I placed and order with MyFlower App on April 14th. It was supposed to be delivered on APril 16th but it wasn't delivered even after the specified time. I reached out to them through their website and I was told that the order was cancelled because their service wasn't available in the area and the amount I paid was refunded to their own wallet and I could use it on another order. First of all, there was no information about the cancellation given until I asked them. Secondly, from checking for any other reviews, I found that they cancel all the orders stating the same reason and we never get the money back. I found that this has happened to many people before. Something needs to be done about this. Kindly look into the issue and address it as soon as possible.

I have placed the order for flowers and choclate on my husband's birthday since more than a week from the actual delivery date but they canceled my order just one day before saying we can not deliver to that address and provide me a coupon code for the same amount which I can only redeem in case of my next purchase from myflowerapp site.

When I raised complaint to their team member he disconnect the call and didn't respond after wards.I emailed them tried calling chatting but no response in any manner.
Hence to conclude they spoiled my special occasion with a ### reason even blocked my money entirely with no CUSTOMER SUPPORT or response.

I would like to raise a CONSUMER COMPLAINT against them to have a serious and immediate action on them. So that they can not fool other CUSTOMER in their trap like this.

Today, 7th April 2023, I made an order for a cake, flower bouquet and a candle from the website Myflowerapp.com. The site didn't look genuine so I asked the online customer support so many times if the order will be placed or not and then only proceeded to pay for it. Even after the payment was done the order wasn't delivered so I asked the customer support again and a lady called me. She said they won't be able to deliver to the pincode specified by me due to some issues. I said I want refund and she said it will be reflected in my source account. But then she ended the call and never once picked my call up again. I'm cheated by them. After reading reviews I came to know that they are frauds and have cheated alot of people. I spend 1096₹ for my order. I want my money back. Please take some action against them

My order was cancelled and myflowerapp sent me an email containing a discount coupon id to be used to buy products from their website.The coupon id was shown as invalid upon entering it in their website when I tried to buy online.I tried to contact them via email, phone etc no response.Guess my money was wasted.

This company is a complete fraud. I have dropped an email and tried to contact them a million times but there is no single response from them.

I placed an order of a bouquet costing Rs. 874 yesterday on the myflowerapp' website for my mother based out in Mathura.
As per the order dashboard, the expected TAT for delivery was between 3-24 hrs.
I waited the entire day but neither the order was delivered, nor there is any cancellation or complaint procedure visible on their website to redirect the consumer towards complaint redressal.
My money was looted & no action or revert was heard from the brand.
I need support to get my money back.

My orders were not delivered, and its been a month now, this company doesnt respond. I want a refund immediately. I have sent many mails, but they dont respond.

If such websites are fake, then there should be a raid on the company. They are fooling people. Kindly take strict action against the company.

Kindly allow us sometime to check with the delivery person and will get back to you shortly" on 31st January-2023. Up To Today They Didn't Even Replied Me. I have placed an order for Himachal Pradesh (district Mandi) with an order ID of[protected]. the order was accepted, and payment was successfully done. the date of delivery was 16th feb and later changed to 17 th Feb. still its ok. later the delivery was not commenced on 17 th feb as well, then I drafted a mail to flower app and mentioned for the issue. they replied we are unable to deliver in the location and we will deliver any other item with 2 days. I still agreed and asked to proceed but after this I didn't receive any response, refund, or update in the site for the delivery.

how one can take a money from a consumer and not providing services. It's my request to kindly accept my complaint against it and take mandatory action.
