I have placed the order for flowers and choclate on my husband's birthday since more than a week from the actual delivery date but they canceled my order just one day before saying we can not deliver to that address and provide me a coupon code for the same amount which I can only redeem in case of my next purchase from myflowerapp site.

When I raised complaint to their team member he disconnect the call and didn't...

Today, 7th April 2023, I made an order for a cake, flower bouquet and a candle from the website Myflowerapp.com. The site didn't look genuine so I asked the online customer support so many times if the order will be placed or not and then only proceeded to pay for it. Even after the payment was done the order wasn't delivered so I asked the customer support again and a lady called me. She said they won't be able to deliver to the pincode...

I have ordered for a 1 kg cake worth Rs 1523/- on April 2nd but they have not delivered it and I have not received the amount back.I have just got a coupon code for redemption but it is not working....

I ordered Butterscotch Treat cake order no.[protected] on 28th March 2023. Till now it's not been delivered. Amount has been paid. No contact details mentioned. It is a fake app, I need my amount back....

My order was cancelled and myflowerapp sent me an email containing a discount coupon id to be used to buy products from their website.The coupon id was shown as invalid upon entering it in their website when I tried to buy online.I tried to contact them via email, phone etc no response.Guess my money was wasted....

They took the order and they cancelled it and refusing to pay the refund amount...

I have ordered a flower bouquet of Rs 1092/- for my love. But order not received. Amount has been paid. No contact details mentioned. One phone no is given which is not working.
It is a fake app, I need my amount back. And close this type of fake apps....

I placed an order on their website and paid for it, but never received the product. There is no way to contact the company as they do not provide any customer service information. The website looks professional and trustworthy, but it’s just a front for a scam. It’s disappointing to see companies take advantage of people’s emotions and special occasions like sending flowers to loved ones....

I had placed an order with myflower app on 14th February 2023 but the order was not delivered.
I further asked to refund the money back to source account but there is no response at all.
This company is a complete fraud. I have dropped an email and tried to contact them a million times but there is no single response from them.

I ordered a cake on 19th of March 2023 and paid around 2k for the same.
But they didn't make it and aren't replying to any emails either.
It's a SCAM!...

I placed an order of a bouquet costing Rs. 874 yesterday on the myflowerapp' website for my mother based out in Mathura.
As per the order dashboard, the expected TAT for delivery was between 3-24 hrs.
I waited the entire day but neither the order was delivered, nor there is any cancellation or complaint procedure visible on their website to redirect the consumer towards complaint redressal.
My money was looted & no action...

My orders were not delivered, and its been a month now, this company doesnt respond. I want a refund immediately. I have sent many mails, but they dont respond.
