deduct some amount of the payment which I have made it online and they where not refunding my payment in the same payment method.

                  4. After 1hour argument they decided to refund me the full amount and to my same payment method. However today is the 5th day but I have not received my Payment still.

                  Guys warning you this app is not what they show in there app page. Donot go with the false promises.

                  Now tell me if the pin code is not deliverable they should have not taken the order and rejected there itself. Second thing they have cancelled the order why should they deduct from my payment.
                  3rd thing if they return the money in MyFlowerApp wallet what am I gonna do with that amount. I am never ordering from this app anymore that's for sure.

                  I have sent email to them asking where is my refund. No reply till date such an unprofessional app it is.

                  THIS APP IS FRAUD.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I ordered Bouquet from MyFlowerApp, and they were not able to deliver that, since then, they are not refunding the amount and asking to buy something else.

                    My complaint is to get my money back with interest.

                      I have scheduled the delivery today between 10 am - 11 am. It has not reached. This is not fair. We paid extra for the scheduled delivery.

                        I made a order with flowerapp and they said they are not able to deliver the product and they are not able to refund the amount. Then i asked them to make a different order on a different address and they gave me a tracking id and again they failed to deliver it and they are not responding to my emails or complaints.

                          I have ordered a cake worth rupees 611, next morning they are calling and asking for 200 more as delivery charges. It should have mentioned at the time of ordering. It was clearly mention that it is a free delivery and there will be no charge on delivery whatsoever.

                            Money was debited but I did not receive atleast a confirmation message. When I’m asking for cancelling the order or refund, there’s no reply. There’s no customer care number also.

                              I have ordered a eggless cake from this website, i want the cake to be delivered at particular time for that i have paid extra charges also, but they didnt delivered at that particular time, so i have cancelled the cake, i have instructed to cancel the order if the cake was not prepared at specified time, now they are mentioning that i have cancelled the cake, we have attempted to deliver the cake it s your problem.

                                  I had booked flowers from myflower app on 10th of october for my wife's birthday. Later a call received that the flower is not available and the order stands cancelled... A refund was initiated for the same. But after 1 month i am still waiting for refund. Also, through various mail complaints they excused giving inappropriate replies, firstly that refund is sent back due to failure and again saying that payment is stuck in payment gateway... They are clearly cheating customers. Pls help

                                    I made a purchase on their website. They did not deliver the product and also not refunding my money.

                                    They replied to my email stating they processed the refund but amount is getting stuck in payment gateway, which is a full proof lie.

                                    I asked for transaction ID, nothing provided. Please help to get my money back. Thank you.

                                      I ordered a cake in this app and did pre payment through online payment and the order was confirmed by the app but in the last moment I received a mail stating order cancelled. When I spoke with customer supporters they were least concerned about the issue and told they will either transfer my money to app wallet or will transfer only 80% of the payment to my account. Such a worst app I have ever used and their intention was to cheat people in the name of app
