National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — google pay transaction from union bank account

I have transferred 37, 700 rupees through google pay on july 19th. My bank is union bank of india and the receiver's account is vijaya bank. The amount is debited from my account. But it is not credited in the receiver's account. It has been two moths since i have filed a complaint to google pay showing the bank statements of both the accounts. They are saying complaint is pending with npci. I request you to take necessary steps to resolve my complaint.

Updated by sreekanthat Now Google pay has informed me that I have entered the account number wrongly. So the money has been credited to some other account. This is the reply that Google pay received from NPCI. I asked them about the credited account number, but they replied that the details are secret and they can not disclose it. Union Bank of India replied that this issue can not be resolved by them.

This is to mention that Patiala Jana Bank Branch received 2 cheques (00004 & 000005) for collection which PNB ludhiana should have lodged in CTS.

Hi sir my name is VISHAL BHARDWAJ, I have submitted aadhaar card in bank and aadhaar is updated in my bank account but the NPCI status is still inactive.
