[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — UPI Transaction failed but amount debited

I have made a transaction through UPI (*99#)(Via UPI Registered mobile number ) on 15 April at 11:54 (approximately) but transactiom got failed but amount has been debited from my Account. .I have submitted online complaint via bank website but not getting any response .

I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common mans problem.

I have already link the Adhar no to my bank account but online Adhar status shows old back detail .link my subcidy into the new account bank(central bank of india.old account (bank of Maharashtra) already closed .
My name MUNAVAR . ABDUL SATTAR having an IOCL LPG connection LPG ID:[protected], Is not receiving subsidy due to bank linking status to aadhar is inactive. Kindly make it active.
