Subject - complain for money refund.

Dear sir/mam

I would like to bring your kind attention. I am vijay bilwal as my reference no vijay.901786. I received a call for job [on 4/12/17] from your company (Nokari.com). And ask to send money about 1650/- and i send it too. But later i cancelled the job. But my money doesn't refund to my account. As your company said to wait for around 15 days as 15 days are completed but money doesn't refund. So sir, requested to please return it.

I got a call from one of the naukri associates to take a paid service for better visibility and reach. They said it will help in getting relevant jobs as the competition will be less because of the paid service. I am desperately looking for a job and hence i agreed to take service after two - three calls from the same executive. She also told me that not to make payment on my own as the portal asks for some associate id which she will tell me during the process. I thought it may help her in securing her incentives and i agreed to her request. After making the payment, the website showed some server error and i did not get any confirmation for my transaction. I thought it may have happened by chance and i made the payment again. However, it again showed the same error. After that, i contacted my bank and they confirmed that i have been charged twice. I took up this issue with the same associate and she told me to contact customer care and also told me that she will talk to her finance team and will try to get the amount refunded. However, she did not pick my calls for two days. I kept calling her and when she finally answered my call today, she told me to contact the customer care. What a pathetic response after charging the customer for a service! I want my amount refunded and want that associate to apologise for the inconvenience that she has caused.

My father is being continuously ripped off and con by the 2-3 people of naukri.com they have taken out 5 lakhs and consistently fooling my father demanding further installmemts whether its 10, 000 or 1, 000 rupees and making false promise of 100% job guarantee overseas and my father is also acting as fool and has completely trapped in their scams that he does not listen to us as well.

The people who call my father are either in name of anand or varun and they called by using below number-

If you could help us in getting our money back that would be really greatful.

I had a call from naukri.com and his name is venketesh raman having his mobile number [protected]/ [protected] regarding providing job in banking sector.
He charged me 2800/- as processing fee and 1900/- security money. After depositing the money they again charged me for another fees. But as i unable to give money after that i canceled my process and now he is refusing me to refund me that amount from august 27, 2017. Kindly look forward this.

Sir i am shivank sakalye from indore. There is a call from a number [protected].. He told me to send me ur cv and resume then he told that send the money 2250 in any bank after that i am asking about interview. After that he told me to send ur qualification details and resume and cv to [protected]@india.com and when i send all of these documents to him,, now he used to blackmail me to pay 17559 rs. Otherwise he will file a case against me.. Please suggest me what to do now.. Is there any rule or regulation in your company to pay these types of money.[he send me message as a challan number 217/2016, chalan qc. (Cash no. Rr12). Challan amount rs. 17559 paid in court.24 hour officer team visit at our home address..]

I got call from niharika who is working under naukri and she told me that there is opening for the ibm and wipro companies.
For this process we need to register with portal for that 2900/- amount should be paid and that amount will be refunded.

After knowing that this fraud calls from my friend i have asked them cancel the process. Then they are asking amount for the cancellation gst and cst amount through paytm number : [protected]

After that to refund amount they need to generate code for that also we need to pay amount of inr 1500.

Then i stopped.

He tell me right amount and all data which was provide to naukri.com office at noida by me,
I asking you that why he has all information regarding my profile as well as amount of 5050 rs.
After it he suggest me that you can withdraw all amount by online login on paytm account because naukri.com is unable to interview letter from last one month,

I understood all things, now i share his paytm details for immediate action should be on it,

Employees of naukri.com took 18500 first they took 2500 as a security and then 9500 for training security and then 6500 for bond and they were asking 12500 more so i denied... In fact i took screenshots... All was fraud i want My money back and prinyanka sharma wa there and on 11 of dec they took interview and then 12 of dec they said for 9500 for training and on 13 they said for salary account you have to deposit 6500 so please help me out

I had received call from a person called akshay from naukri regarding job interview. He asked me to pay 2500 fro registration. Then again some hr person abhishek from naukri called me and said i have to pay 6800 for profile verification. I got a mail from kartik mehta saying i need to attend interview for l&t infotech company and i should pay rs.12000/- as deposit and the amount will be refunded once the interview is completed. I paid only 5000 rupees. But later i could not trust the offer, so i asked them to cancel my subscription. They asked me to pay 3289 rupees as cancellation charges to get my paid amount (Rs.14300). I paid the cancellation charges so that they will refund my initial payments. But till now i have not received a single penny. Im trying to call all the numbers, but all the numbers are not reachable. Luckily today i got connected to abhishek, but he disconnected my call once i told my name, now again the number is not reachable.

