Hi,
I have made payment for my course dled. Through my hdfc netbanking on 26 september 2017 but status showing payment not made but the amount of rs 4510 /was deducted from my account after that i again to tried make payment from pnb debit card and second time payment accepted. My complaint is for that pls refund my first payment.

I miss stacey saunto would like to bring to your notice that while doing the online payment for d. El. Ed registration on 12/09/17 an amount of rs. 4545 was debited from my account but it showed on the site that the payment was not done, so i waited for 48 hours but still it showed that the payment was not done so on 14/09/17 i did another payment of rs 4545 and this time the transaction was successful.
So i request you to please refund...

My nios d. El. Ed ref no-d[protected]. First time i make payment 27/09/2017 but payment not clear. I wate 48 hours but payment not clear. For this i make another payment on 29/09/2017. But my first payment not refund. I contact my bank but bank told that first payment clear on 30/09/2017. So please refund my any one payment.
