National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — money not received by the receiver

Sir,
I have used phonepe app to send ₹10, 000/ from my sbi a/c kasba branch, kolkata to one of my loan acs in paschim banga gramin bank, sabalsinghapur. Hooghly, west bengal on 14.09.18. The transaction status remained pending for almost 45 days. After raising repetead complaints phonepe on 24.10.18 sent me an sms that the transaction turned successful. Initially i was delighted but as on 11.11.18 the money is not yet credited in my ac. The transaction id of that transaction was :p1809140743596420720687 and the
Utr :[protected].

My subsidy had been put on hold due to delink of with npci.This is a screenshot that my aadhar is linked to bank and now please link it with npci and release my gas subsidy which had been put on hold.I have sent many emails to npci.Please take some action and release my gas subsidy.
