Dear sir, i would like to draw your kind attention that i have paid double admission fees (Rs - 4553.10/- x 2) for server problem through a debit card with 2 bank transaction id-othgp[protected]citruspay nios and othpg[protected]citrapay nios respectively. The transactions have been done on 05/11/2017 at 12.52 pm but i do not know what transaction has been successful.
So, i request you to refund me a single admission fees (Rs - 4553.10/-) at the bank account number - [protected] of sbi of which ifsc code is sbin0006666.

The thing is, i have done my 12th under nios 6-7 years back.. And i was declared pass in exams.. I had 5 subjects but in my marksheet they mentioned 6 subjects and 6th subject name is commerce which i didn’t had in my course and not even gave the exam of that subject but still it is mentioned.. I request u to please reply and solve my problem as i am not able to do so

मैने उस फार्म की 4500 रू. फीस ऑनलाइन जमा की थी। जिसका reference no. भी मुझे मिला था (D[protected] । लेकिन application status में payment not made show हो रहा है। bank से पता किया था तो bank में कह रहे हैं कि payment successful हो चुकी है। अब मेरा न तो balance वापस आ रहा है और न ही फार्म complete हो रहा है।
आपसे निवेदन है कि या तो मेरा फार्म complete किया जाए या मेरी फीस वापस की जाए।

I have registered my complaint 1 week ago about the refund of my payment which i have done twice. At first attempt money was deducted but my form was not registered. But i hv not got any reply from your side till date. Please pay attention towards my complaint and take some serious action on it.

I mr. Om prakash varmah took admission in nieos d. El. Ed from the school green valley academy bearing udise code : [protected] on 30.09.2017 of rs. 4553.10. Under txn. No.[protected]. But after paying the above amount was showed unsuccessful for admission. Thats why i was compelled to make another payment on 01.10.2017 whose bearing txn. No[protected] and it was successful. So i made twice payment instead of one (Rs. 4553.10 extra), therefore i urgently request you to return my money.

Ed., but after registering my name i had gone to verify my school principal, but there is no such option for principal verification of those school which is not registered, what should i do for principal verification new registration and i have also sent the mail to state coordinator for new registration.. Bt i m not getting any answer from them. Please help me in this case as soon as possible case. I would be highly grateful to you.
