I had received a call from a girl name priya from noida .She was telling me that i will offering a bank job for you in hdfc Firstly you have to submit all the documents and once your documents are approved by our head in mumbai than you have to face interviews one is telephonic and other is branch visit. After your approval of documents you have to pay 2250 in the company's account i.e national carrier service .But when i search on google about the company it is a program started by modi g in 2014 which is totally free and i called the number provided in the google.The sir told me that its fraud because we dont charge anything.The caller is fraud and totally fake.

I am case officer H.R Singh from jaipur. I applies for a job regarding Bank sector than from your sites calls were came and tell me only to submit Rs-2150/ only. When i submitted this today they tell me to submit Rs-4500/ more. What is this. You have to tell me first about Rs-4500/ And when i tell to plzz give call to yur senior she cuted the phones. I am not affort Rs-4500/ if they told, me first than i was not submit my Rs-2150/ I want my Rs-2150/

I've been getting calls in the name of naukri.com. They ask me all my preference for job searching and then finally take me to payment of 2999/-. However i've emailed naukri and confirmed that they don't ask their employees to make such calls. I wanted to file a complaint against whoever they are to stop them from further fraudulent activity. I've got calls from them like 3 times till date.

I purchased naukri's paid services - 'resume highlight' and was coaxed into buying its 'jobs 4 u' by ms. Anj_ _ _ singh (As), and her subordinate ms. Pall_ _ _ div_ _ (Pd).in order to push jobs 4 u, ms. As mentioned that there would be an industry expert who would review my resume and then would set up keywords to filter out suitable jobs. When i questioned that this was same as their alerts services which is free, she went on to falsely promise that there would be a dedicated person constantly monitoring the jobs i am receiving, who will take my regular feedback and will tweak the system to find more relevant jobs and will also send them manually. This sounded like a personalized and humanized service than an automated system alert.
Well the reality is:
1. Naukri's fast forward services people are not industry or any kind of experts.in fact they do not even understand how the filters on the site work.
- cannot differentiate between industries and functions
- most recruiters for premium mba jobs on naukri don't mention salary. But if you specify a salary bracket at the time of setting your "jobs 4 u" profile, the expert blindly sets it, and you never get the jobs which has no salary mentioned. Voila
2. I have received the same jobs more than once, even if i have already applied to the job or after complaining about it.
3. There is no guarantee to the number of jobs they will send. They send it tuesday and friday. Sometimes it is 10, sometimes 1 or sometimes none. There are jobs out there because i find enough relevant ones through the alerts that i have set. Their jobs 4 u software is just dumb i believe.
4. At the time of selling, ms. As mentioned that i would receive jobs from other portal too. What a relief as i wouldn't have to waste hours finding the suitable one. But as it later turned out, they only search for jobs on company's own websites.
5. Their customer service is pathetic to be honest [2 on a scale of 10].
- after multiple requests over phone and email, ms. Anja_ _ singh is yet to talk to me.
- they have a policy as per which the so called "experts" don't call you, you call them. And your paid calls can go on for as long as 1 hour.
- the links for talking to ceo or the service head all are addressed by the same set of people. I don't think the ceo or the service head ever get to see those, as there's no proper escalation structure.
I can go on and on. If you are a post graduate, naukri is not a portal you want to get paid services from. There are better portals such as iimjobs, linkedin, using better technology, having great customer services and targeting primarily post graduates. Beware of what the new tv advertisements tell you. The reality is far-far from it.

I am a civil engineer and was trying to apply for a job through this website.in this regard, an employment office contacted me from solapur (With contact no. [protected]). They asked me to submit rs 2599 as the minimum charges for online registration. After submitting the minimum charges, they transferred the call to higher authorities and asked for the other charges. They are cheating people on the name of naukri.com by giving limited or absurd information regard to recruitment processes. Sir, i am requesting you to take serious action against the employment office, so that my amount will be refunded and save the future customers.

I want my profile to be deleted from the portal but there is no such option on the website or app.

Also there is no way to get in touch with any contact center to get it done. The website is harassing me by just telling me to write mails on which no one responds.

All i want is for my profile to be deleted immidiately.

The company only knows how to sell its fast forward services without any concern once the services are sold out.

I am a job seeker, and i got a call from naukri paid service, they gave the promise like they will create the new profile and we will add the key skill and you will get lot of calls from recruiter, and i believed them and i took that service but after taking the service i am not received any calls from recruiter, atleast before taking the paid service i got some calls from recruiter after the serevice completely stopped, i contacted them...

Sir i have applied for a post for which i have been selected and charged an additional ₹7000 inspite of registration fees and i have paid it. But for some reasons i couldn't be able to attend the interview. So i have informed them in advance that i won't be able to attend the interview. And also requested them for refund of the additional amount which i have paid for the job. But unfortunately they have refused to grant me the refund. So i request you to look over the issue and try to refund the amount as soon as possible as i am in great need of the money. I have also disclosed the screenshots of the money paid to them through paytm. Hope you would be kind enough to resolve the issue soon.

