I had placed an order#[protected] on MyflowerApp for Valentine’s Day worth 3308INR for same day delivery but haven’t received my order till date. I had sent lot of emails asking for update but they haven’t responded to any of them. There is no way to track the order, no option to cancel the order and their mobile number is useless.

I had placed an order on 14 Feb and the order was to deliver on same day but the order was not delivered. So i contacted them through email since they didn't had any other contact source. they are not replying to any of my emails. My tracking number is[protected] amount 2051/-. Please kindly help me with refund. It's a hard earned money

I order some gifts on 14th feb which was supposed to be delivered on same day. I received order confirmation mail but after that there is no updates. No one is responding as well from their side. This company looks fraud.

I had placed an order on 13th Feb, 2023 on their website which they promised a same day delivery given the zip code.
The order value is ₹1, 757.

Around 8Pm a customer rep calls and mentions the order placed can’t be delivered instead they could courier an alternate of the same value in 2 days.
Since I didn’t much choice I had to agree.
Even then I neither received an alternate or the original nor my refund.

They are literally scamming customers. Involving themselves in fraudulent activities. I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order. Wanted to do something nice on valentine day and they managed to ruin it.

On February 14 I placed an order for flowers from myflowerapp for Rs. 3000.
It is 16 now and there is no delivery. Their customer care mail id - [protected]@myflowerapp - does not respond to queries. They dont have a customer care phone number. Looks like a clear case of online fraud.

So they said they will deliver on 15 th Feb but i asked for refund so they said refund can only be done on there site wallet but i said i want in source account but they denied so i asked them to deliver the order but the order was not delivered nor they are replying to any of my emails. I ordered a gift that was to be delivered between 8 pm to 10 pm on Feb 14, 2023. However, the same is not yet delivered and no response is received from the company. I have called up customer service multiple times but the phone is switched off. My Order ID is[protected].

I have ordered a cake and chocolate worth of 1053rs at the night of 14feb they didn't delivered and not even responding to the customer through mail. Their customer support services are the worst i don't know how to contact them or the delivery partners..

I had placed cake order and it was not acknowledge for over 2 hours neither the delivery was initiated to the address mentioned hence I cancelled the order for the cake was expected to reach for an important function.Ever since that day I am constantly following up for refund but each time they give lame and silly excuses.still I don't see any refund of Rs 844 credited to my account.I want the action on this immediately.Thanks

I had ordered flowers and chocolates for my friends birthday. It was to be delivered yesterday. However nothing was delivered. The tracking page still shows that the order is supposed to be delivered on 8th. The customer care no is not functioning, chats remain unanswered and there’s no response in the email either. Complete crooks.

I ordered lovely combo to give it someone with promised delivery on 07.02.2023 & till date the order has not been confirmed & when asked to refund the amount there’s no reply from the customer care. They are running a total scam don’t trust their site. No contact no. can be found in the website too

Order not delivered and the tracking shows that order has been delivered

I ordered flowers through their website at a fixed time. Then they said there will be a change in flowers because they were not available. Then they called and said my order will be delayed. Finally NOTHING was delivered. As can be seen these people
are a bunch of frauds. I am filing a police complaint if i dont hear from the customer care representative within 24 hours.

Ordered a dates & Walnuts dry cake worth rs 1165/- for 0.5 kg, but the cake received was Almonds dru cake and the almonds were burnt and the cake was overbaked. contacted customer support, but they didn't provide any solution.
