Dear team npci, I am miss boby bora i made a transaction of rs 5000 on 11th jan 2019 from my united bank of india account no.[protected] to union bank of india account, time:- 11:33:35, Amount of 5000rs is debited from my bank account and should be credited to beneficiary's bank account o[censored]nion bank of india and the amount is deducted from my bank account but did not credited to beneficiary's account. I raise a complaint via bhim app but got no response, i aslo called to customer care but they did not picked up the calls and later they make the connection buzy. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Please help me to get my money back please help. I was receiving my subsidy in my Bank of Baroda account but I have closed this account and now I am not receiving subsidy. I want to change bank under NPCI to ICICI bank. Please change it to ICICI bank so that I can receive subsidy.