And then they send me a mail from [protected]@recruitment-naukri.com about my reference Resume i'd code-AIP000964 payment of 3599/- then she told u got received naukri.com about next step she told any curious call me name payal no.[protected] after i call no. A person named jay verma & tanvi singh [[protected], [protected], [protected]] have cheated me with the promise of providing me a job. They said they are calling from naukari dot com, mumbai & my cv is shortlisted for a job in muthoot finance company as jr manager with the package of 7.8 lac job location is kolkata.
When i asked them what do i need to do to get this job, they said i will have to get myself registered first by transferring rs 2, 100 to hr rinku yadav account. After transferring the fund they will conduct a telephonic interview.
So, i transferred rs 2, 100 to hr rinku yadav account on 7th of dec. They gave me a reference no - 118489.
Then they conducted a telephonic interview and gave me 60% in that interview. When i asked them when and where will be the second round of interview conducted. The interviewer said my recruiter i. E. Tanvi singh will tell me all the details.
The next day i received another mail from them asking me to pay rs 15, 200 as security deposit which will be refundable. They even sent me an acceptance letter and interview process form which i latter found to be fake. They asked me to transfer the money to the same account i. E hr rinku yadav, so i transferred rs 15, 200 to that account on 8th of dec,
Then they told me that i will receive an offer letter and bond security papers on the next day, which i haven't received.
The next day i received another mail from them asking me to transfer rs 20, 800 as hr commissions then only the hr mr. Amir alvi will sign on the offer letter and after that it will be sent to me.
Then i realized that it’s a fraud, when i went back and checked the branch code of the account. I found it was not from mumbai but somewhere from up bareilly. So i told them i don't have rs 20, 800 and now i don't want the job. I asked them to refund back my rs 17300 [2100+15200] and i don't want the job. They refused.
I was very tensed and confused thinking what to do. Hope you can help me get back my money.

I got mail for interview from hondanderson you shortlisted in 4 big company you have to pay 500 for registration & come delhi for interview when i inquiry on naukri.com on those recruiter then registered person alka gupta director of that company office no. 308 3rd floor h/17 opposite side pillar no.35 near fish aquarium vikas marg laxmi nagar new delhi when i went for interview then recipient filled a registration form took 500 rupees registration & give 3 questions on registration form for test then they said you have not experience in designing software & cnc then i told u mail me for interview then he told she have a vacancy in choice group of companies noida ctc 7000 per month for 3 month after 3 moth salary will increase 15000 per month but u have to pay 7000 deposited a original markshit & after join pay 26000 then i told i want 1 day for arrangements then i inquired on net those company name on those then everything is cleared that company is fraud the of recruiter is [protected],[protected]

I have paid 5000 for naukri fast forward service, and i am getting expired job call when i raised this issue with customer care they said that there is no jobs in your area and same while doing registration i was informed that we have job in your areas that why we are providing service.

There should be ban on info edge company looting people with their paid services of naukri and matrimony sites

My name is tarak mukherjee. Through naukri.com i was shortlisted for telephonic interview which was taken on 4/12/2017 between 3pm to 5pm and the interviewer number was [protected]. Today 5/12/2017 a call came from same number and said that i was selected at hcl and it asked for a caution money and mentioned that it was our company new policy (So that trainee could not leave the company after training period) that trainee has to deposit an amount of 9500 and i paid it through paytm.
Please clarify me with this offer. They have cheated by taking the money. I want my money back.

Once a day call from naukri.com employee mrs khushi sharma and they me i am selected in axis bank job by naukri.com so you can give 2500 for registration fee axis bank form. So i transfer the payment by netbsnking but now he is pick my call. So i want case on naukri.com and i want refund. My payment 2500 otherwise i case on naukri.com. I applied for job in naukri site. Received call from ms megha ([protected]). I agreed for resume services for rs 2700. She transferred call to mr. Piyush kohli ([protected]). He offered immediate placement at tata projects and made me pay rs 1.82lac (2700+10000+30000+60000+50000+32000) online through different stages and gave me gate pass for tata and id number to produce at tata office reception at powai, as informed. They claimed that all the amount is refundable and their agent mr. Sinha will meet me at inerview location and will handover cheque for 1.82lac.
Last saturday they said interview will be held, but didnt happened and informed me that naukri agent is on leave. Monday, 27/11/2017 i called again then mr. Piyush said its tele interview and had arranged through his mobile conferance call to mr. Prabhat, claims to be hr tata. He offered me job offer for ctc 37lac and said within 48hrs will forward the offer letter.
Till today i havent received any call. During follow up they just give vague answers and trying to confuse me by not mentioning any thing on refundable amount. They pass on calls to their seniors (As they claim) to mr. Rishab jain, deepak, abishek ([protected]) & suchitra devi etc.
Pls advise on how to get the money back by filing complaint?

Yesterday i got call from someone saying that he is from naukari.com and there is vacancy in bajaj electricals for which my resume is short listed they asked me to submit 1800/- as refundable registeration amount then i got call from them today and had telephonic interview with hr of bajaj electricals ltd after that i was told that i am selected for paid intership of 45 days and need to pay 6200/- for verification process and get call letter by today evening from head office of bajaj electricals. Please look into this matter and tell me that is it fake or genuine call. And i got three calls with interval of 1/2 hour yesterday one of which was deepak dixit one lady and one named sunil. Also i can provide ss of payment and payme t confirmation.
