I had ordered for a flower bouquet on Mother’s Day for same day delivery. Never got delivered. However next day, app started showing delivered. No way to contact customer service. Worst fake website. Never order from this. Kindly take legal action and get us our refund. Block this website so more consumers are not cheated

    I did order 2 orders of flowers bouquet and chocolate on 08/05/2023.
    The delivery should be happened on the same day which never happened and they didn't have the courtesy to inform via any modes of communication.
    I had to call them and check and their excuse is that it's very far and cannot deliver. A staff picked the call and she wasn't ready to hear my comments she just hung the call.
    I emailed them about the issue and the refund. According to them refund will be done, when that cannot answer. Till date they haven't reached back neither the refund.
    Worst service ever!

        Ordered Dairy Milk & Lovely Roses Combo for my sister and paid 899/- on 15th April 2023. By evening I got a call from the number [protected] and he informed we cannot deliver the package and hence adding a coupon to the wallet. He also told the information sent to my mail I checked the mail instantly and told its not yet received and asked him to resend while on call. He disconnected the call. I didnt get any coupon or mail yet.

            It's been a pathetic experience. Would never ever use this service again from your website.
            I placed an order around 4:30 pm, the delivery should have been between 5 and 10. Kept waiting for it and it never got delivered. This is something unacceptable, no communication from your end to notify it can't be delivered.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have placed a order for delivery of cake through myflowerapp by paying INR 3066 via UPI payment on[protected] and requested for delivery of cake. Payment was successful but no items delivered. I called customer care service, but no answer.

                  This company seems to be a fraudulent company as I can see in complaint forum there are lots of customers complained on this.

                  I request you to ban this company website from the reach of new customers and request you to take strict action towards this company for making fraud. Also I request you to help me in getting back my amount INR 3066 as it is my hard earned money.

                  I have attached proof of transaction done to this Amolica gifts private Ltd. and email screenshot received from this company website for your kind perusal.

                    I had ordered cake and other gifts today on myflowerapp vide order no.[protected] of Rs 976.00 and the order showed successful.

                    When I called customer care for delivery status they said that they have cancelled the order and will refund in 7 days.

                    If they can't deliver they should refund it immediately.

                      I had ordered a cake, bouquet and card on the app and after paying the amount of Rs 1497, the order was confirmed. A confirmatory mail was also received on my email.
                      I got a call next day saying that they will not be able to deliver and canceled my order. Since then neither they have refunded the amount nor are they attending to calls or messages. Pl take strict action for such poor customer services and fraud official online business.

                        I ordered for birthday 1 red rise plant order no.[protected] spent Rs 545/- and 1cake and 1flower order no.[protected] spent Rs694/-. They confirmed my orders and I got the email also. Till now i did not get any of these orders and seems thst i lost my money. I sent messages in their chatbot and email but no reply. I didn't receive the refund yet. Then they switched off the mobile and blocked the chat option in website. They've not yet reverted to me.

                          Order placed on 6th May at 10:53 AM with the order value at Rs 2467 /-

                          This is the first time I am Using your website.This order was placed for one of my little cousin who is 4 years old. She was waiting for this cake eagerly.

                          At 11:30 AM i get a call stating that my order cannot be delivered to this location and amount will be refunded to my Myflower app account with so much ARROGANCE in her tone and did not listen to me and she just hung up the phone after saying this.

                          Again I'm dialing this person, no answer. WOW first you promise a delivery TAKE my money and after taking my money you say we cannot deliver and after that no response.

                          The most IRATED time i have ever had.

                          Please understand the online delivery especially for birthdays is not about money, it is all about delivering the happiness to the customers.

                          I have 2 questions here.

                          When you are not able to deliver to a particular location, then why have you people confirmed the order for that location?

                          When you are not able to deliver to my location then what i will do with my myflowerapp wallet cash?

                          Are you people really serious about your business.

                          On top of this your customer care person is advising me that this cannot be delivered to this location and you place order for a different location. I dont know if he was meant to assist customer. What i will do by placing an order for a different location.

                          I feel sorry for you people as you are not able to handle a simple customer, how you are going to survive in this competitive online business.

                          I am 100% sure, with your existing team YOU CANNOT move even an inch forward, this is what i have experienced just within 2 hours of time.

                            Order delivery timing is 1-2 pm 04/04/23 but still order not processed. it about 1:30 PM 04/05/2023.

                            Nobody is responding to the chat or other forum.

                            It is complete scam app.

                              Ordered a cake and after few minutes they called and cancelled order without refund.i can see a lot of complaints and bad reviews against this app and agency. Kindly go through and take necessary action against this fraud agency..

                                They accepted midnight delivery order and charged extra for delivery. After sometime they called and said they are unable to deliver the order due to some technical issues and dropped the call. When I asked for refund they gave a coupon code. I denied to accept the coupon code, as my experience with this company is the worst and I am not going to use in future ever. I asked them to refund the money in original payment method but they denied and did not return my money.

                                They are the cheaters and doing scam and playing with emotions of others.

                                  I have ordered a cake online and paid for the same instantly, which was suppose to be delivered yesterday (on 24th April 2023). But the delivery person or their representative called yesterday saying that the cake could not be delivered and amount will be refunded. So I start contacting myflowerapp through their both contact us forum and through chat. Conversation went for few minutes mentioning that the refund amount will be paid as a coupon code which will be in their myflowerapp wallet. So with final little bit of trust, I was searching for wallet option which was hidden or not available for use in their website. So I literally don’t know what to do and try to reach them but all went in vain, no response. The worse part is even the chat is not available to communicate to them, keep saying from yesterday message here and will be addressed soon. I waited and till morning no updates from them. Now no clue whether I will get my refund or just it’s a bluff and fraudulent approach from myflowerapp. Please let me know if I need to officially lodge a complaint against them.
                                  Now I was searching to add the screen shot of my order. It disappeared from the site which I was hoping something to happen/tracking. However I have my order id remembered[protected]. In the attached screen shot I have a third row on top which mentions coupon code, but disappeared now.

                                      I ordered a cake and had made the payment on April 16, 2023 (order #[protected]. Later i got a call on the next day and i was informed you are unable to deliver the order. I want the payed amount as refund and not as a discount amount for later purchases. I tried contacting them, but there is no response.

                                        I placed order for Cake and flowers from Myflowerapp. It was showing same day delivery.
                                        I paid the amount using my credit card.
                                        Upon inquiring with helpdesk, they mentioned that the services in the area where I ordered are suspended and I will bet refund via Myflowerapp voucher. I mentioned, I should have been informed about delivery not possible while ordering and the refund should be sent back to my credit card and not Myflowerapp voucher. As I would not be using their services again.
                                        Even after this request, my order was canceled next day and I got cash back in Myflowerapp coupon code. I requested again to refund back to my card instead of coupon code. By this way they are blocking customers money and forcing them to use their services. I haven’t verified if their coupon code is valid or not.
                                        Even after my request, I have not got any response.
                                        I want my money back to be refunded to my original credit card which was used for payment.
