I have ordered a gift on 15th May vide order no[protected]. The order was cancelled by them and initiated refund process within 7 days. Till this date I didn't get the money. The contact number given doesn't exist. I mailed and got reply that refund will be done soon. Its béen more than one month I am behind this. Please take necessary action at the earliest so that people don't get cheated again.

I ordered a cake on 10th June to be delivered on 11th June. The cake was never delivered and they had mailed me with a coupon to avail it that does not work. The cake's cost was Rs899 . Now they are not ready to give money back to my account.

IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND ALL ITS OPERATIONS MUST BE SUSPENDED.

I had registered online to MyFlowerapp on 12 June 2023 (Attachment1)to order a cake.
I got a confirmation that the Order is successful dated 12.June 2023 (Attachment 2)
On 13th June MyFlowerApp have sent Coupon code that the order can not be delivered and a asked me to Redeem with another gift.
Website research clearly proves that the customers are dis-satisfied with orders. (Rating of 1.38 stars from 101 reviews)
Under these circumstances I have requested to refund my money to my account from where it was credited to MyFlowerApp

I have ordered a cake on 25th May, worth ₹1213.15. Same day a guy called me from +[protected] number and said, the order is cancelled due to technical issue abd hence check the mail for refund.
I haven't received any mail or refund. The website chat support is saying my order id is a coupon code. Also, they don't pickup calls/ reply to chat.

I had placed an order on 14th may 2023 for flowers for my mother on the occasion of mother's day but the order was never delivered. after 5 days of continuously calling them i received a call from them telling that they cannot deliver the order and the money will be refunded in 4-5 days. its been more than 3 weeks now but the refund has still not come.

This app has scammed many customers. Thanks to this app I have started spending hours to do research on every single online store I come across

They have taken orders from hundreds of people including me with full payment and then never delivered the product. I can see all complaints are the same, they say they don't service in the area you have ordered the product in.

It's disgusting to see someone operate such a huge scam and making people lose trust in all online businesses.

My order number is[protected] and I have paid Rs.999 on April 22nd. Please refund my money if you do not have intention to deliver the order.

On the 9th of May 2023, I had placed an order of Rs. 2039 on Myflowerapp. The order was taken on 10:08AM for same day delivery for which they charged extra. However, conveniently, they called sometime around 3PM and cancelled my order on accounts that the shop they had in the area stopped working. First of all, if that is the case, stop showing that you have service on that area.

Despite repeated emails back and forth and demanding a refund. The only explanation they gave was that the bank was refusing my refund and tried to push on me to instead accept a gift hamper of the same amount. I then proceeded to enquire if they can transfer the refund amount o another account of mine, to which they denied as well. I later contacted my bank and spoke to the good folks about the issue and was told that no such refund attempts were made. MyFlowerapp soon blocked my email.

I request a refund of the amount I had paid.

I placed multiple orders all orders were cancelled and coupons were returned as refund, which should be again used to place another order in their on site. No order gets delivered, money is not returned. In total Rs. 1709/- is held in this site.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the recent order I placed with myflowerapp company, which has not been delivered till now. Additionally, the lack of proper communication throughout this entire process has further exacerbated my disappointment.On [May 15, 2023], I placed an order (Order No: [[protected]]), with the delivery date clearly specified in tracking order as [May,[protected]:00 — 22:00]. Regrettably, the order has not been delivered as promised, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience and distress. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer support via email, I have not received any satisfactory responses or updates regarding the status of my order. The lack of communication from your end has only added to my frustration. I tried escalate this issue in their website and linked as well but no response.

I had placed an order for a bouquet of flowers form myflowerapp https://www.myflowerapp.com/ on 30thMay2023, for my parents' Anniversary. The order was placed around midnight for the same day. I payed Rs1594/- for the bouquet and their service. i had made the payement through Hdfc netbanking .
The moment the payment was confirmed, I recieved a message form myflowerapp, stating order cancelled from user end. There has been no cancellation from my end. The equivalent amount has been deducted from my account.
I have been trying to reach them over call, but both the numbers provided are not active.