What should i say this is also a fake co. As other fake consultancies who take money but does not give services

People from various cell numbers taking money from candidates and messing with them. and making fool and takes their money via paytm.

So, I request you to take legal action against them.

I am chinmaye k, since from yesterday i am receiving fake calls from [protected] (Neha guptha) and [protected] (Karan). They are naming themselves as employees of naukari.com. Initially they said that my resume is approved and asked me to send the documents. Further they are said that documents are accepted and i have to pay rs. 2350 for generation of employee id. I donot know what is employee id might by because how can they generate employee id. Then they called me, but i could not receive those calls because i was out. For this reason that i have not responded for their calls they threatened me by sending 2 inbox messages from the number [protected], i have attached the screenshot of those messages with this.in those messages they mentioned that from now i am not able to apply to any job for 7years in mnc's. Also said that court will provide legal notice with chalan and i have to pay rs45541 chalan itseems. Then when i called them back they said i have to pay rs45541 in court they can cancel that only if i will pay rs2350 and generate employee id. When i said i cant pay that much money and generate id they suggested to pay in instalments or to ask friends and pay. How can anyone say like this. To send notice and all i didnt do any criminal activities or any wrong thing. I said that i just cant afford that money. Simply for money they are doing like this? Who are they? I want to know the true thing. Please do reply for this

Today i have received short list letter. I have cross check with ashok leyland office they told that letter was fake.

I have believe you will take necessary action. That fake letter attached for your reference.

And your toll free number for complaint. But there is no response.

Naukri.com showing this type of fraud mail.. It should check the mail and then forward it to the job dreamer.. How can they forward the fake male and public get suffer due to loss there money to this type of fake people.. When a company or a recruiter send the mail for recruitment.. Naukri.com member should check the full company profile or recruiter also contact with the hr of that company...

I have uploaded my resume in your website... Yesterday i had got a message from you that there is a back office opening in genpact and for the interview, i have to contact a number [protected]. I called up the guy and he gave me an address for the interview (C23/2, gbc chamber, near patanjali shop, cambridge block, rajiv chowk metro gate number 2).
I went there at around 11.30 in the afternoon, they took my resume and wanted to see the message, that has been sent to me.
Then, a lady named ishika conducted the interview, and told me that i am selected for genpact. She took an amount of rs.
700 for that. She told that today i will be having a training in karol bagh, she will provide the address and i have to pay rs 1000 for that.
But in the document, it was written that i was hired by hi tech solutions.
So, i had a doubt there, i had mailed all the details to genpact and they replied that it was a fraud company who conducted the interview.
Then in the evening they gave an address of hotel new palace (17a/13, karol bagh., near pillar number 99, karol bagh metro exit number 1) for genpact training.
We, the upload our resume in website, so that we can contact good employers. And you provide our resume to the fraud companies and waste our time and money.
I feel like going to consumer forum against you... Naukri.com.. Total nonsense

In last month i got a call from person mr. Arun as he said that he works for r. M. Corporation (Naukri.com), noida, delhi. One the first time he said that pay rs.7000 you will get a job in ibm, and that time i asked him is it last amount that i supposed to pay? So he told that, yes this is the last amount you have to pay and that was not true, so i paid total 43000 to the r. M. Corporation (Naukri.com), on the top of that he also told that pay another rs.12500 as security amount, so i denied that and after two days he called me and said that you will get your amount after you pay rs. 14500 as gst charge. So my complaint is for both r. M. Corporation for doing fraud and for naukri.com and if in case naukri.com deny this then also my complaint is for them because our database is not safe with naukri.com.

Yesterday i got a call from naukri.com i was asked to give money of amount rs.2300 for reference id. I gave them the amount in their punjab national bank account by name sheetal chauhan.
After that i was told to give the amount of rs.7000 to reserve my seat in mother dairy calcutta. As i was selected as quality analyst.
I saved all the phn no. From which i got cl. Please look into the matter and do help me

I got a call from one lady her so called name was monika singh. She told me she is naukri.com representative. She asked me due to some issues we are unable to provide your availed fastforward services and we are refunding money. She asked me to go to paytm link and ask me to enter details. I entered my details as she told me money will be refuncded to your account. She asked to do 2 transactions and by that way 7k+3k got deducted from my account.
I got cheated for 10k. I am not sure is this lady is really from naukri.com. How come she got my number and details. I am totally lost.

I got a call from a naukri.com. For jobs in the ibm, i have generated code by giving 2900 rupees to the naukri.com which was refundable.
I was told that your teleconique interview and then face-to-face interview will be there. No other payment was told about the payment.
Then he asked me to pay 5000rs wich was again refundable, after that again asked for 8000rs for everification i paid.
Then after asked for var then i received a call from ibm company for a teleconique interview. Then after the second, he asked to send another 14850 rupees.
First of all, i would say that in two parts there will be interviews. It was not said that the money would have to be sent.
He did not give the money back to me if i did not do the next procedure. So i did not do process of payment. And i call them for cancelation of process. But he did not agree with me.
