National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Aadhaar linking data not uploaded on npci mapper

Myself sandeep yadav, son of jagdish ramdhani yadav-----whose aadhaar card[protected] is linked with vijaya bank around 2 months ago to get LPG subsidy.
We are receiving subsidy in hdfc bank, but now we want to transfer to vijaya bank or union bank. So we contacted bharat gas customer care-----they told us
1. de-link your aadhaar with hdfc bank { delink 3 weeks ago}
2. link the aadhaar with new bank and ask the bank to send the data on NPCI mapper for uploading on their system.
Vijaya bank says-----they hav already send the data to NPCI but it is not uploaded by NPCI, so please contact npci.
