Made payement on 30 sept for merchant nios, amount debited from my account, but my payment was not successful, i again made other payment regarding this on 3 oct, this time my payment successful. Amt of my unsuccessful transaction still didn't credited back to my account i have contacted nios payment partner citrus pay, easy pay for refund of my unsuccesful transaction but still my amount of rs 4500 has not credited back to my account. As payment made for same candidate for same course is only possible in case of transaction failure, if payment successfull then no one can pay fee twice, because there is no option to make payment, i made 2nd payment for same course, same candidate only because it was showing ur payment not made. For this i had waited for 48 hours for settlement. Regarding refund i have sent many mails as well as reminder mails to nios, citrus pay, and easypay, but there is no response at all from nios and easypay.
