    Funds transfer for Rs. 5000/- effected on 07/12/2023 in favour of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF ANIMAL WELFARE to Union Bank of India, Neelangarai Branch, SB A/c No. [protected], IFSC: UBIN0813273 through Gpay from my mobile number[protected].

    My account with City Union Bank got debited immediately and Gpay App displays that the transaction is completed. The UPI transaction ID is mentioned as[protected]. Beneficiary is yet to receive the credit. Just to cross check, a similar transaction was put through as a test case for 1 Rupee on 31/12/2023, under UPI ID[protected] and this too is not received.

    Upon a closer scrutiny, is is observed that the beneficiary account number has been wrongly typed as [protected] instead of the correct one [protected].

    I request NPCI / Union Bank of India to look into the same and pass on the credit to the correct beneficiary account number.

      On 10th of december i sent the sum of rupee 40000 through whatsapp payment . the transaction was successful but the amount was not refflected in the recivers account .i filled the complaint to the npci but no progress has happened so far, npci complain id[protected]

        when i made my bank account linked to NPCI and bank is showing me, my bank is already connected to NPCI. But my scholarship form is not supporting it. It shows that "NPCI STATUS NOT FOUND FOR THIS BANK ACCOUNT". My AC no is xxxxxxxxx3655 and my Aadhaar no is xxxxxxxx3414. Please sir/mam look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible. I will be highly grateful to you.

          Hi,

          I am writing this mail for a complaint regarding an incorrect payment transfer to another account.
          money was transferred from bank of India's CREDIT CARD to the wrong UIP ID which is [protected]@ybl .
          I have already raised the issue with bank (bank of India) as well.
          I do not have much information regarding the wrong UPI ID which I have incorrectly mention while transferring the money.
          I request you to please retransferred the money or block the amount on that UPI ID so that person is not able to use that money.

          I have mentioned all the details below and also attached required documents. Please go through it.

            Dear sir and ma'am,

            [protected] this date
            i transferred Rupees 12000 money to wrong YES bank customer account. within 24 hours i Raised complaint through SBI and SBI told me to wait for 35 day's.

            and now I waited for more then 35 day's as they SBI bank said.

            then now i received same message from SBI bank .
            Please find the resolution below:

            ( We would like to inform you that we have received the confirmation from beneficiary bank Yes Bank they are unable to recover the funds since the customer is not accessible for obtaining debit confirmation. Hence we request you to please get in touch with beneficiary bank Yes Bank.)
            but Every time I submit a complaint to the bank, the SBI bank gives the same answer,

            My SBI bank and beneficiary YES bank are not giving me correct answer.

            and my bank and beneficiary bank is giving a different answer,

            this above bank resolution i fully dissatisfaction and disappointed.

            Now, my only hope is you please help me get back the money as early it is possible as the amount is very much needed by me.

              Im smitha from bangalore. My aadhar is not seeded in my current account its karnataka bank . But before i was using SBI but for some reason sbi bank is colsed, the bank is inactive but NPCI its showing old SBI bank only. So I want to seed my aadhar with karnataka bank.I hv submitted the bank consent form for aadhar seeding past 1 month back. And my aadhaar number is[protected]. But still no confirmation msg come to me. Kindly resolve my problem

                Subject:- Refunding issue, Complaint against:-
                1. NPCI Head, National Payments Corporation of India, Level 8, The Executive Centre, DLF Centre, Sansad Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110 001
                2. General Manager SBI Regional office Srinagar.
                3. Branch Manager of State Bank of India Branch Kangan.
                4. Faisal Bhat PayTm Head of Kashmir Division.
                5. Branch Manager JK Bank Beehama Ganderbal.

                Respected Sir,

                With due respect it is humbly submitted as under:
                1. The I made a payment through PAYTM UPI mobile application linked with State Bank of India account branch Kangan to the JK Bank Credit Card on[protected] at 05:31 Pm of Rs 50, 000/- vide Transaction No.[protected]. The said transaction got failed as shown by PAYTM mobile application and an amount of Rs 50, 000/- got debited from the SBI Saving account of applicant bearing account Number[protected] branch Kangan but not credited to JK Bank Credit Card.
                2. That, as per rules of Banks, the payment is supposed to refund within a period of 24 hours but till date i.e.[protected] the said agencies of bank failed to refund the said amount of applicant.
                3. That after making online complaint to SBI Customer Care shocked to know that it is upto JK Bank agencies to refund your amount and the JK Bank officials are rebutting the same and are playing with applicant like a football which has caused huge loss to me.
                4. That the JK Bank is charging Rs 1000/- per day after missing the due payment on[protected] and has caused huge financial loss.
                5. The applicant knocked every door of concerned i.e. SBI customer care, SBI Branch Kangan, Paytm Customer Care, Paytm Head of Kashmir Division, JK Bank Customer Care, RBI complaint service, National Consumer complaint portal etc, but every one refuses to help.
                It is therefore request your goodself to kindly look into matter and redress my grievance.

But in My aadhar site it shows aadhar seeded with airtel payment bank in active. I have also an account at Bank of baroda. So I want to seed my aadhar with bank of baroda.                                   Sir i have opened a new bank account with State Bank of India. My bank account number is [protected].
                                  My older bank account with Airtel payments bank (account no- [protected])which was linked is currently inactive, so i am unable to recieve any subsidy amount.
                                  Sir kindly link this bank account(SBI) with the npci portal with DBT, for recieving my subsidy amount.
