Because of transaction failure i paid fee once again

I am very sorry to inform you that during net banking payment my transaction through axis bank dated. 11/09/2017 ;while amount from the account debited, but the amount of failed transaction hasn't been returned in my account by now.
Therefore i request you to return the amount of failed transaction.

I am daljeet kaur and applied for diploma in elementary education under nios on 25 september 2017. But i got worst experience after applying. I mail to there registered email id for amendments but no response was received from them and also none of them are picking up the call. There are lots of number mentioned in site but all are only ringing and no body bother to help the candidate.

I am jayshri suthar from ahmedabad. I want to pursue dled from nios. I applied for it and made my payment on 28/09/2017. Amount of worth rs. 4523.6 was deducted from my debit card. I did this transaction to nios with axis bank tran. Id/inb/[protected]. Reff. No [protected] now my problem is this my payment status is still show in my application is payment not made

Fees payment not refund
Sir mere dwara dled ka aavedan 13/09/2017 kiya gaya hai and uski fees account se debit ho gayi hai but payment confirm nahi ho paya tha
Isliye mene nirdesh anusaar 48 hours baad dobara se payment kiya wo confrim ho gaya
But mere dwara pahle kiya gaya transaction ka refund nahi abhi tak nahi ho paya
Help line par call karne par koi recieved nahi karta h

I have filled the nios d. El. Ed form for my wife. I have complete the online procedure and 4553rs. Amount have been deducted to my account but its again show the payment not made. Actually 4553 rs balance is deducted i have got msg on my mobile no. Pls short out this very soon because the form late date is 30/9/2017. When the payment is not made then principal not verify the form. Below i m mention some candidate detail

I s. Diksheetha teacher of slate the school hyderabad registered for nios course with reference number d[protected] on date 7th september 2017 for which payment has completed
I wanted to change the udise code with my email and phone number but other form reference number d[protected] is getting open on which payment is not done registered on dated on 1st january 2001 which was not filled by me kindly help me to open my form with reference number d[protected]and and change the udise code from [protected] to [protected] so that my principal can verify and i can be enrolled in your nios program i am attaching to registered forms for more clarity kindly help me in this regard before 30th of september 2017.

1.[protected] not reachable approx 24x7. Only 4 times i got chance to talk to them 2days before, and their reply to solve my problem is "use different different mail id and mo no". Is it possible to to have infinite no of mo no and mail id?

Some executives are too rude.

2. Never pick up call (Which included in regional office helpline no< and headquarter contact no. S)

4. Yes, i understand there may be congestion in the communication. But problem we are facing related to database in server, why cant they resolve it. As it is a very big institute, they should have that much courage to resolve it for the sake of good services.

5. Please let them resolve it within today or else let them stop their useless online services

Sir, i am facing problem while submitting the de. L. Ed form. There are so many contact no mentioned in nios.ac.in, but they never pick up the ph. I talked to them 4 times, they just give one solution "you have to wait". After then today whole day their no are not reachable, busy etc.30th sept is the last date of registration. Still i am facing the same problem. So, i am going to loose a very good opportunity.
