A girl (Pooja. [protected]@gmail.com) called me for informing about my selection at hcl nagpur. She said 3000rs has to be paid as security amount which will be refundable. Then they told me that background verification was necessary and wanted 6000rs. I told her to cancel it and refund my 3000rs. Then she said there was a problem and i have to pay the amount once again so that it will be refunded. I paid two times using citrus and they said they did not receive. They asked me to pay total 9000 (Total amount till now) using bhim to show it as proof for refund request. Then they asked me to pay 19140 using bhim to show the total amount till date and totd that this will be refunded in 10 mins. Till now they haven't refunded and asking 15k more stating that ther's a bank side problem. I want my money back.

Hi this is to bring into your notice that i had taken 2100/-rs service from naukri.com which promised to increase my profile visits. But it's been almost 50 days and the view is still 0. It's highly unprofessional making false promise. I need my money back and failure to which i will proceed to consumer court filing case against naukri.com. Also as being from media fraternity i shall be releasing blogs and other mediums stating the sad affairs of naukri.com not fulfilling their promises.

Today morning after 12 o' clock i received a call from one lady saying my profile got selected for banglore & hyderabad location. She mentioned in banglore my profile got selected for jindal and itc company and also told i should pay rs 2500/- as a registration fee. When i asked them is the ccall from naukri.com itself then she told yes. I got a doubt as i know naukri.com will never ask for the amount for any job related placements.

Thats y am droping this complaint to you so to clearify whether its true. If not then please take care as they r spoiling ur name.

I got a cal from naukri... I was asked initially to submit 2000 rs as registration fee. And than to submit 7000. And dey told me k dey have arranged my telephonic interview. But i didn't got any cal from any company. Also dey told k total amount is refundable. But i haven't received any amount from their end. Their names were amit chavan and venkateshwar. They cal me from [protected], [protected].

I received a call from naukri.com regarding registration as a job seeker.

After confirming details on the fee amount which was approx rs.3000 (Lifetime free membership), in addition they also offered some more services on job placement which was approx @ cost of rs.20000 (Which was refundable at the time of interview).

To my surprise post making of payment, i got to know that i am not yet registered member on naukri and moreover getting calls from a mobile number stating that they are calling from naukri.com.

When i asked for payment receipts they are giving time of 72hours on service activation and are not disclosing their details. I wonder if they are a franchisee / small branch or some type of fraud.

[protected] / [protected] are the numbers who are making such a call.
Rahul chopra/ akash and shalini gupta are making such calls.

Question comes, how my data got leaked from naukri that i am searching for a job and that too actively.in addition how do the faker's got to know that i am interested in naukri services.

I want to say that i got a call from naukri.com and one girl is talking to me saying that my name is riya thakur your resume has been shortlisted for l&t company by the speaking way and his knowledge point i am 100%sure that this call is fraud her number is [protected] and she is calling from uttar pradesh.
So guys beware of these kind of calls.

I took your 3 months paid services and pay rs.4400 for this on[protected].
But instead of paying rs. 4400, i could not able to join anywhere. I did not get good company calls from any of the organisations. Most of the times my resume did not get selected, which was prepared by the naukri services guys only.

We requested naukri ppl to assist us in preparing a resume for phd - international
Schools. The resume is for human genetics. While paying the amount we asked them several times for experts in medical stream since resume require the same however, they confirmed verbally that they have expertise in all streams and will surely assist us in preparing the resume.
Post the payment @ rs.4400/- online transfer we received a call from their team for our inputs. They took around a week days time and mailed us a draft resume.
After seing the resume we observed that, they had only changed the template with colours and the main content was missing and same as before adding some pictures which was bit unprofessional...
We have been following them for changes in main content but they failed to do so, they even not bother to call us back till date and the status remains same.
Honestly we are not in a postition to effort rs. 4400/- for preaparing a resume. Keeping on education seat we had trusted this firm and paid the amount. Very very poor service and there is no minimum moral responsibility in customer interest.
The persons who followup with us for the payment are not in touch with us now post payment remittance.

My name is tecissa dias, i had applied for a job with an airlines on naukri.com.
Few weeks later i got a call from a lady named teena ([protected]) saying she is a recruter with naukri and that i was enlisted for an interview with indigo airlines.
She gave me a lot of details about the job package and good salary and said that there would be three rounds of interview.
Before the first round which is an aptitude test i would have to remit 1600 to an account or to a paytm number to participate in the first round and that it would be rufundable.
The account details and paytm number were sent to me by email it is as follows:-

I finished the test and contacted teena she said next i would have to remit 3400 for the second round. I didnt feel right about it so i asked her to give me some time. Later i sent her a msg on wats app saying that i was unable to send it this month. I would try by the end of mponth.

Have been calling her to tell her im not interested and that i would like my 1600 refunded but her phone is switched off and no reply to my msg either.

