Myflowerapp — Order not deliver amount not refunded

I have placed my order via MyflowerApp on 14 Feb to my delhi address. Order #[protected].As per committment on site it was supposed to deliver maximum by 14 feb, 10pm. Order charges are 1520/-. But my order is not placed. It is showing as completed. There is no customer care number to contact. They are not responding over email.
I could see online for reviews it is fake site.

But my order is not delivered. There is no customer care number to contact. They are not responding over email.

Definitely a shady business. They did the same to me and refuse to refund the amount paid saying that it's the delivery guy's fault
