National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] Complaints & Reviews

Even after linking my aadhar card with my bank account several times, it is not getting updated at npci server. Due to which i am not able to get my lpg subsidy. And also i've also tried linking my other bank accounts with aadhar, even they are also not getting updated. I even tried contacting npci customer care but they are not responding to the calls.

Please resolve this issue asap.

I am from Pandharpur, Maharashtra.For PG scholarship, we need to link Aadhar with Bank account, I have linked Aadhar with my bank account.But it doesn't get updated on Aadhar Seeding status on UIDAI portal(NPCI server).It Shows"Your request cannot be processed due to some technical error".

I have close my HDFC Bank account ending with 9160. My new bank account with SBI, Garia branch, Kolkata already linked with Aadhar and IOCL on 15/12/2017. But in IOCL check pahal status shows my last bank connect with NPCI is HDFC Bank and that was inactive since 19/12/2017. If you need details further I will submit in due course. Please help....

My Indane Gas consumer no. is CX 9636934 . My gas gas subsidy was regularly credited in my Chennai bank account till last September 2017. But unfortunately, the same was credited in my SBI account, Pondicherry in November 2017, which is non operative for the past 4 years, as I shifted my residence, after my service. My icici bank. Thereafter my aadhar link in lpg distributor & aadhar link my icici account but npci showing in inactive. My lpg subsidy not transfer in my account. They showing aadhar not active.

Myself syed zakir hussain was getting susidy through icici bank, but due to some personal, i had closed the account in icici bank. Then, i submitted aadhar in vijaya bank account number:[protected], ifsc code:vijb0001020
They said that opted npci also. While i am checking aadhar linking status, stil it is showing inactive. Please link my aadhar to vijaya bank account.

My adharcard linked with bank on march 2016, but it is not showing innpci server. I checked with bank and gas dealer they are telling they seeded the adhar in their accounts, again i linked the adhar on 30.01.2018 in bank.
Am not getting my gas subcidy from bharath gas from jun 2016. Earlier subcidy coming to my old citi bank account. I cancelled the citi bank account in apr 2016.
After that am not getting...

I want to change my bank account as currently linked account is closed. How do i add other bank account for receiving subsidy. Same will be updated over npci.

Please note that my saving bank a/c. No. [protected] with corporation bank, mukherjee house, 17 brabourne road, kolkata 700 001 is updated with
Aadhaar no.[protected] but the same is not showing under "aadhaar mapping under npci server". However, still now it is showing the name of
Kotak mahindra bank ltd. Status - inactive. You are requested for immediate mapping of aadhaar under npci server....

Dear sir/ Madam,
I did a transaction for railway ticket through bhim app on 30.01.2018.
Ticket not generated but money deducted from my account nd till date there is no refund for the same amt. In my bank account. Please look into the matter and why it is taking too long time. This type of hold transaction & time taking procedure is making unhappiness and dissatisfaction.

1. More time request, call and reminder, neither any refund come in my account till now nor any action taken on this issue.