The entire website has no option to delete the account. I have been trying to delete my job seeker account from naukri.com for the past one month because of the huge number o[censored]seless emails that i am there portal. I have tried to do this by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of their every email, but that effort was in vain. Then i tried to contact their toll-free number[protected] which is provided on their website for job seekers in the contact us page. But number appears to be busy at any time. Then i found the number for the sales dept. They showed me no respect. They said they cannot help me. After calling them for 2 days they provided me with two email address [protected]@naukri.com and [protected]@naukri.com. I dropped an email asking them to remove my account that is registered under [protected]@gmail.com. [protected]@naukri.com sent an email asking me to sent an email to [protected]@naukri.com because they are having a problem with the removal process. As suggested, i forwarded my email to them. There was no response from them. I waited for one day but still, i am getting at least 10 email from them saying opportunities per day. I again contacted them today (16 november 2017) in[protected]Sales dept.). They talked to me in the most impolite way possible. They will not even listen to what you are saying. Finally, they gave me [protected], saying that this is the actual number for their corporate office in noida. I tried reaching that also. But the line is busy for the last 5 hours.

If they cannot provide a proper response or talk properly to a job seeker why they are sending emails. There should be some rules and regulations.

Giving false statement of giving refund after 8aug 2018 for providing fake job and take all money.
Naukri team — paid rs 1450 by online to naukri hr team for arranging phonic interview for tata motors.
0n 28 oct i got a call from no.[protected] telling that he is hr from naukri hr team. When i asked for name he told that his name is abhijit guha. He told me that my resume got shortlisted for 3 big companies. I. E tata motors, tech mehindra and kirloshker brother and told me to pay rs 1450 rs which is refundable if not selected or cancelled but i told that i am not having atm card and asked for what i need to pay he told for arranging phonic interview for these 3 companies. And i have paid 1450 rs to name manoj kumar as details of account sent to my mobile number as i told him that i am having net banking in sbi bank.
After paying money by my net banking to his account named manoj kumar his account number -[protected] ifsc code - sbiin0013507 in sbi bank, he sent me mail. His mobile number (Abhijit guha) [protected]. Also i have sent my documents - marksheets, adhaar card and photo to his mail id

As he told he needs these documents for verification for further rounds. And got he arranged phonic interview with tata motors for me which was fake as i understood and also i gave wrong answers in that phonic interview but still selected in phonic interview as he gave me mail
I told i will not join this company and give my refund but he refused to give and after telling so many times he told he will give me after 8th august 2018. But i told i need it now after that he is threating me.
Please take strict action to these kind of people contact me on [protected] for further details.
These people are from india only and making fool innocent people even they seem so well educated but not in reality. They people are like terrorist they should be punished and should not be allowed to live in india they should be restricted to live in india and they are most corrupted people which are making india a corrupt country.

I got a call on 13 nov 17 from [protected] saying calling from naukri.com and told me there is job available in bank sector and told me to send details in [protected]@gmail.com. I send and next day 14 nov 17 call came from two numbers [protected] and [protected] saying my documents have been accepted by hdfc bank and i need to deposit 2500 immediately through paytm to the number [protected] as security deposit. I deposited n send the screenshot to [protected]@gmail.com. On 15 nov 17 call came from [protected] saying i will be called for interview and for that i need to do document verification and for that i need to deposit 4700. I refused to pay and then i asked for refund. They assured my money will be refunded but now my number is in reject list and most of the numbers are not receiving my call.
They told me they will provide me a job in my nearby location siliguri.
They even provided me bank details to transfer money with the account holder name irfan khan a/c [protected] ifsc code utib0000079.
My current location is siliguri and when i asked the location of the number [protected] she told me noida.
Please help me if possible to get my money refunded.

One of the consultants by the name of shabani consultants sent me a mail and a contract as well as offer letter. When i searched online about them, itr was a fake consultancy. Plz safeguard my profle not to get stolen by such fake people. Also, ensure that it will not happen in the future, kindly resove my issue and let me know how did it happened

Dear all nakuri.com its a fake website no one pay anything for job related... Yesterday i got a call from nakuri.com,, team says your cv has been shortlist for a bank job as computer operator. And says this opportunity give for our side so your frist registration and registration free is 2150 and it's 100% refundable. After paying u are get a call from bank but i have not received any this regarding call.. After one day team has been again call me and says your pay your document verification free i don't need this job please refunded my money

I was approached in last october 17 by naukri.com representatives on phone stating that my resume got shortlisted by some companies and in connection with recruitment process, i was to pay some amount through online. I was first asked to open their official website and started asking to remit amount through online one after other, first started with inr 2500, which went upto paying inr 26, 395 through online on 28th oct 2017. I was then asked to share some supporting documents like qualification, job offer letters, etc., which i had sent through mail. But when i was asked to pay another inr 18, 000 towards the same process, i was reluctant and said i no longer require this support and asked them to refund my money paid. I have got no response from them.