I have placed order on 24 April 2023 of Rs. 973 but they cancelled my order and didn't refund my amount

I ordered one birthday cake and deddy worth of 1100rs. They have not deliver and never respond through phone and email. This is a fraud web and app. So becarefull guys.

For my previous order for an amount of 3066 INR, these fraudsters gave a code to purchase something and they said we will ensure that it will be delivered.

I carefully chosen items for an amount of 3058 INR and placed order on 13th of May which supposedly to be delivered on 17th May and it is still not delivered, when I called these people to follow up they blocked my number. I can still see people are getting bluffed from this company. Not sure why govt. Of India is still keeping quiet instead of taking some strong action towards this company.

Very bad service!
I have ordered flowers and cake on 08/05/2023 which was supposed to be delivered as per their website and the delivery works as per the pincode and it was as per the pincode availability and I was exeoc6 the gift on the same day which never happened and I had to call them and check on the delivery status which they said it's away from their delivery location which was never mentioned while ordering nor by email or text from them.
I asked them to cancel and they cancelled and told me refund will be done within few days.
It's been nearly 18days and I guess they have to ride a cycle to reach my home and personally handover the money to me.

Very strange customer service, they are are share for the really online service sites which do their best job and deliver their best service
I just need the refund to be transfered back to account that's all.

People out there please be cautious!

I, onkar sawant, mumbai placed an order bearing no.[protected] on 6.4.2023 for birthday cake and bouquet to be delivered at ullal, mangaluru. I have been subsequently informed that they are unable to delivery hence refunded.

Till today i have not received the refund hence complaint

I have given an order for a birthday cake on 20th may 23 using my flower app.com. The total amount that i have paid was Rs. 844 which includes Rs.195 as fixed time delivery fees, i.e, Rs.649 for cake and 195 for delivery fees. The time i asked for delivery was between 6pm - 7pm on 20th may 23. I was expecting the delivery and got disappointment. They didn't delivered the cake and customer care no mentioned on website was switched off. I filed a complaint on there website using there live chat facility. Next day. i.e, 21st may 23, i received an email from there website saying that the amount has been refunded as a voucher, and it can be redeemed for any future order from that site.
I was not ok with this, and i send a email on "[protected]@myflowerapp.com" for refund issue. I asked for transfer the refund amount to my bank accn instead for voucher. I am not interested for ordering anymore from there website so i cannot use the voucher. And the reply that i received is copied below;
"Dear Arun,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will definitely refund you if we were not providing services in your area, Our services are available in your area, now due to some maintenance issue, services have been paused for some time, soon the services will be resumed and then you will be able to place future orders with the help of coupon code all over India & for same address too."

This is the reply that i received. For this email, i have replied back. Please find below :
"Thank you for your email.
But my question is, if there was some maintenance issue on my area, then why was the ordred accepted? U sholud hav update on the site that it was under maintenance.
This is not acceptable, and i dont hav any future plan to give order frm ur website. So i would like to make an request for the refund of payment on my bank account."

After this rply, there is no feed back from there side. I really don't want that voucher, all i need is the money that i have spended to be refunded to my bank accn.

I have ordered bouquet on april 29th after making payment and order only i came to know it is not deliverable to my place. Mentioned it will be deliverable in all places. And then i contacted them they said the amount can be added to app wallet after cancelling order. I requested my money back. Then they initiatied refund process.in their website it is mentioned refund will be done in 5-7 business. Daily i try to reach them they are not responding phone call properly. The refund process has been initiatied 20 days back. When i call them they say we will check and do but not progress has been done from their side.

The company was searched on the internet while I was looking for some one to deliver a Cake and a bouquet for delivery in Udaipur. I looked at the website and it appeared quite attractive with claiming network all over India. I placed an order for same day delivery within a time specific slot for delivery between 11.00 to 12.00. When I tried to contact the person on number given on website, no one picked up. Later on, I received a call and I was informed that the order can't be placed as they have some problem at Udaipur and the money paid of ₹1585/- will be with them till next order is placed. I denied the deposit and asked them to refund the money immediately. Hearing this, I was told that the money will be refunded in seven days.I have not received any money till date and no one is picking up my phone. This is a fraud made on internet which needs to be taken care of and the same should be closed down immediately by the concerned authorities.
