Hi Sir/Madam,

I have ordered[protected] order I'd) a product(Teddy bear with chocolate ) which costs 750 rupees and for midnight delivery extra 240 rupees which needs to delivery by 11 march 2021 11:59 PM but they requested that they will deliver by 12 th march 8AM IST. But after that we haven't received ordered gift even after 3 days and they are saying order is delivered but we have not received and they are saying we will check and update from 3 days .

    Ordered sugarfree cake of worth 1600 for my husband's birthday 4 days before the date.On the day of delivery they said sugar-free option not available in my area and they changed the order to regular cake. I asked for price adjustment through the chat and they don't even care to reply us. They are just scammers only looking for our money. Then I asked them to modify my order for a regular cheaper cake which is a total of 1200. Then they sent me an email saying that my location is in the outskirts and they had to hire a delivery guy and they added that extra 400 charge for delivery so that there is no refund for me. Unbelievable. Still waiting for the cake. Hopefully I'll get it

      This is a fraud website. They haven taken money after entering the location details along with pincode. Then the day when the item should be delivered, they called me and saying that they will bot able to deliver the same.

      Also they even not bother to returning the amount. After all of these, i just gone through all the relevant reviews of them. Then i understood that this is a fraud company. This is my humble request to take necessary action again them, otherwise it will be showing that google is promoting even fraud.

          I'd ordered through this site on 14th feb. But my order hasn't reached as of 19th also. The had both called and emailed saying they will deliver. But now their phone is not reachable and email unresponsive. Completely fraud website, and not returning money too.

            My order number[protected] and it is not delivered and they know for unable to deliver my location but they taken order and took amount of Rs 1948.00 now they are saying we are unable to deliver and we asked for refund but they are responding in this I humble request you to please look in this matter seriously and do the necessary action on the My Flower App immediataly.

                  It's a fraud website you guys. They haven't delivered my order which I placed a month back. I sent emails, I have contacted the number they called me in, no one is picking up([protected]) and I have already paid. And there's no customer support they don't let you write reviews under any product because they know they're trash and they'll get horrible reviews. They just take our money and don't deliver. Try ferns and petals or any other website for sending personal gifts. Spending another minute in this website is a waste of time and money.

                    I Have ordered product and which was supposed to delivered on 14th feb 2021 but its not delivered yet. Even Cutomer helpline called me asked for 150 rs delivery charge i paid extra 150rs delivery charge still its not delivered yet.

                    And order status is showing as out for delivery sinch 14th feb. i tried to call same customer helpline on number ([protected]) 100 times but he is not even picking up my call.

                    Such a third class service and site. I want my money back at any case.

                      I had scheduled a delivery on 14 February and it was promised to be delivered before 10 pm of 14 February. I get an email at 21:01 hrs saying the delivery went for delivery and the contact no. is not reachable! I mailed them back at 21:09 asking to reach me on my no. by whats app. No response till yesterday stating the same thing. Delivery boy had gone to the delivery address and contact was not reachable. I responded saying, please reach me on whats app as the person wont be home till evening.

                      conclusion: dropping an email is a way of making it official and saying "its not problem, I have communicated to you". I feel if the shop is unable to manage deliveries they should just decline the order! Making an attempt the next day means delivery periods have no value and the customer looses money too!

                      Its not the money a consumer looses but the moment in life is lost.

                        I Have Ordered Flowers And It Was Scheduled To Be Delivered On 14th February 2021 But It Was Not Delivered And Till Now It Is Showing As Out For Delivery.
                        CUSTOMER Service Is Worst They Will Not Reply You And There Is No Option You Will Get Any Refund.
                        Worst Flower Delivery Website I Would Advise Never Order From This As There Is No One To Take Up Ownership. CUSTOMER Service Will Say That Is Has Been Delivered But You Will Neither Get Your Order Nor You Will Be Getting Any Refund.
                        Plus To That They Will Ruin Your Special Day As Well.

                          I ordered a gift to be delivered to a dear one, which at the time of ordering was showing deliverable but now on the date of delivery the site is denying saying it is out of our delivery area. This too comes out when I wanted to enquire about the delay, no tracking info was given before.

                            I had ordered a Choco Teddy Basket for my Fiancé on 12th February 2021 and had selected the date of delivery as 14th February 2021. They had even charged me Occasion surplus for this. The order is not delivered yet. No response from them yet. I request this issue to be taken seriously as there is no way to contact the company as well. This is a scam . My order id is[protected].

Order charges are 1520/-. But my order is not placed. It is showing as completed. There is no customer care number to contact. They are not responding over email.

                                  These guys are complete ### and are not responsible enough. I wonder how these guys are still in business. I've placed 3 orders for the new year and 1 wasn't delivered. They keep coming back stating it's been delivered. Why the heck did we provide the recipient number in the order. They cannot call them and deliver it correctly. After several follows ups, they're completely ghosting and absolutely no response.

                                  Totally ridiculous and they should be blocked from doing any business. CUSTOMERs are losing their money and these ### don't care to respond.

                                    I had placed an order for ₹499/- to deliver a bouquet of 10 rose flowers to a School in Kerala (pin code 683561). I had provided the pincode and clear delivery location as well at the time of placing the order. 24 hours after accepting the order, their person calls to inform that ₹400/- will be charged additionally for delivery since it is a remote area. When I refused to pay, he said that the amount can only be credited back to their app wallet and I have to use it again to order something from their app only. When I refused to accept this because it felt like being cheated and it would be useless to me since I was residing in this suburban area of Kerala itself, I insisted that my money be returned to the same medium through which I made the payment.
                                    Worse was that my order isn't being completed since it was meant to be a birthday gift. Sending something later would be totally useless.

                                    I'm disgusted with the app and consider their approach to be lacking business ethics or technology. Demanding extra money for delivery 24 hours after accepting the order is definitely not Customer Care or reliable business.

                                    I feel cheated of ₹499/- and mentally harassed since I'll be unable to get my gift delivered on time now.

                                    The caller cut the call in the end stating that they will speak to a senior and get back. However, it seems fake.

                                    In case you are using this website to order flowers or gifts online, please be wary of this business trick to dupe you of your hard earned money.

                                    Complaint marked as Resolved 
                                    They've contacted on WhatsApp almost a year after complaint. They said that the issue was due to something to do with the delivery person and that they have fixed all the bugs in their system now. My order was also delivered. Hence, I'm marking this complaint as resolved and hope they won't go back on their words in future. Thank you for this platform for justice and awareness.

                                    They've contacted on WhatsApp almost a year after but, promised to ensure that this doesn't happen again. My order was also delivered. Hence, I'm marking this complaint as resolved.

                                      I had ordered a birthday cake which was not delivered. They are not responding. There is no contact number to call and are also not refunding the amount.

                                        I have ordered roses with chocolate bouquet for a friend on 9th Feb 2021, the order was expected to be delivered by 5:40pm on the same day(9th Feb) but it kept showing the same status as "out for delivery" since 4pm and till yet. They are just fraud cheating with customers.. strict legal actions should be taken against them.
